Bath Fitter did a GREAT job! Before/After photos attached. It was so nice that they did the entire install in only 4 hours and we got to use the shower the next day. It was a little spendy but I think it was worth the money considering how convenient the process was and how nice it looks afterwards. Weve been using our tub for over a month now and no leaks or issues. Great work!

Bathfitters installed a shower in our apartment 4 years ago. We have been very satisfied with it. But a few weeks ago it started to leak. Jay came out in a couple of days to fix the problem. He recaulked the shower and adjusted the door. All is well now. Excellent service all under warranty!

I had my tub and shower replaced. Dave was on time, polite, and professional. He answered any questions and did quality work. The next day, I noticed there was an area about 4 that did not get caulked. I called and someone came out a couple days later and filled it in. The bathroom had just been painted at that point, and I asked him (Jay, I think), to please be as careful as he could. He took precautions to protect the wall, filled in the caulk, and it blended perfectly, with no marks on the newly painted walls!I would absolutely recommend Bath Fitter. Quality work, attention to detail, professional and fairly priced.

From start to finish I was very happy with Bath Fitters! Jason the installer was on time, very professional. He remover the old tub/shower and surround and replaced it with exactly what I ordered. He consulted with me on the location of the grab bar after showing me the options. Start to finish was about 6 hours. We had a jet bath tub (falling apart) and ceramic tile wall (hard to keep clean) removed and replaced with tub and surround. We moved to an older home. I wanted to redo our old outdated bathroom. Bath fitter was able to cover our old yellowing tub with a new liner and replace all the suround with beautiful new walls. It was all custom fit to my bathroom. It looks so great and was a much needed update. It just took one day and we had our new bathroom.

They took out a shower/tub. Put in sub floor,redid plumbing,removed some studs,added studs, sheet rocked,and installed the new unit. The installer worked 10 and 12 hour days to finish up the job. He cleaned up everything even in the garage. The unit looks beautiful. The grab bars and door were better quality then we expected .

Bath fitters is definitely the way to go! The work was completed in one day, the installer was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the work that he was doing. He took the time to remove and replace moldy sheet rock before installing the new surface, which was one of my biggest concerns with this type of service. Not to mention, he did a great job cleaning up the mess! Im very pleased with the results.

Bath Fitter was a great, reasonable option for us in replacing our old fiberglass shower/tub combination. Once scheduled, the work was totally complete within 48 hours, and looks great! We were very happy with the work done.

Workmanship, fit and finish is great. The installer, Nate, was very conscientious and informative about letting me know what he was doing and how far along he was in the install. The only issue I initially had was that it was a bit too pricey. Then I saw the project finished and had no issue with price. Every detail with the fit and finish is fantastic. Bath fitters installed a shower in my son’s bathroom. The gentleman that did it was professional, he came on time and was efficient. The work they did was wonderful. My son is out of town, so no one has used the shower to see how it holds. The only thing is that it’s not very cheap but they do have financing. Planning on using bath fitters to redo the rest of my showers.

Bath Fitters sent an estimator within days of inquiring. The bid was very detailed, included all needed hardware such as curved shower curtain rod and a high quality shower head, etc... and even a free grab bar. The shower surround is one piece made exactly for our bathroom and it was installed within a few weeks of us placing the order. And the bid came in at almost half the cost of a comparable vendor. I had my bathroom tub crack and when trying to find someone who would do my project this summer Bathfitters was on my door step 2-3 days after I called and inquired. They were very good at telling me about the product, showing me what they’d do, and showed me all my options for the perfect look. And they arrived 2 weeks earlier than projected which was great. Was suppose to be 10 weeks and showed up in 8. The installer was clean, courteous, shared things he found and repaired structural things he found which were all included in the bid. (Surprises are included in the bid and don’t cost more....in an old home like mine they are always surprises) He was on time and I did very little cleaning after he left. Basically just put things back into my bathroom that was it. I didn’t put “good value” because I didn’t price compare with other companies because they were the first to come to my call and I didn’t have to wait for promise after promise for someone to show up.I’d recommend them to anyone. Very happy all the way around! I recommend the rain shower head!👍

We had a new bathtub and surround including the ceiling installed. Our estimator did an excellent job with the price quotes and since we were returning customers gave us the same price as 3 years ago. Dave is incredible and did an excellent job installing our new unit. He ran into unexpected issues and kept a positive attitude. He kept us well informed of the issues and timeline. He worked long hours to get it completed In the 2 day timeline despite the issues. We couldn’t be happier with the result. The fellow that did the instillation, Dan, was a hard worker and let me know what was going on with the instillation. He also talked to me about any part of the process that had alternatives so I could make choices that were best for me. He always presented them as alternatives and respected my decisions. He was friendly and thoughtful. The finished shower looks great and works great too. I now feel safe showering and very glad I made the decision to have the work done.

