Had a good experience with a girl with Megan very caring, however the on site manager is rude and not caring. She chooses to listen to false info on a worker and instead of listening to what really happened. She tends to cut you off if she does not like what she hears, its either her way or no way. Would not recommend for anybody to work there.

I never once met my Elwood lead on my location, had to go into the office 4 months into my employment to run into Reyna, who has never spoken to me once.They are paying me $6 less than chobanis pay for the job I am currently doing. They never get back to me on anything I call about unless I call 5 times. It took them 4 months to get back to me for something they werent paying me on.No communication with chobani and Elwood at all. Im stuck in limbo half the time as they both try to manage my job.

Elwood staffing is violating law that protects workers to have at least one day of rest. They are putting their own workers to work on chobani 7 Days Non-Stop no day offs. And no full pay if terminated for any reason whatsoever.

Kenna my on-site supervisor; she is a very good on-site she definitely goes above and beyond for everyone too make things right when things get rough or even when things are good. Elwood Staffing with the new manager is not a good place to use as a temp agency. There is some good staff there. But there is some really rude and nasty staff there.

Elwood Staffing was the first staffing agency i have ever went through and i will not be going through a a staffing agency ever again. To start, i was lied to about when i would be hired onto my job. First i was told two months, then was told 350 hours, and then it went up to 500 hours. After my hours kept going up, i had issues with two paychecks in a row. The first paycheck i was told i only turned in 4 hours. I had worked for 32 and put in for 32. When i called to settle the issue, i ended up getting chewed out and told that since i, supposedly, turned in 4 hours thats all i was going to get paid for. This issue took 2 days to fix. Then the next week i was sent a text stating I didn’t submit my timesheet. I sent a screenshot of my confirmation email. To people who get hired here, keep every email they send you and watch your hours, they will try to screw you at some point.

I work in the packaging department of chobani, In my experience the people here are cool, some of the coworkers are a bit different to understand but that’s from the language barrier and the factory being loud.

Elwood Staffing is a agency that finds and connects potential employee with a possible employment opportunity with any one of the many businesses which they contract with. They are friendly honest and hard working. By the time I finished the orientation I already had a job and when I got an injury they happily made sure I found other work that I would be able to perform until I am released for work. I cant thank them enough. Its definitely worth a look to anyone looking for employment or even just a possible career change.

I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have stepped into their office. The people are nice and determined. There is always work if you are willing to do it. If this country had more places like this, then the unemployment rate would be 0.01 percent (cause you cant get every lazy arse off his/hers).

They suspended my husband for 90 days because the company he worked for put us in the whole and we couldnt afford a phone or gas money for him to even drive out there to work (90 miles), so he called the company to tell them we have no phone and no gas to make it in this week and we have no way to contact them only for the company to mark him down as a no call no show. Elwood preceded to set up a job locally only to have everything ready that he start tomorrow type of ready, only to be rudely informed of the suspension at the last minute. Keep in mind that they take there sweet time in finding you new work closer to home, even if there is applications for jobs that are closer and expect you to travel back and forth to the one job 5 days a week (90 miles) but you only work 2 or if lucky 3 days a week. Dont let Elwood Staffing convince you a job is worth it even if its a dollar pay raise.

I wish I could give elwood no stars. I would not refer anyone to going here. Literally was just told I couldnt work for them even though I was told I could.

Working with Elwood was great up until the point thats something went wrong and they were no longer willing to continue assisting$120 was stolen from me out of a locker from one of the jobs that they had sent me on the product was contaminated at Idaho milk I had notified the supervisor in charge of the construction about the possible contamination he continued to do the constructionthe product in question was a product used to make ice cream cones I was concerned because I know that my son really enjoys ice cream and that there was a possibility that he might be eating the cones that were made from the product so I went to Elwood and told them that if something wasnt done I would use social media to notify the public of the contamination I also had issues with the on-call staffing manager her voicemail was full so I tried to call her several times in order to get a question answered that I had no knowledge of what to do I was trying to find out if it was okay for me to switch positions in the factory these are the reasons Elwood states that I am ineligible to continue working for them up until this point they were great but because they were more concerned about offending customer then poison products going out in the community I was terminated I found out that they did not take care of the contaminated product they contacted the company and the company told them that there is nothing wrong with that lot product but I was out working on the line wow grinders were being used right near by the product the only thing separating the product from the overspray from the grinders and the toxic fumes that are released into the air while grinding was tyvek paper that had several holes in it they terminated me because of and I quote I caused too much drama from the situation by notifying them that I intended to report the contaminated product to social media if it was not taken care of they had stated that they do not want someone working for them who would cause that sort of problem for their client but the fact of the matter is it will always be more important to me to make sure that there is quality product being put out so if a company like Idaho milk is using grinders right next to a product that is used and consumed by children it will always be more important for me and should be for Elwood to make sure that this is taken care of
