Asked the dude to leave the front trim the top, then he proceeds to cut the front then the top.Nobody greeted me at the door, one of the dudes was on his phone for 15 mins before he sad anything to the guests.The guy i had could use a buzzer but i could have done a better job using scissors

I went in to get cleaned up just had a haircut 1 and a half weeks ago and the guy completely butchered my hair worst haircut in 42 years of my life

The barbers are professional their equipment is sanitized before and after ever cut! My Barber G does excellent with my cut every time! Clean and organized Shop in the mall where you can eat and or shop while waiting for your cut!!!

Carl did an awesome job on my son and grandson’s hair. He was very nice, on time and patient. Most of all he LISTENED.

Worst place to get a haircut! Nobody greets you when you first walk in! and the check in system is off! might as well tell everyone to make an appointment instead of coming in waiting around for hours while everyone around you is getting haircuts!! “Waist of time”!

I think that it is a wonderful place and 100 percent that it is the best barber shop! The person who does my hair does an excellent job thank you every one you are amazing!

More bad aspects of the cut than good. Great attention to detail on the sides but the top was nowhere near what I wanted or asked for.If you decide to get your haircut here, be very detailed about what you want. I went mostly off a picture and got a much shorter cut than I wanted. I would try going here again, as I saw other good cuts and read other positive reviews, however, there were several long pieces of hair that were left on the top that the barber missed--which, in my opinion, should never happen.Overall: you may get a great cut here, or you may get a real dud. But hey, thats every barbershop, right? Still waiting to find my go-to barber... Ill let you know when I do.

My son has been to three barbers here and theyre all great with him. They are professional, friendly and welcoming. He always gets complimented on his haircuts.

The guy closest the counter doesn’t pay attention to detail and can’t cut hair does not take his time and rushed the cut.

Ive been here many times and have never changed my hair stylist! Carlos is the best! He cuts exactly what I want and will recommend different hair styles if asked. All the guys there seems to have a lot of fun. Love the atmosphere!

Waited 30 min just to be told there were 3 people scheduled ahead of me and when i actually was trying to schedule for an appointment, it almost seem like they didnt want to book me. Who knows, it could be my luck of draw. BUT, the good side is if you do find the right barber, they do take care of you. Unfortunately my go-to barber no longer work for their franchise.By the way, Friday is considered a weekend if youre planning to make an appointment.

Coolest barbershop Ive seen. All the guys were nice and had a good rapport with each other. It was a fun environment....good haircut too!

This was a disappointment twice. I took my son there first time and I was very short on time so I didn’t realize that they gave him an even cut. Mind you I have paid almost $30 for the cut. The second time was this past Saturday and I have told the barber guy named Ken that we had a terrible experience the first time. He promised he will give my son the best haircut. Well guess what! He did give him a nice cut in the expense of burning my sons forehead. I am seriously there are legit burn marks on my child’s forehead. I don’t know why I gave them a second chance to disappoint me but lesson learned. We are never going back to this shop. Terrible barber shop! I wish there was a way to give you no stars. One star is too much for the lousy services you provide.

My experience has been exceptional every time. I have had multiple barbers cut my hair and so far Eric is the most knowledgeable. In regards to the other reviews, it seems like peoples expectations are somewhat skewed. New location as well.

I have been going to this barbershop for the past 5 years even before their renovated location. The barbers are very professional and the cuts are always on point. I go here every month before drill to get that fresh fade with the military discount. Ask for Eric and he will make sure you get out of there feeling good and ready for any event.

Waited an hour. I signed up. The barber Carlos decided to take his friend instead of following the order. Bad service towards walk ins. They cut who they want “friends”Why have a check in system if they don’t honor it. Awful experience!

Barbers are professionals and great at what they do! Be prepared to book your space over the phone. If walk in come in before it opens so you dont have to wait long to get your hair cutt.

Disappointed, I liked my haircut after my first visit. Decided to reschedule with the same barber a day ahead. Came in for my appointment and signed in, an hour later just to find out that appointment wasn’t even acknowledged...very disappointing I wish he could’ve told me so I didn’t have to waste my time

Been there 4 times. Just make sure you don’t get Carlos and you’ll be fine. Dude will do things you don’t ask for, can’t judge length off pictures or anything you show him.

WORST BARBERSHOP IN MINNESOTA!!! I asked for a taper and I got flat top!!! Im surprised the lowest star they can get is a 1 because they deserve -300 stars! They suck! I look like Will Smith when he was on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air! Dont waste your time or money!

Worst haircut place ever. Dont waste your money on this I spent 23$ on my hair cut. I ask for a brush fade and half a inch off top. Guy took pretty much all my hair off. So mad worst hair cut of my life. Will never go back there again

Signed in, sat for over an hour while at least 5 other people walked in after us.None of the workers even paid any attention. Customer service = zero!!! Pay attention to details. Will never come back and will just go to the Final Cut in Maplewood where they acknowledge your presence and are friendly.Shame on you Roseville.

HORRIBLE!!!!! checked in on their Lil computer since there was no receptionist. Said there were 4 people ahead of us so we waited. Ended up waiting 50 minutes when my son was next and was told that they have 3 appointments coming in right now so we can go walk around the mall. There was never 4 people ahead of us it was 7. They need to change their system to include their appointments and not waste peoples time! I didnt mind waiting but you need to be up front about the wait time or hire a person instead of a computer to explain how long the wait will actually be.

This store is a false advertisement. They are not about money, they do not care if you get a haircut or not they will shut down immediately. Final cut was my favorite but now is a dissapointment. Especially if they know me like yall some squirms.
