Calling it quits after four years or so, haircuts were always pretty consistent, but this last visit killed it for me.Arrived a few minutes early for my online check-in, only to be told that I was 7th in line with a pretty decent waitThat I could overlook, but not a single stylist or staff member was wearing a mask, despite numerous kids in the waiting area and in the stylists chairs.

I went in using a free MVP coupon I got for first time customers. The service was really much better than expected. When I asked what the price normally is it came to $21 and honestly in my opinion that’s not bad for a haircut, shampoo, and a massage. I definitely recommend them and will be returning myself.

Got a haircut today by a young lady, she was very nice but the haircut was no good :( I came to work with a lot of missed spots in the back, my fellow coworkers told me about it, then I went back she “fixed it” I said it’s fine.. but it’s still no good..I will just have to take my business somewhere else and try to fix this spots myself today..Wish me luck!

Last Visit on 14 April 2021Stylist: Jasmine GI was referred to her by a coworker. Actually, I asked him who cut his hair, because they did a good job, and he told me. Jasmine did a great job for me though, and I felt like she took the right amount of time to get the job done right.Usually when I get my haircut by someone initially, it’s not what I want, and then the relationship usually develops from there. Jasmine broke that streak. She was awesome! Part of me doesn’t want to give her such a good rating because I don’t want to have to compete with other folks after this to get her to cut my hair next time. My only critique is that I hope she gets a set of clippers that can cut a little closer to the skin when she fades out my edge next time. But I have to give her the credit for doing such a good job so she can get the attention she deserves and get paid what she’s worth. So Jasmine, remember LarryS when I’m in the queue please. Nice clean place to get your hair cut. It seems to have less traffic than my local shop so I have been going here often. They keep a full staff and get you in and out quick.

I had a cut today, and the lady who did really messed up my hair. I was trying to be nice and just said yea it looks fine. I came back home and I look in the mirror, it was worst than I thought. Her name was Kathryn I think. I just hope in the future if you can’t do any cut just say so and don’t mess up people hair.

I usually go downtown paying $50 for haircut, but since I moved to Austin, it’s been difficult finding a barber with good skill.I needed a quick cut so I decided to goto super cut, I saw some great reviews about Sandy and they were right.Sandy honestly has skill and people to work at high end barbershop.She’s very thorough about what you need, and every step of the way was amazing.I would go back again.

I frequent this chain of shops and have been to locations around the country. Lately I have seen the Covid safety system theyve got and I personally feel comfortable with it. When I get a haircut I enjoy their MVP Experience. As usual I got a good haircut with fine service and some extras thrown in, too. I like Sport Clips because they do give you a little more than just a haircut i.e. a shampoo, a massage, and some personal attention. Also, they have a discount for Seniors which means an even better value.

Buzz Cuts R Us. Everytime I go in I get a buzz cut even though says in my directions NOT to do it high and tight. Sick of it!!!

Received the worst haircut I ever gotten by stylist Tiffany. Asked for a midfade and she left me with a haircut a DIY mom would give her little boy and she was very rough when cutting. After 2 years Im definitely never going back

Tired of getting bad hair cuts at Sport Clips. Love the hot towel and message, but Im 1 for 6 on my last 7 hair cuts. Too fast and not enough attention to detail.

My very first time at a Sports Clips and was very enjoyable. I didn’t get the name of the nice lady that helped me. 3rd chair on the left, I think I saw a card that said Sandy but I’m not 100% sure. She asked what I wanted and I explained how I wanted it and she did an awesome job. I usually to go to Supercuts because it’s literally right next to my work.After my wash she went back over a few times because she noticed some little hairs. Most, if not all places will not even look twice and you won’t see/feel til you’re sitting in your car checking out the cut. We all do it.I’m definitely going back to this location next time!

Amazing attention to detail.

Really enjoy the convenience and care this location gives its customers. I have been a returning customer for a few years. My stylist, Sandy keeps notes from my previous visits. Besides my haircut, she also recalls personal information, genuinely caring about updates in my (and family) personal life. This gives a, family-like vibe!!:~)

1st time here, and had a good experience.

It was my first and last visit to this store. I came in and signed in line to waited for a few minutes then received a text message that your Stylist will be available within 10 minutes which Ive look on the board that my name is next. After 10 minutes, there was one Stylist available when she done cut with one customer. She then look up at the waiting list and then went disappeared in the back for about more then 10 minutes. Then another Stylist chic finished up another customer and look up the waiting list and then went ghosted for minutes long. At this time I am still in the waiting chair for the next available Stylist which about 30 - 40 minutes long. So about 15 minutes later, the first available Stylist came back and taking her time to clean up her desk. At this time I am really hot due the fact that they must probably being discriminated because there is an Asian guy next in line. I am totally done with this place and never come back again.

Jess was the bomb! The most friendly hair dresser Ive ever had! Those hands are seriously gold! Ill be getting doubles and triples only! First time at sports clips and Jess made it such an awesome experience Im literally filling out the first survey Ive ever done. Seriously awesome. Been going here for about 3 years, favorite place to goto. I know the virus has implemented some precautions but the fact when I walk in Im immediately appoched with a tempeture gun and asked how I have been feeling the past week then forced to wash my hands and told to keep my mask on the entire time when getting a haircut is extremely unnecessary. I expect to be treated like this in a hospital, not a haircut place. Not even fast food places enforce stuff like this that heavy and theyre surrounded by hundreds of people every day.

I went in to get a BALD face. I asked if this was possible before I sat down. Once it came time to get down to the skin, the woman said she didnt have any clippers for that and it was good enough. Yiu can bet I will never visit a Sports Clips again. This isnt the first issue I have had getting a proper cut and with as many VIPs I have purchased, I expect better quality.