We found the price reasonable considering they do the work and it is done in one day and they clean up. We live in an older home and our only other option would be a complete tear out. We are pleased with the look - we recently replaced everything else in this bathroom - it is the finished look we have been waiting for.  The installers were great and friendly. They replaced the piping to copper and added shut off valves (older homes only have them in the basement). We were currently without air and the install date landed on a 90 temp day (Sorry Josh & Dan - and thank you).

Scott was our salesman and he was very good at helping us pick out everything we wanted. There was alot of different choices to make but he explained it all very well. It was hard to believe but only one guy came out to install the new tub. We went with a deeper and wider tub than we had so it took 2 days.When he came to install it he was great. he cleaned up everything both days Told us step by steep what he was going to do.He went over everything after he was done. Salesman was there a day after I called. I had a previous visit with them, so i already knew what I wanted He got right to the sale and we were done in 30 min. I paid extra to have it put in on a Saturday 4 weeks after sale. Jason was at our home for 8 hours and was done. He was awesome, friendly and very qualified at what he was doing. Initially met with Scott and he was friendly and helpful. He came to our house to talk us through the different options. Had the shower installed about 6 weeks later. The issue I had was after the install, there was a gouge in the wall and caulk left on my vanity. I mentioned the gouge to the installer and he seemed annoyed that I even mentioned it. He said I can call the office if I really wanted to. I decided not to call the office since I had a wall patch kit on hand. When Chassidy called from the office a few days later to see if I had any questions, I mentioned the gouge on the wall the installer left and his dismissive attitude to my concern, she was equally dismissive. I mentioned to her how I was surprised that no one there seemed to care or even offer a simple apology to the damage done to our house, she laughed. If I’m going to spend almost $6000 on Bath Fitter to put plastic on my existing tub, you would think they would want to help me by simply making things right. After dealing with the inconsiderate woman on the phone, I will not be using them or recommending them to any family or friends.The office offered me $50 to leave a 5 star review on google, which I declined as you can see here.Edit: Nothing they said in their response was true lol. They have not tried to call me and they said they wouldn’t pay for the damage, so the $50 was for leaving a 5 star review. The woman on the phone literally said that.

Our walk in Shower is the best! I walk in just to look at John was amazing and so accommodating. If we ever move from here. We will want to take the shower with us! And one day our bathroom was converted from tub/shower to a walk in shower it’s so amazing and anyon who has back issues or are getting older. This is the one to get!!!

We had an ugly floor-to-ceiling ceramic shower enclosure we wanted to replace. I called Bathfitters and I was a little skeptical, I admit. But now the new installation is complete and I cant say enough great things about the product and installation. On their survey they only had 5 stars...I put 10 STARS! Very sturdy (not cheap, thin plastic like the big box store enclosures) Beautiful too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bathfitter products. Sure, it isnt cheap...but what top quality is? Its worth every penny.

I just had a tub and surround put in. I am very pleased with the process from the salesperson who came to the house and explained everything to the installer who was very professional in the work that he did. He was there on time and continued to work until it was installed. He explained everything about the tub and shower, how to care for it, and answered all my questions. I would recommend Bath Fitter!

My experience with Bath Fitter was excellent. From the sales representative giving me all of the options of decor to financing for the transformation from a bath/shower combination to a full shower. The installation was done over two days with a lot of attention to detail. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to give their bathroom a beautiful upgrade.

BathFitter installed a new shower for us. The shower is fantastic and I feel like I am at a luxury hotel when using it. We had a bit of an issue with the install because there was a pipe that needed to be moved. They came up with different plans and things proceeded smoothly with a very satisfactory outcome for all.
