Horrible customer service. I came in to get a new lease at 2pm and was waiting by the door. A lady came told me she is on break until 2:15 and she has a tour at 3. She would only do 1 tour a day she said. I tried to point to the two units available on their website to make sure they available. She said she wont answer me on her unpaid break. I have to wait until the next day.

Once put out flies next to mail box’s for an animal lost in the area and were all torn down within a few days. Apartment once flooded and they couldn’t open the resident door who was the reason for the flood because they weren’t home. I’m sure that resident lost a lost of items because the water was running out their front door. When I think of it now it’s quite comical. The fixed our apparent well. Have also had them fix water leaks under the sink for it to have the same issue. The repair looked like a 3 year old took some wood and nails to it. I really liked the management in the beginning because it felt homie but after a year and a half it went south. It’s not the worst place to live. Location is nice. Prices rose every year. There’s a pretty neat trail that’s right outside the apartments. It’s secluded. In conclusion, I’m sorry to the women I had an officer knock on your door because my phone that was lost was coming from your apartment and then you had a panic attack and freaked out on me and the officer even when I was super chill about it. And thank you to the man who’s young son saw my phone in the grass outside the house the next day or 2 conveniently right outside the women’s house. Listen here lady. I still think you stole my phone and threw it out the window

My family and I have lived here for several months. We love this place. The management is very kind and the property is always kept nice. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful. Unfortunately, like most apartment complexes, open parking can be hard to find. There are a bit more fees than usual, but you honestly get what you pay for. We have been very happy here.

Honestly the apartment complex isn’t bad at all. The only downside I felt while living there was 1. The neighbors are really nosy. My next door neighbor from beside my balcony was the nosiest lady ever, she would also never park in her assigned parking spot so she’d take the extra ones just cause it was closer to her door. But aside from that the other downside was probably how thin the walls are so I can hear everything and just the parking lots, there was never any open spaces so it’s sucks if you and your roommate both have a car. But whenever I had a problem the office were the nicest people ever. They really helped me a lot.

We have only lived here for a few months so far and we have loved it! I have never lived in a better managed apartment complex. The community is safe and very well maintained. In our first month of moving here our washer and dryer broke and it was very promptly fixed. Your apartment search can end now! The Preserve is the best in the area!! I can not say enough good things about this place.

I have been at Preserve at Creekside for almost a year now and would definitely recommend. The staff have been so understanding and accommodating during the construction and remodeling that has been going on. Whenever something breaks in our apartment the maintenance responds immediately! The community areas (pool, gym, fire-pit) are kept very clean. There is constant upkeep on landscaping, keeping leaves from piling up.While I understand why other reviewers complained about the construction, it was a necessity and is done now. So if anyone is looking to move here it is honestly perfect timing as the complex is completely remodeled! The parking can be a bit tight at times, but this is only with unpaid parking. If you have a garage or paid parking spot which tbh isnt much more per month it is a breeze. Would definitely recommend as management for many other apartment complexes in the area, which I wont name, have seriously ruined their occupants finances and credit.Along with the above, I have also enjoyed the easy access to Galleria, Fountains, any grocery stores/ shopping within walking distance. The amazing trails nearby along the wildlife preservation for walking, running, and biking.

Do not recommend this place. Construction all the time. Parking lots closed for resurfacing with not enough parking the way it was without the multi-day project. Deposit was taken from us unjustly in our opinion, plus they want more money after we left. We did a walk through prior to moving out and was told everything looked good. Our $1000 deposit was taken for new carpets despite them not being new. We were going to have them cleaned before we moved out and were told not to as they clean them before every new tenent. Just got a letter from a collection agency for an additional $314.43 despite a lengthy conversation with management. This was a railroad job in my opinion. All of these decisions were made after we moved out and were no longer in the state and available to dispute their own cleaning crew. I dont recommend them.

We have had a few problems with our A/C unit since moving in and every time Amanda, the office manager, personally sees to it that we get the care that is needed. A few days ago I walked over to the office just to get an ETA on work orders with the current Covid-19 situation. Immediately, to the best of her ability with health and safety precaution still being followed, Amanda walked me through a few quick steps to diagnose the problem from outside our apartment. Two days ago it went out again, and they immediately repaired what they could of our old one so we were not uncomfortable. They then ordered (and are currently installing) a brand new one less than 2 days later. The quality of attention and care the staff puts in here has been absolutely wonderful, and I definitely recommend Preserve for anyone looking for a balance of close proximity to everything in town while being quietly tucked away and close to nature/walking trails.Thank you Preserve!

I love living here. Ive lived here for 5 months and I have no regrets. It’s quiet. There’s no crime. All the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The maintenance people are super polite and friendly. The pool is really nice. The weight room kinda sucks because it’s small and kinda uncomfortable but it’s free so make some new friends. The office people are super friendly and always address any issue really fast. The speed bumps suck but there’s a lot of kids so it’s okay. I say if you’re looking for a quiet upscale apartment complex this place is your spot. I have good taste and I enjoy being here.

Great apartments to live in! Roomy, quiet, clean. We’ve had a few issues over the 3 years that we’ve lived here but the staff is always quick to resolve them. Also, they’ve done a lot of updating recently which makes it feel newer.

