Used to LOVE Romeos Kutz until the shop thought it was a great idea to let an app make your appointments. Appointments that you can schedule according to their availability only to have your barber text you to cancel it or when you get there ON TIME still have to wait 20-30 minutes. We would travel from Wisconsin to Round Lake for this place, sit while you wait and have to listen to the loudest Mexican music or soccer on t.v. with screaming men and boys watching. We were loyal to them for 2 years and now we are very unsatisfied with the way things have changed and are going with a new, more professional barbershop.

Place is empty and they would not take a walk in for a quick shave, lame ... where are the real barbers ???

Barber never showed up. Booked appointment a few days in advance for all 3 of my kids with JLow and he never showed up. Appointment was at 11 and I just left at 1145.

Was able to schedule my son last minute and did an amazing job!! If I could give 10 stars I would. This place deserves it! Highly recommend.

Thought we would try this place! Big mistake! We had an appointment showed up pretty much was ignored the whole time in there. We waited until 10 min after our appointment time and we never was even acknowledged. Worst customer service I have ever seen! Sure hope the reason was not because we are white!! Sure seemed like it I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Me & my family thought this was a great place. But then a worker decided not to listen & to off way to much hair then he should’ve, on top of that he didn’t care & still made my parents pay full price. I don’t think we can trust you guys anymore.

Lacking customer service skills over phone. Just moved to area trying to find a new spot to get a good cut. I call to set up appointment and person ask for who, i say whoever is available and person on phone just say “naw not till tomorrow”. Ill take my bussiness elsewhere thanks.

No knowledge of customer service. They answer the phone rudely. I can only expect that in person they are worse. I believe in helping small businesses but always in mind that they can at the very least be friendly towards new customers.

I called to set up an appointment for a lining based on a recommendation by a friend and the man hung up on me. Not processional.

Doesnt even deserve this star! Ive gone three separate times to get my sons haircut & supposedly theyre closed but they can do it the next day. *Eye rolls*

Fantastic hair cuts. Horrible service. Never answer phone. Never follow posted hours. You will lose your appointment time just because the barber didnt come in. Bad business practices in general.
