I was pretty disappointed with the final product of my nails. It took over 30 minutes to remove my existing polish. The gel polish applied was bubbly in some spots and did not have clean edges. I am worried that they will chip! The staff was goofing around and left me sitting there unattended for quite some time. There was definitely a lack of professionalism. I am getting married in 2 days and not happy with the result 😕UPDATE:I called and was able to get in the next morning for them to redo my nails. They did it with no extra charge. The person I had was SO precise, apologetic and professional. The nail salon felt like a completely different place than my first visit!

I could have painted my nails better. Bubbly and already chipped. My toenails are fine no complaints there but my nails are bubbly and already chipped. Its been two days. Extremely disappointed that I spent money on my nails for something I could have done myself.

The staff and the space are very welcoming! They have a lot of add on option to make sure you get the service you want without being pushy for sales. I really enjoy my manicure from here and will be back soon!

I have been doing my own nails for years (gel and more recently dip). I started because usually I was disappointed with the service Id get, for the cost. Anyone who gets gel or dip knows a mani+pedi usually costs about $100.With being home all the time due to WFH, I decided to check out Prose in Roseville. They have smaller packages and pay as you go, but I decided to go with the monthly unlimited mani/pedi package for $139. This way I can go weekly, just for a reason to get out of the house.Today was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised in so many ways. Mainly with how clean EVERYTHING is! Its spa like and so relaxing. The ladies who did my hands and feet were so friendly and did an amazing job! They arent in a rush or switching off between multiple people, like you often see at other places. The foot/leg massage was INCREDIBLE!The products they use are free from the harsher chemicals, they dont use drills to file. The lotions smell so good! I really cant wait to go back next week lol

This is what I always wished a nail salon would be. It’s bright and open, specifically for nail care all the way down to a shaker machine for nail polish bottles. Melody was friendly and confident. Thank you!

Is ok. Some people are much better then others. Not much organization. The massage part of Mani and Pedi was serverly lacking even when added on for price. Great location and clean. Employees are always nice and fun.

Great experience! Brought my wedding party and everyone loved it. The neck warmers and ring cleaning were a nice touch.

They need to have nail glue on hand for availability for all their nail techs. If the techs dont buy some for their kit and none is available it ultimately reflex bad on Proses name...

Salon that uses natural ingredients. Nail colors are limited. The clear glitter turns brown after a week or so. The pedicure chairs are uncomfortable. They are not the massage chairs. Service is great and the staff are super fun to talk with.

2 visits in and Im a little on the fence about this place.First visit? Awesome! I did the $60 intro mani-pedi with gel and, while it took about 30+ the expected end time, I didnt have anywhere to be and the quality seemed great. I signed up for the single service membership to continue to try them out ($40/month for a mani or a pedi).First visit using the membership: super hyped to get a manicure for the weekend with a specific design in mind. Come to find out in the fine print of the membership, basically everything except regular polish is an add on... gel is an additional $10, designs are $5/2 nails, etc. So were talking $75 now, which is more than I pay for gel/design at my fave salon in NYC (seriously, hit up Paintbox next time you happen to be in Soho!) NYC prices in Roseville, MN? Cmon. Also the 30 minute manicure stretched out to 50 min, so time management is definitely an ongoing issue.Anyways, I stuck to the plain polish and no design to test out how it wears. I think Ill keep the membership for another month and try out the pedicure. I really do like the atmosphere of the salon and the nail artists (besides being a tad on the slow side).Definitely worth the first visit, when everything is shiny and dazzling, but TBD if the sheen continues to wear thinner and thinner.

I went to Prose for the dip powder manicure and I could not be more disappointed. Two nails completely broke off and one cracked within 5 days.

Let me first start out by saying I normally DONT review places. But Prose has provided such an amazing service that I feel like I need to rave about them to the world. I went in to get pedicures with my mom just to try out a new nail place. We were greeted by our names at the door, shown around the store, and seated promptly for our pedicures. The staff grabbed us a hot neck wrap and a nice hot cup of tea. SO relaxing! We then scheduled an express manicure for the next day and once again were greeted by our names at the door, given a warm neck wrap, and a nice hot cup of tea. The staff was so incredibly friendly both days and made us not want to leave! We will definitely be coming back!

I NEVER feel relaxed when I get my nails done, but I took my sister here for pedis before her wedding and had the BEST experience. They staff is super sweet and awesome, the atmosphere is clean and calming, and they did a great job with our pedicures! PROSE is my new go-to!

Went there for my first time today and had an excellent experience! My nail tech Melody was great and my nails look super cute! While youre waiting they offer hot or cold tea, or water. The environment was nice and they even clean your rings for you if you like for free. They really made me feel relaxed and welcome. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be a returning customer myself.

Highly recommended! I’ve been here a few times, Ximena does an excellent job on all manicures - basic, gel and sns dip. The salon is bright, clean, and best of all it’s nontoxic. It’s always a great and relaxing experience. The app and online booking/autopay is so convenient - worth every penny.

I went to Prose Roseville for the first time last week. Upon walking in, I was so impressed with the cleanliness. It was pristine. I was immediately assisted, walked to a station, and given colors to pick out. My manicurist was Sarah, who did SNS dip on my nails. She did such a great job! She took her time and was extremely careful. Overall, I would highly recommend Prose Roseville. Ask for Sarah!

