I am a subscriber to the monthly unlimited wash at Splash and love it. The crew is helpful and attentive. If you’re a unlimited wash customer you get a discount on oil changes and tire rotation. I took advantage of that and they were faster than the dealership. Love my unlimited wash subscription at Splash!!

We were on a road trip when an indicator light came on and we realized we had an oil leak. Stopped by this place to see if they’d take a look at it for us. Not only did they look at it, they diagnosed and fixed it for free! Replaced the bolt and topped us up with oil. They were very fast and courteous, and even gave us free popcorn while we waited! We offered twice to pay for their services but they refused. The experience was so enjoyable, I almost wish I lived in Russellville so I could use their services!

They were wonderful to me! They explained everything to me before they did the services. They actually showed me the air filters before they switched them out. Excellent service all around👍

Fast service and the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. A panel they had to loosen came off after I left and we went back a couple hours later and they fixed it immediately. We will go back when we are due for our next oil change.

Was charged 3 different times for 78 bucks. Put me in the negative big time. will not be going back there. Hopefully they will not make someone else wait before they get a refund.

Love this place! Had a problem with a promo,but the lovely little lady that pretty much lives at the car wash machines helped out and fixed everything....the car wash is like a two minute therapy trip...with soap.

The oil change station is great. They give a free wash with the service however the wash coupon came as a text msg which got deleted and they couldnt resend it. Even with everything showing in their system and seeing and knowing I didnt receive the wash they couldnt do anything to help. Hmm

I have the unlimited car wash. Money comes out of my checking account monthly. I have NEVER been able to pull up and go right in. Someone always has to come out to get me through. Dissatisfied with having to wait when I’m in a hurry.

I absolutely love going here...and Im pretty sure most people cant say that about getting an oil change 😅

I have used Superfast since moving to Russellville in 2013. I went to see them on October 1, 2020. When they checked my cabin air filter (which was in the glove box), they lost a latch piece for the glove box. They said they would order a replacement. I have checked three times and they have given me excuses and the runaround, but no replacement latch piece. Said it was ordered. Seriously?? So I wont be back.

I’ve always performed all my own minor maintenance on our vehicles but my wife’s new Camry is just to to hard to get under so I took it to have the oil changed. They were very professional and did a good job but I was surprised when the tech added brake fluid as I had visually checked fluids before I went out.I even questioned her and to my surprise she said it was very low. When I got home I checked it again to find it was way over the max fill line and to the top of the reservoir causing me to have to pull some fluid out to get it to the proper fill line. But other than this they did a good job.

Left the oil plug lose on my vehicle so my oil slowly leaked out resulting in my vehicle needing serious repairs that Superfast Lubes manager says is my responsibility to fix. Stay away! I will take my business to a place that is more honest with their work.

Last several time I have had them wash my truck they did a very poor jobNever clean mats.The parking lot is always wet. So when you walk up to your clean car you track wet dirty shoes into car and on the running boards.They are not near as detailed as they once was on the cleaning.

They took great care of us. My girlfriend took the van over after work. The one service I scheduled, they informed her didnt need done. They made sure we got everything done that was needed but, nothing more. Prices seem reasonable and work was top notch. I highly recommend them!

You get fast service and quality with this place. Highly recommend them. Dont fall for the old air filter trick though, they will try to sell you one for double the cost, just get one on amazon and replace it yourself. Takes 2 minutes.

Went to Walmart was told it would take 45 minutes. Sad for 45 minutes was told itll be 45 more minutes with an attitude. Called this place said itll be 10 to 15 minutes when you pull up. Pulled up exactly 7 minutes later I was driving away. Awesome five stars.

This is THE place to go for any car problems. The mechanic is able to diagnose problems quickly, the prices are set so you dont feel like you may be getting ripped off, and they tell you if they cant fix it. WOW!! Havent felt this way since Richard Gilmore retired!!
