I have lived at Carmel at Wood creek West with my family for 3 years now. The community is nice and the workers are extremely helpful. Lydia and Phuong and been able to accommodate our needs whenever they arise and remedy situations at a very fast pace. The Night Manager John does an excellent job patrolling the community and has helped prevent issues and/or disturbances that arise. Scotty one of the maintenance workers is excellent! Always provides fast and friendly service. All in all, its been a fantastic experience and have not had any issues that make us unhappy with living here. Thanks Guys!

I’ve lived at Carmel At Woodcreek West for a year now. A small degree of occasional issues with the random neighbor is expected when you live in a large apartment complex. What I love most about this pace is the staff. The office personal and the maintenance staff are always going above and beyond to exceed my expectations in customer service. They’re always helpful and They’re always quick to respond to maintenance related issues with my unit. I couldn’t ask for more from them. In addition my kids and I love my spacious 3 bedroom townhouse.

I have lived here for 3 years. I am very sad to be leaving. I am moving out of state for work. I have loved living here. Thomas and Lydia and the maintenance team have been amazing. They all are super friendly. The complex is always super clean. My Dog Toby and I fit right in as they are a very Dog friendly complex. I have really enjoyed my time here and wish I could take the complex with me!

Pretty great place to live, I love how close it is to everything. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I havent been here a year yet.During the COVID times it would have been nice if rent was adjusted to not include the amenities that we have not had access to this entire time.The communication between tenants and management is pretty great, its awesome that you even have an app for this complex so you can send direct messages. The management is pretty great, theyre pretty quick to deal with any issues within the complex. Or at least any issues that Im aware of and had to deal with.The maintenance crew is pretty awesome, if you have an issue and they see you struggling they go out of their way to ensure to help you. John Garcia is the night manager and goes above and beyond to help tenants out. Even when its something that may not be in his job description. He ensures to make friendly contact with all tenants he sees. The rest of the crew is also awesome and super friendly as well.Overall I like the complex. I have lived all over Roseville for 11 years and the management here with Lydia and Phuong have made it easier than all the other complexes Ive lived in.As with any complex you have those neighbors that think everything and everyone should be on their schedule and their convenience but they handle that pretty well here.

Made a major life transition after 20 years of living in a house and this was a PERFECT place to rebuild from - homey, safe, clean, comfortable, pretty, and friendly! Been super happy to have called this place home for the last 18 months. The apartments are VERY home-like with raised panel cabinets and doors throughout. Bright white kitchen, bathroom, and doors give an extra cheery and clean feel. My apartment has been expertly maintained, any minor issues I had were addressed immediately by the cheerful maintenance team esp Carlos and Vance. Large walk in closets and roomy bathrooms - feels more like a nice house than an apartment. Great pool and gym area - super clean - all grounds, trees, and landscaping are constantly well maintained and neat. Very few apt complexes here have attached garages - Carmel does - and plenty of outside parking too! SO nice to be able to walk into your apt directly from the garage with your groceries or shopping bags. Lots of kiddos in the complex, people of all ages and pets too. Annette and Natalia in the front office have always been professional, so friendly and very helpful. The complex is nestled in a quite area of town too, lots of trees and safe for walking and biking. Love it here!

Aside from the fact a quadruple homicide happened here, a standoff happened across the street TWICE, hornets are everywhere at this property, cockroaches as well. Management doesn’t communicate well when there are issues and they do not resolve them fairly. People park in front of your garage and you can’t get out constantly. Freeway is 15-20min away but you should know that before considering moving into a place. There is a laundry list of other issues with very few positive ones. Make your own decision.

I love living here...this has been the best place I have ever lived. The grounds are always kept clean and safe. The maintenance crew is always available to fix any thing that may be giving me trouble. The office staff is extremely helpful and always there when I need them. Im in love with my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment home here at Carmel. Th3 other residents are friendly and I love that we are in a safe area for my kids to play!!!

Our experience living at Carmel at Woodcreek West was awesome and Thomas and his staff are nothing short of exemplary! We needed short term housing with 2 dogs after selling our home and these folks made it happen for us. I always felt safe and the grounds are kept nice and clean...its like living in a resort! I cannot say enough good things about our experience living here. A huge THANK YOU to Thomas and Lydia for all of your kindness :)

A beautiful gem of a property that offers 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans with one of the largest master bedroom I have ever seen . If you are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom. Carmel at Woodcreek is a must see ..plus the staff is friendly a very helpful.

I lived here for a little bit and absolutely loved it. My apartment was very roomy and if anything ever broke the maintenance crew was right on it. The employees are absolutely fantastic as well and I enjoyed every day while I lived there. It was also very clean and I felt very safe as well. I definitely recommend it!

