Absolutely spectacular. I had a manicure and pedicure as part of the monthly membership. My feet arent worthy of being outside of a pair of socks but I was made to feel comfortable and after a drink dove in foot first.Ill be back and ready to maintain my toes and fingers.

This is a very cool barber shop built for men! Lots of options. Every haircut comes with a great scalp massage and hot towel wrap. It was nice. The ladies who work there were very friendly. If youre considering a new hair place, give this location a try! Im glad I did.

Elizabeth was excellent! She was professional, friendly, and very competent. She provided me a masterful toe trim. Believe me, my toes were in bad shape ! I was so excited for Fathers Day for my hubby to get some man pampering. He did enjoy his manicure, pedicure, and beard treatment and trim. I was very sad to hear the chairs during pedicure are not massage chairs!! I am a regular pedicure person and that is the best part!! So for the price I think you should upgrade and I bet youd have many more return customers!! Your establishment is a great concept though.

I surprised my fiancé with the hops and cedar manicure and pedicure. He was very reluctant to go. However, I prepaid for his trip and he did not want to see the money go to waste so we gave it a try. Because it was his first time there was also someone else there for there first time which seemed to have made all the difference! At the end he really enjoyed it and is looking forward to going again before our trip at the beginning of September! He told me he loved the environment and the person who did his service was really great and made him feel comfortable!

I have been here a few times now and really enjoy the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I tried something different this time and got the head shave. This will be one of my favorites now when I come to the Hammer and Nails. They have really found was to make you feel your best.

The Roseville location is a great location. Julie runs a great crew and the team enjoys working under her leadership. The ladies working there are professional and are great at what they do. I look forward to my 4 week visit because it is relax time. I highly recommend this business.

Ya know coming from the original Hammer & Nails (which was fantastic) and having been to another franchise before (which was not fantastic) I didn’t have big expectations of the Roseville location but let me tell ya. They did their thing. Service was very nice. Good atmosphere.

I went with a group of my friends. We all had multiple services done and the ladies that were working that day were great. There was 6 of us and we had the place to ourselves. It was nice to see a customer just stop by to say hi to the girls. Shows that they are truly friendly and great at what they do. I had my ear,nose, and unibrow waxed, shaved head and face, manicure and pedicure. Most of my friends did the same. The only thing is I am used to my head and face being shaved against the grain. It comes out much smoother but Jessi did a phenomenal job with my shave. It’s just very relaxing to have it done for you sometimes. And I can’t remember her name but the girl that did the waxing was awesome and very gentle being it was my first time doing it. I will definitely be back again.

My stylist was Sarah and she methodically ensured that every request that I had was met with detailed and precise action. Took advantage of multiple services, including Haircut for my son, and for myself, beard trim and pedicure. Natalia is awesome for hair cut and performed amazing facial cleanup. Victoria did a great pedicure, especially this was my first time getting a pedicure.Would definitely go there again next month and take advantage of membership prices. This goes without saying that our check-in and checkout at the front register was amazing.

Made my husband an appointment here for a full hour long beard trim/service and a full wax for his ears, nose and brows. It was his first time and he came home unimpressed and said it was a waste of his time. Hospitality and professionalism was lacking to say the least. Upon being greated he explained that it was his first time. No welcome or explanation as to how the grooming would play out or small talk for that matter. The woman doing his service kept asking another woman to check all of her work (the whole appointment) and was not confident in what she was doing what so ever, leaving my husband feeling uneasy and wanting to bolt. His face mask was placed on a small part of his forehead and a very thin line down his nose (none was applied to his nostiles). Also his beard trim looked awful. For the cost of services, quality is really lacking. We will not be using this business or their services again.

I had a sports pedicure at Hammer & Nails on Friday last week, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The pedicure was very good and the calf massage was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to any guy looking for a day of relaxation

Went in for the $40 Classic Beard Trim, website states there is reshaping, straight razor outlines, lavender oil-infused hot towel, beard conditioning and styling. supposed to take about 45 minutes.what I got was 15 to 20 minutes of an electric razor trimming, electric razor lining and electric razor shaping, with a 90 second beard oil treatment. no hot towel, no straight razor lining, no conditioning, nor styling.giving the two stars only because the staff was friendly, however the value wasnt there, the service wasnt as stated, and I will have to continue my search for a good beard trimming service.Update: they called and offered a free visit to make things right.

