I had one of the most pleasant grooming experiences of my life today. I was greeted by Vicki when I can in and immediately was impressed with with her personality and enthusiasm. Her attention to detail was amazing! Spring for the double or triple MVP and you wont be disappointed! Vicki is the AMAZING!!!

There is usually a lot of turnover in these places. I have had different stylists that come and go. They offer a few options for the level of care you are looking for. Pricey but worth it. They log your information about your preferences which is amazing. I dont have to start over every time. I have been using Jennifer H. for my hair. Cool and does a great job. You can log in online to get an estimated (pretty close) appointment time. I strongly recommend this. This place gets busy.

Ive been to many hair salons before, and they always mess my hair up. I have to wait for it to grow back so I can fix it. I was sceptical about going to a hair salon again, but this place was great. Ive shown them a picture of what I want my hair to look like and they did it just like I wanted. They used a moisturizer when cutting my hair. No cuts ot nicks whatsoever. Also their MVP service is great. They wash your hair, hot towel with a face massage, and a back massage for just $29!! I will definitely come back for my next hair cut.

I paid a good deal of money for a haircut and left a 50% tip and was pretty happy with the cut. After a proper shower and examination I stopped by for a quick trim (very uneven in my trouble area) and have been waiting way longer than expected. Will not be supporting this business anymore.

I travel for work and I can usually find a sports clips. Staff at all locations have been super friendly. Haircuts always on point. Its a little on the pricy side. Products that are carried are great.

I give the Roseville store in the Rocky Ridge Center zero stars based on their lack of concern for their customers. I waited in line for close to forty minutes and was then moved from the front of the cue to make room for someone who had not made an appointment online. They just moved this person in front of me. The other issue is that the manager told me that they are not allowed to give out the store owners name when I asked who I would complain to when the complaint was about the manager. She told me to find a receipt and do the survey. They lost a really good tipping customer today. I will never go back to this sport clips ever. The ONLY reason they got one star was because you cant post a message with zero stars.

Horrible haircut on my 5 year old son. Instead of listening to me tell her what I wanted,she either didnt know how to do it,or she just did what she though would look good:( back to Supercuts for this family.
