We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and really love it. The first thing we noticed, before we even moved in, was how quiet it was. It’s very family friendly, with lots of kids out playing all the time. We took it as a good sign when we visited before deciding to move in that there were so many kids out, it reflected well on how safe it feels. We’ll probably live here another year or two before moving on. :)

If you like mold, cockroaches, spiders, gun shots often and horrible parking, this is the place for you!

Yall shouldnt be allowed to block off twenty parking spaces when its already hard to find a spot around here. If youre going to give us one reserved spot you shouldnt block the open ones all the time.

Lived here for a little over a year and had my daughter here. Lovely community and the office staff are nice. The maintenance people have been speedy with their responses, work, and do a good job. Just pay your rent and utilities on time and youll love living here.-Update took off a star because they took our entire security deposit for the littlest amount of dirt. Took 2 weeks to clean the apartment and they took the entire deposit and we owe $30. Kind of a bitter end to over a year spent here.. good experience overall

We have lived her for the past 4 years. We have lived in 1,2 and the three bedroom apartments. We love it here. If you let them know about the problem they are quick to handle it. Office staff is always friendly and kind. Mariya and Holly are always amazing.

We have lived here for about 6 months. Our upstairs neighbors must play the bass when they are not blasting music. All hours of the day and night. We have made complaints multiple times and, as I’m writing this, there is a constant rumble from above. They want your money each month but they don’t care about your complaints.

Although we only lived at Autumn Oaks for 3 months, we both enjoyed our time there. Our apartment was clean when we moved in, the apartment was spacious with abundant storage, and there are garages for an additional charge. The apartments are well built and mostly soundproof, though the family above us kept odd hours. We had a fireplace and washer/dryer in ours, and a nice size patio. The grounds are well kept, there is a dog park, computer room, two pools, a car wash stall, and we felt very safe, even with a downstairs apartment. It would be nice if there was more tenant parking, especially for guests.The tenants are friendly,, many have pets, and I enjoyed meeting neighbors and seeing the children playing in the large grassy area behind our apartment in the late afternoon. The location couldnt be any more convenient, with easy access to shopping, public transit, and easy freeway access The staff is polite and courteous--our only complaint is there is sometimes miscommunication because of the high turnover rate in the office. We had some mix-ups with our parking space and mailbox assignments and we were at first unhappy regarding our deposit refund. After expressing our concerns with management, HOLLY WAS FABULOUS AND WORKED WITH US, LEAVING US HIGHLY SATISFIED. We highly recommend Autumn Oaks, and cant say enough good things about this complex--if I have a little more income, I would definitely move back! My husband and I have lived at Autumn Oaks for the last 3 years. This was our first place together and has been perfect for newly weds!We have a one bedroom apartment upstairs and we love it. The best part is we have vaulted ceilings and it really makes the place seem bigger than it is! They recently repainted the building and it looks gorgeous!! As with everything we have of course seen the accumulation of living in an apartment, things break, however, the maintenance team is always out right away to fix it for us. The location is great as well, super close to the freeway and the Galleria mall. We even have a grocery store across the street! I would say this apartment is perfect to anyone who is just starting out, want to be in a good area, or just wants a solid place to rent.

Nice and quiet at night. Swimming pools are clean. Workout room and tanning beds.Has a park for the kids to play. Theres also has a dog park 🐕

Do NOT rent here please! We were in these apartments for a year. Within the first month, the living room ceiling almost came down because the people upstairs flooded it. I called the office right away and stated it was an emergency and they came the next day. By the time we moved, 11 months later, they still had not fixed it. The back sliding door didn’t lock or latch, never fixed and leaked when it rained. And then the hot water stopped working on our bathroom sink. This one did get fixed, but it took a few weeks. Once we gave our notice and moved, we did a walk through so we could see what they were going to look at. They tried to blame us for the back food and ceiling. But I showed them the emails from when it happened and pictures from day 1 with the backdoor. They agreed and we were supposed to get majority of our deposit back, minus cleaning and minor repairs to the walls from nails. Two weeks later they are sending us a bill for $1400 to fix the door and ceiling. I went in and they told me it was a mistake. A week later another bill for $1200, then $800, like, you’re trying to negotiate me paying for YOUR repairs????? I called them and told them they have proof from me that it wasn’t my problem and I’m not paying and I want my deposit back. A YEAR LATER, they never sent my deposit and have now sent me to collections for $200. This apartment complex and CTL management will do everything they can to get as much money from you as possible. Not worth it.

The apartment itself is gorgeous and quite large, my living room is massive and the ceiling is so high! The grounds are always pristine, amenities are pretty cool, and management is always right there if you need them! Theres so much within walking distance. Definitely better than Allegria across the street, that place was dirty and small.I could do with lower prices, but who couldnt? Its definitely within reason, though!I really do love it here, Ive yet to have a single problem!

Good budget apartments with good location

Poor floors, poor landscape maintenance. Maintenance personnel are not always up to par, Have requested that door moldings be improved, requested vacuuming of the air conditioning vent due to poor maintenance and still hasn’t been done. Staff not fully Trained in regards to handling complaints in a professional manner .

Will have lived here for 2 years and 3 months by the time our lease is up in August. I cant say that Id be that ready to recommend. The issues weve had with maintenance (bugs/snakes getting under the door which they just tossed pesticide powder by the entry to combat) and (a few of the staff) in the office give me pause. Dont expect fine expensive upgrades. It definitely isnt worth the $1400+ were paying for a 1 bedroom. Only had to report a domestic fighting issue once in a nearby apartment. The people that live here are mostly friendly but keep to themselves.

Wonderful place! I lived there for 3 years almost and never had any issues. It was nice and quite, maintenance was on top of any work the apartment needed, and the office staff was very prompt in getting back to me if I had any questions or concerns. There was a slight issue regarding move-out charges, but Melanie was very attentive and professional in handling the matter. Everything was taken care of quickly and she kept me informed of what was going on throughout the entire process. Im truly impressed and blown away by her management skills and I cant thank her enough for all of her help! I would recommend this community to any of my friends and family! Thanks Melanie!!

Its been almost 1 year and I love the staff everybody is very friendly in the office and I love the maintenance they will come once you put the order in I have not had a problem so far looking forward to be here another year only negative thing is they went up on my rent 85.00 but I guess thats normal for this area in Roseville it would be nice if they did some upgrades for the price that were paying for these apartments that would make it even better all in all Im happy

We lived here several years ago, but enjoyed it overall. Some of the neighbors were a little noisy, and these are by no means luxury apartments... but they are nice for what you pay for.

Horrible management place!!!! We moved out and were harrassed by the Collection Department saying we owed them money (when we payed everything in full before we moved)!! Do not recommend dealing with them! For the one year we lived there they raised our rent 2 times by 70 bucks! It is crazy paying 1000 for 1 bedroom

Save yourself the hassle of living here. We lived in three different apartments on site and have friends who are still occupants. All of the apartments are in constant need of repairs and are of poor quality, as is the service. This place is corporate run and it definitely shows in the treatment of their tenants. Overpriced, shoddy and unprofessional.

Terrible flooring! Management not qualify to handle most problems. Black mold in my apartment, garbage problems have plagued this complex. Would not recommend this rental for anyone. Garage rentals price increases without notice!!
