I have a 9 year old an a nearly 2 year old. We had fun, we jumped and walked through all trampolines. Good place for adults to distress.
Its a pretty cool jump park, but theres no real section for smaller kids to safely jump without the danger of being ran into by older wild kids or even adults jumping around like crazy people. And part of the fun is to jump around like crazy people so that part is fine, its just there should be a section for smaller kids, as there are a couple sections where you have to be 4 tall. They were also out of some kid friendly food items like Icees. But it was quite a fun place and good exercise.
My son loves this place but a few recommendations: Streamline your check in process...it takes almost 5-10 minutes per family to get checked in. Have someone dedicated for those who purchase online jump time or have a kiosk where we can scan in with prepaid time. With only 2 people working the front they seem overwhelmed. Also you offer a snack bar but have no one to staff it. Having to stand in the long check in line to grab a drink is ridiculous. I know that staffing is tight and are probably short staffed, but just a few suggestions!
Always enjoy going with my grandson. This time what gave them a lower score was the gross slobber on the sponges and balls. So gross. The in- attention to the aggressive older kids with the younger kids. No supervision in the dodge ball area where there was 3 older boys just slamming the other kids as hard as they could. I took my grandson out. I also asked those boys to kindly not throw the ball so hard at the kids.
I love this place. I was only worried amount of people there was. Covid is real. The children werent protected, but that is people right. I would still go.
The kids LOVE this place! Its reasonably priced and there are a lot of things for the kids to do. They have free WiFi for the parents that sit back and relax while getting caught up on their social networking. But, I took 2 star off because there is not enough seating for the waiting parents. All of the benches they have are dedicated to birthday parties and such, which only leave about a dozen extremely uncomfortable tall chairs to sit on. Most parents have to sit on the floor and lean against the walls while waiting for their kids. There is plenty of room for more table and chairs, but they dont supply them. For now on, I will bring a folding camping chair from home for myself. Come to think of it, I should bring many chairs and rent them out by the hour to other parents that have to sit on the floor.
I love this place, always good service and having fun time with family .Negative: people needs to use mask 😷, COVID is real and you guys can help ; anyways I’ll be back soon with my little one !
Kids love it. Staff is nice and strict on safety rules. We love it, since day one is been everything Odessa needed for the family.#thankyou #jump
Kids had a great time jumping on the trampoline and climbing on the rock wall, however; the sky rail and zip line are not operating. Very disappointing! It should be advertised! Those activities were the reason we drove up to the round rock location from south of austin!
Good place to let the kids burn off some energy! The prices are reasonable! Parents can jump too or get work done while kids jump!😉
I love that it is open so you can see almost all the way to the back of the building, and do not have the need to be after my kids, I can sit down and watch them from wherever I am sitting. Like their prices and their pass is a very good deal.
I dont normally do this, but in this case I feel I needed to. It was advertised free admission today from 11:30-12:30 for an Easter special. There was supposed to be Easter activities. I thought this would have been a great opportunity to check the place out. However, when we got there, there werent any Easter activities, and they charged me admission even though I had preregistered online. I had the ticket from an email showing free admission for the hour, but the girl said no we dont do that and still charged me. Miss advertisement! We wont be going there anymore.
Management here is very unprofessional workers/managers look very young, don’t know what they’re doing. Prices are WAYYYY to high. 4 dollars for one small ice. 3 dollars for a pair of socks. Their memberships are rip offs. Trash all over the place, nasty bathrooms. I took my kids here a few weeks ago and they did not enjoy their self’s, a waist of 43.50 dollars. Will not be returning!!
Great place to wear kids out! I am glad it wore my kids out...because I was exhausted after leaving too! It’s a lot of fun and they have a lot of different things to do. They have dodge ball, trampolines with padded walls around that you can jump on, rock climbing, and platforms to jump off of into foam pits! The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a fun afternoon with their kids!
Kids always have a blast when we spend time here. While there is signage, it never fails that check in takes much longer due to failed waiver signings and needed safety video views. If attendees could get that done ahead of time, check in would be much smoother and moods would start on a positive note than with frustration before you even begin your jump session.
I have been there for birthday parties and Ive taken my child and friends there to burn some energy. Service has been good. The place its pretty new and its kept clean. Kids have fun.
Lots of fun for my toddler. Only complaint is that toddler hour is during a time that my son is napping.
A VERY fun place for the kiddos! They were exhausted when they left- beautiful!I tell you I will take be taking them every weekend I can.
Great deal. Fun place. The putt putt runs a bit expensive but ok. Kids had a blast! Wore themselves out so thats always a plus.
Its a nice trampoline place but lacks variety. Maybe good for older kids but the little ones get bored after sometime doing the same thing.
Need new management I saw first hand they were vaping in the building
It was a really great experience. But we were kind of bummed by the fact that the trapeze was closed and so was the sky rail.
