Very welcoming! Everyone keeps their own distance. Everyone wipes and sanitizes the equipment theyve touched. Im a woman and I dont get weird looks from other people!

The family who owns and operates this place are wonderful people. The speed and endurance class has really made an improvement in my son. They have classes for all ages. The price is really reasonable.

Awesome gym! Best full body workout Ive ever had. Ive been working out for years but have never had results like Ive had from Corespeed. Plus everyone in the classes are incredibly nice and helpful. Newbies and old pros are welcome here.

Carlos and crew are great! Been going to the early morning adult classes for a few months now and it has been a great way to start my day, stay fit, all while doing so in the company of good people.The classes are challenging enough to keep me interested, but they are also easily tailored to all fitness levels and ages.If you’re thinking about camp gladiator or any of the thousands of CrossFit gyms which exist in the area...STOP...and check out Corespeed first.

Great gym! Im a 44yo guy who works with my hands for a living and used to experience a lot of back pain from being out of shape. After attending group classes at Corespeed for the last year I feel like a new man. The owners, Carlos and Sonia do a great job of motivating and encouraging everyone and making us laugh. Working out is now something I look forward to.