So this place has its ups and downs. There is a lot of construction going around which can be annoying at times but its honestly not too bad. Especially since its almost done with. Management is working on getting better with how fast they handle different things such as work orders or complaints. For the most part it is quiet here in our little hidden area away from the rest of the city. The rent in my opinion is a little high but there are decent amenities here so all in all 4 stars.

I wish I could give these apartments negative numbers but I have to put a 1 star just to submit this review. I am upset but at the same time I’m trying to be helpful. These apartments are the worst.First off they are remodeling the apartment complex and always have construction workers making noise during the day. Blocking entry to our apartment. The day we moved in the refrigerator was not cooling. Manage my said that maybe we just don’t close it all the way. We even placed a thermostat to prove that it didn’t work and they replaced the refrigerator for one that made a loud buzzing sound throughout the day. I was afraid it was going to burn out. After we let them know about the noise they finally changed out the refrigerator for one that worked. The microwave was so old it turned on by itself and they just suggested we reset it by unplugging it. They never replaced it.The first month we moved in there were ants everywhere coming in from the patio and even though we put in a work order they had to come in 3 times in order to finally get rid of them. There is never enough parking so when we worked late we couldn’t park anywhere in the complex. They are obviously aware of the problem since they had to email everyone about the problem. Residents had to park out in the street by the creek and sometimes get towed. We had a toilet leak in the master bathroom and put in an order various times and called as well but it took them like a month to finally come and fix it.When we finally moved out they went ahead and charged us to replace the carpet of the apartment even though it was normal wear and tear! Almost $1,400!!! Needless to say the security deposit did not cover that amount since it was only $500 we gave them. This place is the worst I’ve seen in Roseville. The management is always busy trying to make people move in so that when you move out they screw you over. I have never lived in an apartment complex where I have to pay for the replacement of the carpet! If you don’t want to get screwed over and taken advantage of save yourself and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! You will regret it.

Really great place to live. Cant beat this location, practically footsteps from the heart of East Roseville and the 80/65 interchange. Really good value compared to the other apartments in this area. You can do everything online - pay rent, schedule maintenance, contact management, etc. Management is very accommodating and aims to make sure youre happy, which Ive found is rare for an apartment complex nowadays.

I dont even know where to start with how horrible this place is. Shortly after I moved in, Amanda took over as office manager, and the change was drastic. Constant emails and notices posting the rules and regulations, patio inspections and surprise inspections to inspect our housekeeping without our consent to enter. They did this under the guise of a California statute, where a landlord can enter to inspect for potential plumbing or electrical issues, however my research concluded that the statute doesnt cover housekeeping inspections. No use of our patios for 2 months before I moved out, with every sign of going on for months longer (with no rent credit), speed bumps installed every few feet, so from the community entrance to my garage, I had to drive over 15 speed bumps. Thats 60 speed bumps per day just to leave the apartment twice! Management has no consideration for their tenants - its like theyre running a boot camp, making up rules after move-in that werent in the lease, and I could go on, but theres only so much space. Suffice it to say that these girls (Amanda and Kelly) are on some kind of power trip and have no consideration that theyre impacting the quality of life for their tenants. I was hoping to stay there until I found a house, but was forced to leave because I couldnt take it anymore. My new place is great and Im so glad to be out of there!

Just moved in last week and we love, love, love it here. The staff has been attentive and are very willing to help make the move easier. Our apartment was clean, freshly painted and the carpets were cleaned. Where in the Roseville area can you find an apartment over 1,000 square feet for the value? Nowhere! Im not sure what the deal is with the previous poster, but its apartment living - youre bound to hear footsteps and voices from other apartments every once in a while. Weve had no pests so far and while the parking isnt optimum, its very workable. All in all, were very pleased that we chose The Preserve at Creekside for our home.

Very loud, neighbors out In hallways talking and laughing till 2 am in the morning even on weekdays not worth the money to pay this much and have to be inconcienced at 2am because the neighbors decided to bring their party into the hallway and waking my kid up. 👍1550 for a two bedroom might as well move across the street for 100 bucks more into nicer apartments where neighbors are considerate and the office enforces their policies

The property management team at The Preserve at Creekside is the best that I have ever met. After looking for an apartment for over a month we were lucky to find The Preserve at Creekside. Chris, Rebecca, Ashley and even the handyman Alex,,,all were fabulous. The apartment was spotless,,,brand new carpets, countertops and fresh paint, newly refinished pool area and pool, they were meticulous about the walk through and the move in was made so easy.I would recommend this apartment complex 100%. The Starbucks is a 5 minute walk, the mall across the street, bike trail, dog area, restaurants close too...everything you need.

Parking Garages outdated and adequateFor people who drive real vechies. I m probably goin to get canner from the asbestos painted kitchen cabinets and spary painted counter top. I should probably give FPI Management a call and talk the Dennis Treadaeay the CEO.

It’s like living in a construction zone. Since they are redoing the trail, which is closed until June 2019 there is extreme noise from equipment starting a little after 6am. Also the apartments are getting remodeled which is also noise and very disruptive.