I had a haircut and beard trim and was left speach less. The service was very good, they did a fantastic job. I got a beer while I was getting taken care of. They put hot towels on your face and did a fantastic job with the haircut and my beard trim.

I feel like my haircut was done by somebody new with not much experience. She had to keep asking other stylists for products. She did not listen to the way I wanted my haircut cut and cut it too long at 1st. I told her I wanted it shorter and she still left it too long. I told her a few times how I like it cut and how I like to stile my hair and she just did what she wanted. I hate to say but I have had better fades from a $10 haircut. I was pretty upset with my overall experience. I am getting married in a couple days and just wanted to have a professional experience.

Carla did a fantastic job working with my husband who has dementia. She did a mani/pedi and since he is diabetic, the pedicure has to meet special requirements. Carla is certified for diabetes pedicures and she did an awesome job on every part of it. Her customer service was excellent and he was relaxed and comfortable for the entire session. Tried Hammer and Nails for the first time after seeing an ad for them on Instagram. I liked it there, they take more time around the sideburns and temples than the places I’d gone before. It was the first time in quite a while that I didn’t go home and finish trimming up my sideburns after a haircut. Sarah cut my hair, I took her card and their list of services. I’ll go back again.I’d recommend to any guy looking for a step up past the chain haircut places.

I want to start off by saying Hammer and Nails is amazing! Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted and everyone was so friendly. Although it says grooming for guys, women are more than welcome! I received the sports pedicure and it was absolutely amazing. They do many treatments and my feet were baby smooth afterward! This place is very clean, and take the appropriate sanitary precautions for covid including proper sanitization after each person, clear screen to help with social distancing, masks, cleanliness from workers, etc . I was offered a complimentary drink (my drink of choice was a beer ;) ) which was a nice gesture and it was overall a great experience. They really do take care of you here, and I would recommend anyone to come check this place out. I received a pedicure, however I know they offer many other services to accommodate all needs. Will definitely be coming back!

I was initially dubious and uncertain and even considered canceling. For $12.00 a nice Asian lady has cut my hair for years. I obviously thought well of her workmanship and her location was convenient.Two friends had been satisfied at Hammer and Nails ... my fiancé said “go for it” so I did. I got a haircut beard trim and shampoo.Excellent ... my new barber!

As a woman, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was not walking into a typical barbershop. The experience was closer to a salon. Natalia was fantastic. She is knowledgeable, fast, and creative. My haircut lasts, because she cuts my hair to keep a nice shape as it grows. Hammer and Nails is a diamond in the rough.

The male grooming destination of the century. Calming environment and definitely laid out with the man in mind. Oversized leather seating, Individual Tv screens and complementary beverages. Oh yeah and the service is as good and professional as you could hope for. Well worth the time.

Decent facility. The haircut i received should have been a low fade. Easy enough. Well $40 later, and I left with something I could have done myself without a mirror. Not to mention the senior ranking staff that did my hair cut, was completely rude and unprofessional towards her own staff. I could feel the awkwardness, and overall, I will not be returning.

I had a Manicure and Pedicure service done at the Rosevelt store. I normally go to the Folsom store which I feel caters more to the client experience then the Rosevelt store. The tv’s and their cable were non available (working). I had to use my own phone for entertainment. I don’t think that was acceptable. Enjoy everything about this place.. I do wish the chairs used for pedicures were elevated a bit... currently being horizontal to your tech makes it so you from time to time have to dancer point your feet which i can not do well... it also help with the leg fatigue by the end.. but still enjoy it all.

Great first impression! I had a classic cut and a premium shave. Alex was great, she had me asleep in the chair in no time. they were running a little behind on the schedule, which was totally understandable since they just had news crew out that morning doing interviews with some of the staff. Alex got me back on schedule, close to my previous end time without feeling rushed or unimportant. I’ll see them again in 2 weeks!
