My 3yr old granddaughter had a booked birthday party there. The play area had a few games in it, which, since the party was booked, I thought, should have been free. Also, if you work in this type of establishment, the workers should have on some type of uniform. So at a glance or if you need assistance customers can easily identify who to contact. But overall, the kids did enjoy the bounce houses and that was the objective.

This place was great for my sons birthday party. Very clean and private. They steam clean the bounce houses after every party. The person working there was very helpful.We will be back!

I love this place! My son had his 2nd birthday party here. The children had so much fun, there were a plethora of bounce houses so the kids didn’t get bored. They set everything up from the decorations, to the food, to the cake, and even the leftovers. The owner was very professional and sweet. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for kid friendly fun, that’s perfectly priced.

Grandsons party was held there. They did a fabulous job setting up the room and serving the food. The children all had a great time. Highly recommend this place, especially for a party

Fun place for open jump. 2 hours of fun for my 5 yr old niece- she was loving it.Very affordable. Staff was soooo nice and welcoming.

We had a very fun party for our 5 year old at Inflatable Playspaces. The playspace is large and open, and the kids had a great time zooming around. The party room was bright and cheerful with big windows opening to the outside. The staff was great - they served the kids and adults cake and pizza while I mingled with guests. Thank you! Inflatable Play Spaces Owner and Staff are some of the most professional group of people I have had the pleasure to work with.I have had dealings with them for @ 8 years and to this day I have absolutely no complaints. They love children and one of their main concerns is to make sure that each child is #1 Safe and # 2 Happy.They respect each guest and treat their workers with respect as well.

Went their for a birthday party. Tons of bounce houses. Large layout. The employees handled everything. Party was from 6 to 8. 1 hour to bounce and 1 hour and eat and have birthday cake. Perfect in and out. Bounce house area was large and more than enough space. Area for food and birthday cake could have been larger, but overall good place for a party

Horrible Customer service. They did not provide all the services paid for and argued their stance instead of apologizing and helping to fix the problem!! I do not recommend!!! A very horrible place!! Save your money, dont waste your time!!

Super cool place for kids. Big enough to run and play in but small enough to keep your eyes on the kiddos. Lots of places ro crawl, bounce and climb on.

Me and my extended family rented this place out for a couple of hours for the holidays and it was absolutely incredible! Its the perfect place to let your youngsters run around in a safe and enclosed place so catch up with all of your friends and family while the kids have the time of their lifes.

Our 3 year old grandsons had their birthday party there and everyone had a good time there. Clean. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Amazing!!! I had my sons 10th birthday party here. He said it was the best birthday hes ever had. Let me start off by saying that I had great service before the day of the event. I called to get information about their services. They answered all of my questions and gave me every detail before I even had to ask. They called me the day before confirming my party and the add ons. Then, when I arrived they let me use a wagon to load everything up. They set everything up, served everything, and even cleaned up. I didnt have to do any work. And let me tell you, they did a beautiful job setting up the party room. They even packaged up my leftover food and desserts. The room with the inflatables is huge and plenty of options for the kids to play on. There were 18 kids age 4-10 and they all had a blast. I added on the air hockey table which was a big hit with the kids and adults. I would recommend getting that. I liked that they had the air conditioning kicking. It was a hot day and those kids were playing hard. My son will remember this day forever. Thank you to the staff for making it easy on me and making it memorable for the kids.

The open Gym on Wednesday is great. We went there yesterday. It was a cold rainy day and that was the perfect place to be with kids out of school for thanksgiving break. My daughter had a great time.

It’s an ok place for a kids party, I came as a chaperone to a kid at a party and I was a little disappointed that in the room where the inflatables are there weren’t more places to sit for the adults since we had to watch the kids while they played. Kids really liked the inflatables, though which is what it’s more about.

Place was dirty went in one of the play places with my son and it was wet my sock got wet. Its a warehouse full of old bounce houses and other things someone else punched a hole in the doors in the play room --- didnt feel like I was in royal oak thats for sure!! Even saw dry blood on one of the bounce houses! They offer games to play but didnt have any quarters to sell -- basically bring your own quarters! I would NEVER book a party here in life! Glad I was just a guest!

Very outdated place. Kids won’t find many options to play. Odd location right next to Meijers. They allowed us to get outside food. Pump it up is far better than this place.

My family has always been pleased with IP’s birthday parties, the staff is always helpful and the kids def have a good time ...we’re having our 3rd party this year 😬

The arcade games should be free. The basketball game kept getting stuck. Overall a fun place for kids.

They were organized, friendly,accommodating, stellar customer service, professional, polite, restrooms were clean, it smelled nice, the water fountain was clean and had cold water, nice variety of inflated play structures, I highly recommend this place.

They allowed someone elses party to run over when my sister paid to have an hour of jumping for a private party. They wanted her to share the time even tho she paid the full price. She had to pull out an email as proof she had that spot booked. Idk if they were purposely being shady or what. I dont do business like that.