I love the stylists. Ive been a customer here for years, and theyve never given me a bad haircut. And for a couple extra bucks, I get my hair washed and scalp and neck massage. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I have been coming to this Sportsclips for several years now. I have started to have Sandy style my hair. The stylist prior to her unfortunately moved stores. Regardless, Sandy has done an awesome job. So I will be going to her on a regular basis. Overall, this store is awesome. All stylist are super nice and take care of you. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

The food is always great and fried green tomatoes is the trademark of the restaurant.The only complaint is from time time you have to ask for them to have no salt added to the food is it can come out a little salty. Thats personal taste though.

I went in to just get a normal fade. The guy that was cutting my hair proceeded to totally massacre the top of my head, making it uneven when I specifically asked for NOTHING OFF THE TOP. The fade was nowhere near the length I wanted to be at and I had to fix it myself when I got home. I will never be going to another Sports Clips again.

As a man I have never been so pampered. The haircut itself was amazing. Then to have my hair washed while getting a face and scalp massage was outstanding. That would have been good enough for me but to then get a neck, shoulder, and back massage had to be the most incredible experience ever. You have a new customer for life!

This place is awesome. The cost is a lot more than the average haircut place, but their customer service, skill set, and amenities are also a lot more than your average haircut place. Shampoo and conditioner, head massage, shoulder massage, hot towel around the face, they clean you up after your haurcut so you can run right into a board meeting after your cut. Very clean, also a great staff with a smile, and oh yeah.. they have great entertainment while you wait and while getting a trim. Along with all this, they are also a local, they started up in Austin.

Krista D. gave me the best haircut Ive had in 31 years (sorry mom.) I literally just asked for a 2 on the sides with a trim on top, and she nailed the issues Ive had with dry, wavy hair without me asking. The proportions are perfect and she showed me 3 products that changed my world; if youre a man with dry wavy hair going for an ivy league cut, youve gotta go to Krista.

I’ve had decent experiences here. My favorite barber left a few months ago. One complaint would be is that they are not friendly. It feels cold and unwelcoming when you walk in the door. I don’t work hard go spend my money someplace that doesn’t treat me well. This will be my last haircut here.

I checked the operation hours before coming in today to get a quick cut and not only did the online info say open till 6 but the door also said open to 6 today. I got there at 5:05 and was told by the young lady that they are closed with one person waiting for a haircut in the lobby. As I walked back to the car confused 2 other people walked in and walked right back out which Im guessing they were told the same thing 1 hour before stated closed time. Wish I didnt have to waste my time or gas.

Letha cuts my hair and she is doing such a wonderful job. I have been looking for a while for a saloon that is able to use razor cuts and do them well. Letha is the Best!

Normally its a great experience, but wow long long line and over an hour wait. Really, its the weekend why do they only have like 2 people working? I always come here but looks like Great Clips is where Ill be heading.

Quick and precise

Ive been going here for my haircuts for about a year now. This is a great place with very friendly staff and Excellent quality haircuts. My only complaint is the wait...... Unless you are at the door before they open.... expect to wait atleast an hour for your haircut.

I like Sportclips. Ive been to locations all over the state and this is one of the better ones. The management staff is on the ball and the effort shows. I had my hair cut by Jasmine and I will definitely be requesting her next time. One of the things I like about Sportclips in general and Jasmine in specific is that I can go in with the vaguest ideas of how I want my hair to look and come out with a decent looking haircut. Jasmine suggested a tapered neckline which is something Id done before but completely forgot about. It looks great and works well for how my hair grows. Strongly recommend taking the trip up to University if you are looking for a better Sportclips.

Worst haircut i’ve ever had. Krista D was the worst and most rude lady i have ever experienced at Sport Clips. I was 14th on the list and she let me go before everyone else. It was obvious she just wanted to get me in so she could get paid. The haircut lasted about 3 minutes. At the end she was drying, she continued to burn me with the hair dryer after i told her it was too hot and too close to my scalp. Worst experience ever, and worst worker i’ve ever been around.

Made an appointment, was “on deck” on the screen which means I’m next but five people walked in after me and got service before me. One person even had an appointment for a girl who had about a 1.41 hour wait and he chose to go with another girl and they gave him immediate service. Another guy walked in who knew one of the girls and got immediate service while I was “on-deck”. Horrible service, go to Super Cuts located accross the steeet.

The hair cuts are always good. I have used a number of Stylists at this location and am rarely disappointed with the cut. The massage can vary wildly depending on the Stylelist, time of day etc.

Kara at the Round Rock, Texas location on Palm Valley/ US 79 is amazing at her job. I have been using her as my stylist for years and she is the reason I keep going back.

These person who cut my made me look like a complete fool. She sounded like she knrw what she was doing, so i let her do her thing, i noticed that she did not say a single word when cutting my hair, not even giving mean instructions on how to hold my head. When i asked for a part in my hair, she did not tell me to not move. Im pretty good at holding still, untill she messed up. She blamed me for not holding still. Then she proceeded to make my part 1 inch thick! I want a full reefund.

The keyots did not work, and I had a bad experience in this store! I do not recommend this location!

Julie exhibits AMAZING customer service skills. She always makes me feel welcome and like Im her number one customer. Im sure she does this for everyone which is a huge asset to this SportClips location as well as the SportClips brand. About two years ago I received a call from a coworker (Ron Howard) who asked me if I was familiar with SportClips. I told him about Julie and Kristen and the rest of the staff. Today he owns multiple SportClips franchises in the New England Area. I feel like Julie, Kristen and the rest of the Round Rock staff are to thank for the New England expansion... Julie is more than just an employee... She is a Brand Ambassador!
