I enjoy the services here. Danny,(Station #1) Did a nice job on my glow acrylic set. I told him my idea of what I wanted and he put his own creative spin on it. I also love the pedicures from the little lady at Pedicure station #9. I forgot her name, but she is soooo sweet, funny and does a thorough pedicure. They are more expensive than another place that I rotate going to, but overall I dont have any complaints.

This place is horrible. The nail tech #12 literally rushed my entire nails and did not even want to address my concerns and on top of that she kept wanting me to pay for the service. She didn’t even smooth out or file the nails like I asked her too. I even asked her to wipe off all the dust because I don’t like how it shows the bubbles afterwards and here I am with bubbles on my nails . Absolutely unprofessional. They over charge you for a terrible job. Very disappointed. I should not have paid for a full service when she clearly knew I was disappointed and did not care.

Not bad. I got in right away and took about 30 mins for my full set. Quick and professional.

They were good but they didnt offer the powder design i wanted. I guess the young lady did not know how to do designs. I just went with another plain nail. I do recommend them but they are definitely in a rush to get you in and out.

My friend and I went to VIP for pedicures. The salon we usually go to did not have any availability that day. When we walked in the door, no one greeted us. We waited about 30 minutes, which was reasonable.When we got seated in the pedicure chairs, the water was lukewarm at best. They keep the pedicure tubs filled all the time, as opposed to filling it with fresh warm water when you sit in your chair. The man who performed my pedicure did not acknowledge me for the entire pedicure. He rushed the entire service. He did not even cut the cuticles around my toe nails. I had to ask him to cut them before he started painting, and he replied, Oh--youre right, I forgot. When he wiped my calves down after applying oil/lotion, he used a dry, rough towel. Every nail salon I have gone to uses heated, wet/steamed towels.The pedicure was mediocre, and the service was subpar. My friend had a very similar experience. Her nail tech was not friendly and provided average nail services. She never greet her. Then at the end of the pedicure, she tried to sell her on waxing services. I understand that upselling is common and is often a bread/butter for small businesses, but do not ask to wax someones eyebrows and upper lip, if you have not even said hello to them.The cherry on top? My big toe nail chipped 2 days after. I will never, ever return to VIP. I honestly do not know why they are so busy. Seems to me like they cut corners, because they are already a busy salon and dont feel the need to provide quality care.

This place almost always does an excellent job they have excellent prices too my favorite is Teresa but theres a lot of other good workers there I usually only get manicures and pedicures

Been coming here for years and never had a problem. The last two times was the worst experience ever. My nails lasted a total of 3 days and was lifting and coming off. The getting my pedi done now and this lady is horrible. I’ve corrected and re-asked her to do so much because she either skipped it or did it incorrectly. At this point I hate it here.

People were nice. I enjoyed the lady that did my nails. Dont know her name but she sits at booth 16! Great job. I love them.

Rather busy which means some things may get overlooked, like polish on your toe or forgetting to apply clear coat. Not enough attention to a perfect pedicure experience.

Used to love this place, I come all the way from stClair County to see you guys. After being almost $60 for just a fill theres no reason my nails are snapping at the tip not even a week later. Really disappointed i have to find a new place😭

OVERALL they will get you together they do an amazing job and their communication is getting better. But the girls or kids that call their self trying to park need parking lessons. Some of their customers need to be more considerate of parking between the lines.

After going to nail salons with such disappointment and high prices with low durability, I came across this place. It was recommmend to me by a co- worker. I must say they are fast even though the place stays busy. Every person I had work ob my nails did quality job. I came here all the time. Nails last 4 weeks all the time. Look for the guy who works in the back station #16.

They do great work I drive out of my way to come here but the wait can be a killer it seems no matter the day or time I come there is a wait but thats a testament to there work they do a really good job on eyebrows

After waiting over an hour they finally assigned my daugjter-inlaw a foot bath then called out and reassigned same bath and water to 2 other people and told us to wait again????EEWWW and HELL NO!🤮🤬

I had a very friendly pedicure guy. Young 👨😁. Did great on my toes. Lynn number 09 booth did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB on my nails. SHE did them JUST THE way I like. She was also friendly . The owner did my nail art. VERY skilled in doin MY nail art. First time going there WAS today. I definitely WILL GO BACK. On THE other side a bit pricey. NEVER paid THAT much on MY 💅 nails AND toes, but other than THAT they did an outstanding JOB. Keep up THE good work. Guys. Thumbs up.👍👍👍

Great price love the shape if my nails i will make sure to sit at station 4 every two weeks. They were great with my niece as well very neat and clean.

I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours waiting to get my nails done... they skipped over me on the list when it got to my turn & when i told them that they ignored me. 5 different people that got here AFTER me are sitting getting their nails done after waiting less than a half hour. ridiculous, horrible customer service.

They still are using someone elses nail files they dont sanitize they are not following State protocol

Expensive! Had to go back the same day due to shellac polish peeling off of 2 nails, then 2 days later more nails started to peel. Will not be back.

This used to be my fav nail salon until they did some unfair things. I was kicked out because my daughter wasnt getting serviced. I was upset about it but had to respect their policy. So I continued to still come here until one day I observed them letting another female get service and she had her child as well. This was incredibly unfair that they pick and choose who they want to enforce the rules on. And I know for a fact that the child wasnt being serviced because he was a male. So I no longer get serviced here. If your going to have a strict policy make sure everybody abides by it! 😡😤👎🏾

Its that sweat shop appeal, so it really depends on who you get thats going to determine your experience. Ive been very satisfied, and I have also been very dissatisfied...