They are super friendly! The salon is all natural and toxic free. No smells! If you have allergies to fragrance it’s a great place to go. It’s a bit spendy, but worth it with the extra perks. They give you hot or iced tea, a neck warmer, a blanket and they do complimentary ring cleaning.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a nail salon before. They went above and beyond to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction, and my nails look wonderful. I received a manicure with gel polish and could not be happier. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and will be back again!

Just went this past weekend and loved that the salon is toxic free with no smells. Very clean feel to the place, got tea while I was waiting and a warm neck wrap during appointment. Unfortunately I have to give fewer stars though because while I was there the gal doing my nails left half through to go start on another costumer. When she returned she rushed through to finish my nails. The day after my nails started to chip and now a few days later they are almost all chipped/pealing off.

I got a pedicure about 2 weeks ago and my nails still look great today! Very clean relaxing environment and I loved that there were no bad smells! Staff is very friendly, I’d definitely go back I had a great experience!

This place is rather new and I really like the service and the atmosphere. Signing up for a spot was a bit of a hassle if you want to go as a group, but once we were there I felt well-pampered. First-timers get a deal and they have good membership packages for returning for services.

Prose is absolutely awesome. Their employees go above and beyond and I feel like everyone there was truly genuine and helpful. Great experience - were coming back!

Today was my first time experiencing PROSE and I was not disappointed. I opened the door and was greeted by pleasant staff. My artist, Jocelyn, led me to a cozy chair and proceeded to place a lavender infused, heated neck wrap on my shoulders and a cozy blanket on my lap. After offering me a beverage and ring cleaning, she got to work on my pedi. My feet were exfoliated, massaged, and toes painted. Loved the fact that Jocelyn didn’t need to wear a mask due to the products all being non toxic. I highly recommend PROSE. My experience exceeded expectations.

First time there, enjoyed my pedicure. Got warm neck pillow, and a blanket. I got there a little early and they took me in . Everything appeared very clean, lots of polish colors to choose from.

This place is natural nail heaven! Not only do they specialize in the health and wellness of your hands and feet but they do so in a clean and odor free environment with luxurious natural products.. Prose Roseville has taken the nail game to a new level in the Twin Cities. Im looking forward to seeing how this innovative brand will grow and change the marketplace for salon nail care.

My girlfriend and I went into PROSE to get a couple pedicures and I can honestly say that I had one of the best experiences that I have ever had. The staff was friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. The entire store was clean and organized with a wonderful minimalist feel.I was a huge fan of the fact that all of their products are natural!The experience was fun and relaxing and I will definitely be back.

I’ve been twice. Both times I had a great experience and my nails looked great. The tea and ring cleaning made me feel special.

I like the concept (no harsh chemicals or smells used in their products), but I was not pleased with the quality of my get manicure. My nail technician was very nice, but had trouble painting my nails with the quality that I expect when going to a nail salon (too much longer than allotted due to a lot of rework and still had polish on my fingers and peeling/unevenness on the edges). Perhaps additional training on nail painting techniques? I still may give Prose another try, hoping this experience was a one off.

I had an overall lovely time at Prose! The offered complimentary water, tea, hot stone massage, neck wrap, AND ring cleaning! The staff are all very kind and attentive. Cimiana gave me my pedicure and was absolutely lovely and thorough with her services! I can’t recommend this salon enough!

Gel nails yet it chipped the first day. All the Polish peeled off like normal polish within a couple days and I had to get them redone (elsewhere) a week later. Unfortunately my feet were not taken care of well either and felt as if my toes were painted and that was all that came with the pedicure. Certainly the place for some, just not for me. The staff were extremely sweet however.

Everyone was super nice and attentive! they use non-toxic/hypoallergenic products so if thats what youre looking for i would definitely go with prose.

I got a pedicure done by Niya before my Caribbean vacation. The pedicure lasted over 6 weeks without chipping! 6+ weeks! After 10 days on the beach/in the sand & walking around the MN State Fair in flip flops, the polish still didnt chip, flake or crack. These people know what theyre doing. Hopefully they expand their color selection soon as I would have liked more options - though I did find a color extremely close to what I was wanting. Also, it would be kind of nice to see recliners or massage chairs to relax in. Very clean, contemporary vibe and polite and friendly staff & service

I love Prose Nail Boutique. It is a chic, relaxing and welcoming space with amazing nail techs! This is now my go to spot for my mani and pedis. Its close to home and the ladies there are very nice and they even offer you water or tea! It doesnt get any better than that!

I went in to take advantage of their $60 mani/pedi for opening recently and everything about the service was great. One of my nails is very short so it was difficult to cap the end and my polish came off within a chisels of days but they fixed it quickly and offered some good tips for growing out my nails to avoid the same issue in the future. The shop is super clean and both of the ladies who did my services were friendly and knew what they were doing. Every staff member I encountered was very professional and accommodating. Definitely coming back.

The woman I worked with was so friendly and a blast to talk to! I only went there to get my dip powder soaked off and she gave me a ton of suggestions and what to avoid without trying to sell me anything!

No chemical smells, really professional staff....my nails came out great

I arrived at 12 PM for my noon appointment. I checked in and no one talked to me until 12:20. Then they told me they wouldnt have enough time to remove my gel polish on top of the service I was scheduled to have. (Why didnt this happen at 12PM?) The nail technician had a conversation with the receptionist directly in front of me about how she could try to make it work but it would cut into her next appointment. I told them no thank you, because I didnt want to receive a rushed service. This place was cute but its too bad I had a bad first experience. Very unprofessional.

No massage chairs. Thats 80% of why I go. The lady that did my nails was rude, didnt say a word to me the entire time, but talked to the girls next to her.