This place is awesome to take the kiddos for some fun exercise! My only complaint is that they need to update the website to reflect accurate available time slots and the pricing that is advertised for all the concessions are not what I was charged. Other than that it was a super fun place for the kids and everyone that worked there was super nice and friendly. I passed my issues onto the manager in hopes they get fixed. The manager was super friendly and apologetic and the rest of the staff was awesome as well! Great place to go!
Great relaxation with nice jumps available. They accept groupons
My 2 year old was jumped on by a large older child (in the area designed for littles) and her leg was broken as a result. I decided to cancel the membership, and they charged a 20.00 cancellation fee lol - make sure to read the fine print if you are interested in a membership. We barely used it anyway.
What’s the use of having the elevated obstacle course when there’s no one staffed to manage it? It’s been 3 months since it was open. Otherwise, a lot of fun and kids love it. Gets crowded on the weekends so go early!
My girlfriend and I had a great time jumping on the trampolines and free-falling onto hundreds of not thousands of cushioned cubes. It was a workout! We also climbed the rock wall, played dodgeball, and even tried our balance on the beam! There was a lot of people there too with their children. It just proves to show that people want to be out having fun right now and not locked in their basements like they want us to be.
Granddaughters love this place. Very hot inside and way understaffed. I dont recommend bit buy hey my little granddaughters love it.
Great place to play! We took our 11 & 6 yo kiddos and they had a lot of fun. Would have been 5 stars all the way had the teenagers policing the rules actually enforced them. There were some areas that were more older child and adult friendly but were over run by young children not following or being told the rules.
To small of a place for so many people. South Austin much biger for a lot of people
The facility itself, I enjoyed. Its a great place to bring your kid to drain some energy, and get a fantastic workout in.However, the staff were not helpful. My daughter was trying to play and another child kept trying to bother her. I simply wanted the staff to possibly intervene or approach the other parent.Overall, she had a great time, but the staff did not make the experience wonderful.
Too many overbearing dads with their brats. Overall a great place for a rainy day. Also watch out for aggressive high flying teenagers around your little kiddo.
The party rooms are a great size, but the place was filthy. I got there at opening and it was really dirty. Clearly no one cleaned it from the night or days before. Floors had spills everywhere and trampolines had food crumbs and trash. My 1 yr got a stomach virus.
Awesome place to have fun and to spend time with friends.Maybe one day I will host a birthday party for my nephew. Prices are really good and affordable. Have fun jumping and make sure you don’t hit the roof!!!😂
Fun place for kids to have something to use up some of that energy. Parents get a “break”!! They do have snack bar and WiFi!!
Insanely busy, not fun, dirty, and a waste of time. Many other fun spots to go that are way better, clean, and worth the increased price.
Took my son there during spring break with their ‘30 mins of free jump’, the lady told us ‘you have to buy an hour first’ and watched me walk my upset 8 year old out. I looked at the ad again and it said absolutely NOTHING about that garbage. So, i took him back in there and asked why we were told that and showed that their ad said not a thing about that and she suddenly changed her story really quick and said ‘oh yes you have to actually mention the ad to get it’ - again, the ad said not a thing about that either. So i asked for a corporate number bc she was just making stuff up! I emailed ‘corporate’ and 3 days later i finally got a no-named response after i had to angrily resend the email! Then i replied to that email and again, never got a reply. A week later, i sent a confirmation email and have yet to hear back again. Real professional folks!
This is a great outlet for the kids! Has areas for different levels, straight runs for those looking for practice, a foam pit, overhead skyway to walk and maneuver through that challenges balance as well as a rope course and dodgeball. They also have a beam and pugil sticks for fighting to add a competitive edge to things. A great way to get rid of cabin fever!!
Great place with multiple activities, took tween girls, and they had a good time. You have to sign online waiver, so try to do online before you go to save time. ALTITUDE socks are REQUIRED, but they will give a pair if you trade in a pair of URBAN AIR socks. Bummer they dont have more than chips and drinks. You can buy the one kind of pizza they have and wait 45 minutes, but why not just order your own? The seating accommodations were not very user friendly. No couches or comfortable chairs, just hard plastic tables seen at most kids places. The 4 bar style table and chairs at the snack area werent much better.
Great place! Very affordable!
Worst park ever!!! Cancelation fee 20$. They say after cancelation the membership, you can come 2 months and visit park for free. But actually they dont allow that. They overcharged me twice after cancelation, 1st time i came to help desk and asked for refund. Today they charged me again, even if i canceled my membership 2 months ago!!! Dust is everywhere in the park. Especially near the AC. We got sick after coming to this park twice. Thats why we canceled the membership!