I highly enjoy the whole feel of this place. The owner sits at the first table and runs the show. Ppl complain about being over charged but kinda what happend when they know ur not going to tip. + if u get long nails its extra because its extra work. They move fast so dont come with an attitude, because they will tell you to leave. I enjoy everyone but table 7 is definitely my favorite. I do a soak off color acrylic set less then a hour n a half wait and all. Hour n a half of someones time! Take that in consideration when u ladies tip. They also have glow in the dark color acrylic but its extra and its in the back so u have to ask. 😎😘

I am very unpleased by the entire visit. i went in for a simple pedicure and full set. i got into the chair to receive my pedicure and it took about 10 minutes just for somebody to start, when they finished it was time for polish, they sent a whole new person to do my polish. when they were done the sat me at a table and told me to wait until somebody came and got me . about 15 minutes passed and i was finally in the chair for my full set. i was unsatisfied with the shape, length, and pricing. i got them short with 2 ombré nails, 2 marble nails, and 2 diamond nails and the rest were regular. i overall paid $135 for both my nails and toes . that’s the most i’ve ever spent on my nails and toes and i never plan on coming back here. i wouldn’t recommend this for anybody .

I never have a bad experience when I get my nails or pedicure did here. My nail tech Teresa is great. I love everything that she does and I never feel like she is rushing too get too the next customer.

Due to them not using clean supplies. Me and my aunt both got black toenail fungus. I now have to wait 12-18 months for my toenails to grow back. I have never been so embarrassed and I even brought my little sister here before realizing what I had and she also got nail fungus in her fingernails. I will never trust another nail salon with a pedicure and I certainly won’t be coming back to this place!

I asked for a fill but the guy ripped all ofmy nails off and was hurting me badly the whole time. He put the acrylics on all crooked and then did dip for them. All of the nails are bumpyand they are different shades of coral. Some nails are darker than others. Also, the top coat he put on them chipped off two days later. He then proceeded to charge me $70. I will never go back here.

Love VIP nails. I dont mind the wait for my girl Kim. She does a wonderful job, always smiling. The owners are awesome also keeping things flowing and calmly take care of unruly clients. Keep up the good work.q

My nails turned out great, but I paid with my card and tipped with cash, the lady tipped her self 20$dollars on my credit card. I gave her a 25 dollar tip on top of that..Im not happy I want my money back and a refund for stealing from me!So I believe they are returning my money, I hate to leave bad review but it really bothered me that I was token advantage of, She was nice to me when I was there, I just know that u cant accidentally put a tip if I didnt give a tip on the card I gave cash for a tip. This could of of over drafted my account..I dont want no one else to feel how I do I will li leave a another review once my money is returned. I would get a complete return if I could. Im upset ...I wish this didnt happen. They do good work on nails and now I just dont feel comfortable coming back. I still have not received my refund!

Today I had visited VIP Nails for the first time and decided to get a shellac also an eyebrow wax wouldn’t have hurt. The shellac is reasonably priced considering the high quality products they provide, and I feel like they’ll see me more often now on!

VIP Nails gives you an excellent service. The staff is very nice. They have all the latest color in regular nail polish. In addition, their shellac polishes are phenomenal. They do all the trends shapes for ex. almond, and coffin nail. You have to get there early though because they are always packed. Theyre a little pricey however, they are worth it.

Im never fully impressed coming here. They have a ton of color options, and lots of people coming in for appointments. I personally dont like that they use a shaver for pedicures along with the pumice. Ive heard its really bad for your feet and this is the only place in the places Ive been that uses them. Their nail work is good but nothing fabulous.

The wait was long and it was a rush job. I got a pedicure and i didnt even get to enjoy it. Not all that clean either. They have lost me as a customer.

I come here once a month. Most employees do a good job. Always a wait though. Medium sized selection of regular nail polish. Gel nails and shellac available as well. They do take appointments. Also, fairly priced.

I was just charged $45 for a pedicure with shellac. I paid more for me feet than nails! I have never paid $25 for shellac on my feet. This is the last time they see me. $86 for a fill in and toes. To top it off they don’t have a price list which is illegal!!!!! No price list so they can just charge you whatever they want! Never again. You lost a long time customer!

Got my nails polished Saturday with regular polish. I asked for two coats of clear because I know that not having two coats will cause for the polish to chip faster. But when I asked for two coats, I was told no, that it would take to long to dry. Now, two days later my entire right hand has almost chipped off. I called to explain what my nails were looking like, and I was told that there was no guarantee on nail polish only sheilac.

I love Dany and Anna. They are the owners!! I have beeen coming to this salon since they open! I have had many amazing experiences, and I had a few bad, but that’s how it is sometimes!! I don’t go anywhere else!! 💕💕💕

I have been going there since day they opened. Danny the owner is the one that does my nails. Hes always trying to get me to laugh. They have always did a great job and Im sure if something was not right. I could go in there and they would fix it to make it right. Dannys wife Anne does a really good job to.

I will say i use to like this place, but i find that some of the nail tech are not as friendly, especially the man that sits at the front.He is not friendly of welcoming considering he is the first person you see . I decided to spend my money where they appreciate their customers. Their are some NAIL TECH that are so nice there. I believe Customer Service is everything..

Very long wait period but its worth it. And also I was very happy with the fact that I came back a week later after getting my white shellac and they fixed it. Because of the last time I went in I didnt have the usual lady that I get and this particular lady did a sloppy job and I wasnt satisfied but I called and let the manager know and it took me a week later to get back in because of work and he still fixed it. I appreciate that he respected the fact that I wasnt satisfied. GREAT NAIL PLACE, GREAT WORK. The long wait is worth it!
