I went in for a Brazilian wax. Brittany was amazing! She did such an amazing job! She was quick and very thorough with no pain! She was very knowledgeable and she was so good that she suggested a brow wax. I was short on time but she got me out of there very quickly! I would definitely recommend Brittany! Krista the receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable as well! They were both very professional! The place was clean and very comfortable! They have earned my business in the short time I was there for the first time!

I wanted to cancel my membership today and was told it was $50 last week. I call today only to be informed my membership had to be active for 6 months in order to cancel, and at a $75 fee since I have multiple services (half leg, underarm, and Brazilian) versus paying $97 for all these services. I don’t recommend getting memberships whatsoever, as they don’t give you the option to opt out at anytime YOU decide. I don’t know whether to bite the bullet and get one last service since it’s a $22 difference, or just paying the $75 and being done with it.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Esmeralda made me feel comfortable & made my experience enjoyable. I will definitely will not go back to shaving ever again, I loved my results!! If you go here be sure to ask for Esmeralda she’s really good!

So I was really doubtful and scared to book a Brazilian Wax but so glad that I did! Not at all scary, it did hurt at first but nothing that cannot be handled. The pain gets better as the secession goes by. Esme was the girl that hooked me up with the wax and she was great! She made me feel comfortable from the beginning and throughout my appointment. It didn’t feel awkward at all. She was so nice and professional. Their location is very clean and nice, love that it’s in the middle of Watters Creek!

New to waxing, was made comfortable and given great recommendations on how to maintain best results. Love that my first wax service was FREE, will def keep going!

Depil Brazil- Allen, TX.OMG!! This place is AMAZING! It was my first Brazilian wax EVER! I was shopping around and was offered a free first time wax coupon. I decided now is the time and called to book an appointment. The associate who took my call, Chloe, was AMAZING! She was very informative and kind, offering advice for my first time and was quick when getting my information. When I arrived, I was greeted and promptly taken back. Madison, who waxed me today, was also AMAZING! From the get go, she was professional, clean, and informative. Never did I feel uncomfortable. During my wax, she kept small talk going to ease my nerves and always gave a count down to the pull! After my service, Madison helped me pick out products to help for in between services. I was check out by Chloe and again she was super sweet and told me about the great packages that they offer and got me booked for my next appointment! In the end, I left feeling wonderful and smooth! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Fantastic service! Super efficient and the girls were so nice to me. I love that their products are all natural. So up my alley! The wax was also not too painful, and the technique was fantastic! Everyone was super polite and professional. They explained some really fantastic deals on services if you want to be consistent. Try them out! You won’t regret it!

Made a reservation at this location because my waxer relocated here. My reservation was made for a day my waxer did not work. I called to speak with a manager and no manager ever called me back regarding this matter. I wasted time and gas traveling to this location

Ive gone to a bunch of different places to have my eyebrows done, being that theyre very thick and dark. This is by far the best place Ive been to. The receptionist (Chloe) is the nicest woman and she makes sure youre taken care of before you even start your waxing session. Alyssa does my eyebrows and checks that you like your eyebrows once she finishes. Shes down to earth and makes you feel comfortable just by talking to her. The wax they use here is a lot easier on the skin and is much more flexible than most places. First experiences are very important to me and they nailed it. Not to mention I had to cancel an appointment due to sickness and they were incredibly understanding about it. Even rescheduled it on the phone. 5 minute call MAX.Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and chill atmosphere mixed with good services.

I went for a Brazilian after finding this location online. The place is super clean.The young lady at reception very nice. I had Madison who is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pretty comfortable under the circumstances. It had been about 5 months since my last session at a different location and I did shave once in between so it was like the first time all over again. I have not had any issues with my skin. I would love to give this location 5 stars but an entire area of hair was missed. I didnt notice until later so I take responsibility for not checking before leaving the table. She said there were stragglers so I was expecting a little, but this area still has very noticeable long hair. I am quite disappointed because everything else was great.

Love this place! Everyone is so welcoming and has a lot of information to share! The wax is all natural, and does not irritate my skin 🙌

Depil Brazil, I want to say first off I love this company, it was found by a women who came to the states and made this wax herself and now has branches all over. Today was my first time going to this waxing studio, and although i have gotten Brazilians before; this was its own experience. I called the night before and set up my appointment and when I went in today I was greeted by the lovely receptionist named Chloe who really enhanced the experience. She was welcoming and engaging and educated me as well while making an effort to make me comfortable for my experience. My waxer Sana made me feel at ease, she was patient and educated me on the products they provided as well as taking her time and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I look forward to getting my waxes from here on forward.

Genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars. The woman who waxed me was horrible. She went over the same areas multiple times just for there to STILL be hair. I was bleeding more than I have ever bled before and I get waxed often. I got off the table and I still had left over pieces of wax on me and I had to call her in again to take care of the areas she missed, and even after I called her in there was STILL hair. I went here because the first time is free, but I would never come back. Literally the worst wax I have ever gotten. This looks like something I could have done myself. I highly suggest you go to a different place I would not want anyone else to experience this.

My friends recommended this place to me and it was really professional, the waxing areas look nice and clean. The lady that did my Brazilian was really patient and comforting since it was my first time. Everyone should give them a try, the first Brazilian is free as well so why not !

I always love Depil and always go to the Plano location, but have had to go to the Allen location recently because Plano is under renovation. This location has nice staff, but is absolutely terrible at answering their phones. I first contacted them on 5/25 to make an appointment and no one ever answered. I have called at least 3 times each day since to try to make an appointment and still no one has answered. Their calls were getting transferred to customer service and everytime I called it got transferred to them, the lady said she would email the location my info to contact me and no one has. I finally have given up on this location and have chose to go to another location and hour away from me because this location never answers their phone.. very disappointing.

Love this place... the wax does not break me out like most kinds. I am always satisfied after my appointments.
