Highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get fit but may not have the knowledge or motivation to do so on your own. Max and Lacey are amazing! So accommodating and friendly. They have so much knowledge and are inspiring people to train with. Max really makes sure my form is correct and Im working/stretching the right muscles. Lacey motivates me to keep moving forward during those hard times that I want to give up. They even go over nutrition and other things that you should be doing when youre not at the gym. This is a FANTASTIC place to change your lifestyle! You can tell that Max and Lacey truly love what they do and love to help change peoples lives. Couldnt ask for a better gym!!

My experience at ATX gym was nothing short of STELLER. I’m not new to fitness but I am definitely a person who follows fitness fads. Although I had done a lot of research on fitness programs, I hit a point during the pandemic where I was not motivated to work out on my own, let alone eat well. I knew I needed to invest in myself. So I decided to sign up to train with Max for 30 days. He not only taught me a multitude of exercises that were new to me, but also taught how how to do them correctly. Newsflash: I hadn’t been doing anything correctly on my own. That was very helpful but the best part was the holistic nutrition coaching that came along with the program. I lost 14 pounds in a month! The program was easy to understand and follow. Max’s encouragement and knowledge really helped get me to where I want to be.I also appreciated working out in a private & clean gym. I have no doubt that I will be using the skills learned at ATX gym for a lifetime. I highly recommend training here if you are ready for results and a new lease on life. Seriously, do it, you won’t regret it.

Lindsey Allen is my personal trainer at ATX and she has been amazing. I am a very difficult person to work with and have been through many trainers. I fired them all because they simply weren’t knowledgeable enough and they did not help me protect my joints. Lindsey has the knowledge and the motivational skills to push me to the best body I have had in the last 15 years. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a good physique.

Highly recommend 100%! Great people, can’t go wrong with any of the trainers here!This last year has been full of big changes for me. One of those changes being going from weighing 250 pounds to 158. The first 45 pounds I lost on my own. The second 45 pounds (and the more difficult half to lose) I lost at ATX Gym. I worked with both Max and Kevin and they were both professional, knowledgeable and truly masters of their field. Not only did they help develop and maintain a training plan custom tailored for me and my goals, they also took the time to teach me what I was doing, why I was doing it and how to do it properly with good form. They were also highly motivational, offering encouragement to keep going, keep pushing my limits and and not give up.“It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish” - MaxI’ve recently stopped going to ATX Gym, but I take with me everything I’ve gained and everything I’ve learned and continue to apply it as I live this new life with strength & confidence.Thank you Max & Kevin for everything!

Training with Max and Lacey was the best decision I have made. I have learned how to eat right, how to exercise, and most importantly I have met my goal weight.Today I woke up and did my weekly weigh in and i finally reached my goal weight of losing 20 pounds!! 176-156 Very exciting but here’s the ugly truth:-Some times i look in the mirror and get excited and sometimes I look in the mirror and see the girl who was once 176 pounds.-Losing weight comes with losing a mindset that you once had and tbh I’m not sure if I’ve completely lost it. sometimes I’ll go weeks with out eating anything bad, but then I’ll eat one cheat meal (not even the whole day) and I’ll hate myself for the next 6 days and punish myself with two workouts a day instead of one.-let’s be honest with this pandemic and having to constantly be by myself has sometimes taken me into a deep dark hole that causes me to see myself in the worst light, but nonetheless I’m working on myself everyday. I’m cleaning out my body, cleaning out my mental, and learning healthy habits day by day. It isn’t easy but it’s a journey worth living for.-if you’re planning on changing your life whether that be weight loss or just completely detoxing your life, remember some days it’s going to be HELLA lonely. You’re going to have to fight deep dark battles, but remember after each battle you have learned something new. Even if it feels like you haven’t.-saw a quote today that said “you can’t become who you want to be because you’re too attached to who you used to be” and that’s it! Everyday I’m learning that I’m not the girl i used to be. I am kind, I Am smart, I am happy, I am healthy.- love y’all! Happy weight loss journey and remember that the best is yet to come.

During my training with Lacey I have learned how to better take control of my own life. I’ve learned that my daily decisions make all the difference in achieving my goals. I’ve learned to enjoy finding healthier alternatives to my usual snacks but not to shame myself if I end up eating what I shouldn’t. I have so much less shame and hate connected with food and eating. I am much more grateful for my body and all that it can do for me. I feel like I have learned to respect my body a lot more. I am happier now than I was before training because I feel I have the tools to make lasting change.

ATX GYM is the best place to be in Austin and surrounding areas for personal training! All the trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The private atmosphere makes training comfortable. Due to the gym having no regular members, there is only trainers and their clients so no one is staring at you or making you feel intimidated. I also love that there are no adds or TVs or confusing equipment. It is a simple sleek looking place with only the essentials for training. They have a positive and professional environment with many different trainers with different specialties and incredible physiques that definitely motivate and inspire you to keep pushing. You are sure to find someone you want to workout with!

ATX GYM is a great place if you are looking for personal training. They have many trainers to help you reach your goals. All the trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is a private atmosphere, so if you are like me and don’t like people staring at you while you work out, you don’t have to worry. Courtney is a great trainer! She’s really informative about how all the stretches and workouts during your session are benefiting your muscles and body. I learned a lot about proper form and how to listen to what my body is telling me. The workouts we did were super effective (very sore the next day!) and she taught me some great take-home stretches and exercises as well. I highly recommend Courtney!!

ATX Gym is both an amazing place to work and workout! I love the atmosphere and Max and Lacey are wonderful and very welcoming. Training in a comfortable and private gym like this one can be so much better than trying to navigate a loud a crowded big box gym. I highly recommend trying it out!

Love love LOVE ATX GYM! Lacey and Max are competent trainers that really push me, but are compassionate to the struggle. They took the time to really sit down with me and go over the ins and outs of nutrition and I feel that I always get a lot of individual attention even in group trainings. I also really appreciate how CLEAN the entire gym is. Lacey has always been forgiving with my spotty schedule and really has a huge heart for her clients. Round Rock is really fortunate to have such a great gym ran by locals.

I am very happy with this gym! I love the atmosphere because there is no competition between the trainers and they are all very encouraging. There is a lot of camaraderie between trainers and trainees. I am very thankful for the mentorship that Max and Lacey provide. Wish I could rate lower it’s very interesting place but hard to really get into it due to the fact that most of them don’t know the difference between fat loss and weight loss or the basics for simple nutrition But they claim to be certified and it is very hard to take advice from them when they really don’t know what protein does they all say “it builds muscle” or when the they say that aminos are a form of pre -workout . The exercises they show you are very basic you could look them up on youtube so not very much variety when it comes to setting up a workout regime. Really not worth time effort and especially the money.