Bought the membership pass (worth it). Came a few times after they have opened since the pandemic had started. Saw that they were cleaning/sanitizing like they advertised but today it’s like they didn’t even care. Saw a sign that said “no mask no service”. After an hour jumping with my son, I notice that half of the parents were not wearing any mask and I did not see any of the cleaning/sanitizing like that have done before or advertise. Also saw kids and parents drinking and eating in the jump area... Now I get it.. teens work their and if the adult doesn’t care to wear a mask then they are not goin to listen to a teen telling them to wear a mask.
Nice people and not too many rules.
The facility itself, Is very dirty, I have found face masks, old bandages on the ground, nobody clean with sanitizer the balls. Its a great place to bring your kid to drain some energy, I really hope they do something about it.
Always a blast bringing the whole family here! Our kids have monthly membership passes and we take advantage of them!
All I can say is my kid loved the place.
Great place, just watch your kids they do not leave, no guards at the door
It’s pretty good for the kids to jump and have fun but the costumer service is really lacking here. If you pay for your admission or for some snacks or drinks in cash they don’t give you change back. If it’s $51.43, they won’t even round it to the nearest dollar 💵. WHAT THE HECK!!! And they won’t share the WIFI PASSWORD anymore, that’s a real big inconvenience. The place is heading down-hill!!!
The management was awful, lockers were broken, the employees were barely doing their jobs, no supervision, they closed the weird in the air obstacle course super early after saying 10 more minutes and then closed if 2 minutes later so that was weird... they are super understaffed, but the bathrooms were mostly clean, there were some sanitization efforts, not much but there were some and theres no mask enforcement, people were not wearing masks so just be wary.
Kiddos had a blast. 4 year old grandson birthday celebration!
They no longer provide guest WiFi which sucks because I like to bring my children to jump while I do school work. It is cheaper and closer than other trampoline parks but its a deal breaker for me. Urban Air it is.
Nice employees! Kids love it 😀
We celebrated our daughters 5th birthday. She invited all her friends for a group event. Very safe during Covid. Staff was great and the kids had a great time. Only issue we had was the time allowance prior to the party to setup. We had our event from 9am to 11am and they allowed us inside Altitude, 10 minutes prior to 9am. This made it difficult to setup and greet our guests as they were arriving.
Kind of dirty and packed considering we are still in a pandemic
I went because the website said masks were required at all times. Plenty of signs around said the same. However, unfortunately, less than half of people (jumping and not) wore a mask and staff seemed completely unwilling to enforce this policy. We left after about 20 minutes despite paying for an hour. My kids were super disappointed but understood.
Hardly any customers wear masks. If you are looking for a covid safe activity I would steer clear.
A great place to take your kids/nieces and nephews to have fun and tire them out. They do have a concession stand that it turns out the kids will need because they WILL get thirsty. It is on the expensive side and they charge by the hour but at least they let you know when your time is up. All in all its a decent place.
They software is bad, take 20 min to register
Amazing Place! Im Jus To Old To Keep Up....
My kids are older (9 & 12), so I went in thinking I was pretty much over the whole trampoline park experience. But I have to admit I had a great time at Altitude! They have some unique attractions (rock wall/trapeze into foam pit, head to head games, etc) as well as the traditional tramps. But the real winner was the Sky Trail overhead obstacle course. You are harnessed in and then challenge yourself over a dozen or more interesting balance/stability obstacles like rope bridges, balance beams, etc - all about 20-30 feet over head. Zip line is super fun! I love that all attractions are included in the admission fee. Took one star off for: the forced purchase of socks, no bench to sit on to remove/put on shoes, and out of order water bottle filler and concession machines. I did like the free lockers so I knew our stuff was safe while jumping. All in all, Id choose Altitude again over other similar parks!
The girls had a great time especially with the zip line !
Great for kids and adults
I love coming here, as a full adult, to relive my childhood fun. Definitely recommend coming on a weekday afternoon to avoid the crowds.
Altitude is one of the best ways to burn off energy for my kids. They love coming here! And shout out to the staff who did a cell phone clean out and were able to locate my kids cell phone when she took it on the trampoline in her pocket and lost it. They were very helpful and courteous. We will definitely go back.
The high ropes portion of altitude has been closed for months. I am sitting here watching employees harness up and when I asked if they were opening that section back up, the reply was, “No”, we are just taking pictures for the website. Blatant false advertising!
Awesome place.love the monthly membership
Kids had an awesome time
Great for the kids special with the $10 a month membership
Very basic realistically
Its ok.. after signing your life away
I was invited here for birthday party of my daughters friend. Its a good fun place for kids and adults, jumping on the trampoline. They also have a rope course which is very fun and also little bit scary if you are doing it for the first time. I enjoyed very much doing the zip line course, so did my wife. My daughter was jumping all over the place with excitement and was not ready to leave the place.
This place is amazing. We go here all the time because the staff do a really good job ensuring the facility is clean and safe. There is so much room and the seating area is positioned so you can safely observe the entire play area. The play packages are good option and the birthdays are very affordable, plus you get Double Dave’s pizza instead of some freezer pizza option like other places.
