I dropped my 2019 ram off on 4/28/20 for a leveling kit installation. The kit was built for the truck so nothing needed to be cut. Instead of removing the wheel wells the mechanic lazily cut them around the strut tower. And not only did they just cut into 46,000$ truck to save 10 minutes they did not secure ANY of my brake lines, they’re just floating in my suspension. They did not do the job correctly or safely I took it there to be professionally done. I could of hired a 17 year old off of Facebook if I wanted this type of work done. The truck doesn’t even have 2000 miles on it. Still has dealer plates, they do not care about their work.

Took my vehicle in for a flat and got fixed right away.

Had a hole in my tire the repair fixed it and the manager didnt charge me to fix the tire,thank u so very much very nice staff and very polite

Took my company truck in for a bolt in the tire. Tire was not rebalanced/marked a reinstalled in same spot, so truck has mild vibration now. Center cap wasnt put back on correctly and almost fell off on drive back to hotel. And valve stem cap was replaced with some gold metal cap instead of the oem black one that was on it. It may be a work truck, but its my rolling office with only 20k miles. Id like to keep it as nice as possible.Good things were quick service, good price, and everyone was respectful and polite.

I wanted a QUICK tire change and there was no hesitation to accept my request. The mechanic was ready to start as I pulled up with our RV trailer. I asked a favor of straightening a bent rim lip and a second mechanic showed up with hammer on hand. I felt like a race driver at a pit stop. From Shawn, Manny, Esteban, and Jose, nothing but the best attitude and dedicated care. I took longer thanking them all, than the actual work they wonderfully performed as a REAL team. I hope I get to see them again.

After such a stressful situation, Melissa was awesome work with and took care of what I needed and dealt with many back and forth questions. Definitely will use MTA for any and all tire needs in the future

Purchased 2 steer tires 90 days ago and still havent gotten receipt after repeatedly asking for receipt for tax purposes. Makes you wonder if shaun sold me tires off the books why else can he not produce a receipt.... then I ask Shaun for a receipt over and over for the last 3 months and now he has deleted me from his Facebook and he will not answer or return my messages or calls

Went there for new tires. Bay door faces Main Street and employee backed my truck into a passing car. Had to come back cause truck was shaking to get rebalanced. Tells me my rim is bent. I said it wasn’t shaking till I left here. Owner said the bent one was probably on the rear and got moved to the front.🤨 so they moved it “back” to the back but didn’t adjust psi so when I left my tire light came on. Called Manny (shop manager) tells me to let out pressure from front and add to the back..? Ridiculous!! .... Still waiting on them to repair bumper.

My cousin and I were on a roadtrip from Denver to Orlando. We had sudden car trouble, pulled in, Chris helped us immediately. He was quick, helpful, and honest. He fixed what needed to be done and didnt charge nearly what we were planning to pay. Chris is indeed the best!

I think they changed their name again. Anywho..... I think they way over charge for service and parts. I dont think, I know they do. I checked with NAPA and Auto zone on pricing and Forrester was adding about 40% profit on top of labor. I went elsewhere.

Was unable to help me get tires for my very common, normal, passenger car. Actually asked me to go buy tires somewhere else, and then come back and pay them to mount them.