My girlfriend and i just moved into this complex and we could not be happier. the maintenance staff has been so helpful and the front office, especially Amanda and Annette, has made us feel right at home. They have been amazing to us and we are so happy to be living here. The rent is reasonable, especially for the large size of our apartment and the safe quiet environment. we couldnt imagine living anywhere else!

Horrible customer service, rats, cockroaches, people stealing your package is 24/7 DO NOT MOVE HERE

We just recently moved from San Jose to the Roseville area after being in San Jose for 61 years. The staff here at Carmel At Woodcreek West have been absolutely wonderful. They made the transition so easy! They all are very knowledgeable and very friendly! The grounds are beautiful and kept up nicely. I love it here because they also love my dog. The maintenance staff are wonderful as well. If there is ever a problem it gets fixed right away. Love it here and the staff here.

I have really liked it here at Carmel West. This place is quiet and peaceful and everyone is friendly. No problems whatsoever, the staff is responsive and helpful and they make it easy to live here. Best I have ever experienced. Definitely would recommend this place.

We have been residents at Carmel at Woodcreek West for over a year and are very pleased with our home. Debra, Thomas and Tom, the night manager, and the entire front office staff are amazing; always so friendly, kind and helpful. The maintenance crew is always prompt, friendly, knowledgable and professional; truly reassuring when a repair occasionally needs to be completed. Once again, Carmel at Woodcreek West customer service SHINES. Most highly recommended!

I would strongly advise to stay away from these apartments. The staff in office are nice and try to be helpful but the management is not military friendly and their only concern is money. I had told the staff that I was receiving orders to move but they may be changed and did not know what date I was going to move (4 months from the time I moved). The staff told me that it was no problem and to let them know when I knew for certain that I was leaving. Long story short, the day I received my official orders I told the staff the date I was moving but it was less than 30 days from move date. After I left, the management billed me for the difference in days up to the 30 day notice and told me that there was nothing in writing stating what I had worked out with the staff. Stay away from these apartments.

We just recently move here and we love it. When we got our keys and check the unit, it was very clean! And the whole complex always clean too. it is quiet too which we love!

We just moved here 2 weeks ago. Loved it! very quiet, very clean and very helpful staff. I wish there are a lot more space for parking.

We have lived here for several years now and love it. Everyone in the office is always helpful and I love how quiet it is here.

I lived here for 5yrs. Its a beautiful clean place no doubt, but its like living in a HOA type apartment . You can only park the register car/truck in the garage .if your tags are due they will tow your car. If you park your car bavkwards they will give you a ticket.Get use to cleaning glue off your windows. i have had little bugs everywhere. I told the staff many times about this issue and they did nothing about it .for $2000+ a month this isnt worth it. Plus the rent keeps going up . its all about the money for these guys . I had to pay for a parking permit $50 but when I was talking to a fellow resident who happen to be Caucasian didnt have to pay and they gave him one . Thats not right.Its also far way from everything so even driving to Sac area takes 20+ mins and the traffic is horrible .The only good thing is its close to the airport n thunder valley .

Coming from the Bay Area, I never expected to find a place that surpassed my expectations and more! I would gladly recommend this place to my family and friends!

This complex is very shady. Had cockroaches in my apartment there ... as have MANY others.My lease was 12 months .... of which I was there maybe 7 of those months.Upon me not renewing my lease, they did a walk through to inform me of possible charges. Twice I asked to go back so they could explain why, but both times ... there was nobody available, and both were in the daytime during normal working hours.Management told me it was the maintenance crews job to do the evaluation. Had they honored my signed paper saying when the initial walkthrough was to be done .... that I be present. Not only did they not honor that .... I asked why all the painting was necessary. Again ... blamed on the maintenance crew.I put down a $1400 dollar deposit, and received $153 back. Not only did they EVER let me know before I moved out what was gping.to be needed AND why, they charged me over 800 to repaint.Upon asking for proof the apartment had been repainted before I moved in .... they didnt have an answer or the requested documentation.This place is as crooked as I have ever been involved with, and totally unethical.DO NOT BUY INTO THE SALES PITCH, ITS NOTHING BUT LIES.Prospective renters, be warned .... this place sucks.

I am going into my 5th year living here at Carmel at Woodcreek West; this has been a wonderful place to live and it has afforded me peace of mind and I have been happy to call it home. It will be sad for me when I purchase a home and move out. A previous reviewer did mention expensive...yes, it is expensive when compared to other rental townhomes. However, in a get what you pay for world, Carmels perks and living area is bar none. The grounds are clean and kept up very well. Valet trash pick up is nice. Repair staff is very responsive and courteous. The staff has changed quite a bit over the years but the new folks that come in are on the ball (even though I have to break em in a bit ha ha, JK!) All said, I would like to see an overnight person on site again and something done about the kids scootering and running around in the drive areas...not sure what can be done about that, but I am concerned for their safety. All in all, it is a wonderful place to live, secure, safe, and well worth the value for me.
