Ive been here a few times before but today I saw Vince. He was fantastic! Very thorough and articulate. Its been a while since I had a nail tech really take their time & ensure a great service. He even put cuticle oil on before I washed my hands. I definitely recommend!

The technicians are wonderful. I don’t like their business practice for gift cards. I had 2 cards that were a little over a year old. On 2 separate occasions I was told the cards had already been used. With COVID I wasn’t going to get my nails done so I know the cards weren’t used. My guess is that at a year they take away the balance so it looks like they were used. No gifts cards unless you know for sure they will be used right away.

I have been going to this salon for years. I have never had a bad experience here. Dropped in today for a pedicure. The nail tech did a fantastic job! I got the lemon pedicure. It smelled amazing and the lemon sugar scrub felt great. Thank you Leza Nail Spa!

Prior coming in I went to another nail salon and they did a bad job on my dip manicure. The nail tech noticed and she agreed and stated that it was done rather thick. I had a pedicure and dip manicure appointment. The nail tech did a good job with my pedicure however with my dip manicure when I asked her if she can maybe buff more by cuticle or fixed it all she said was well it was better than before I came in. I didnt appreciate that and I will not let her do my manicure again.

I got a pedicure that turned out great, however the lady who did the dip manicure rushed. I’ve been doing a gel or dip manicure for years and this was the first time my nails were not prepped / cuticles were not pushed or cleaned at all. I had gel left on previously so she used the drill a little too much to the point of my nails being sore today, and didn’t file enough after the dip so they were bulky. I’ve had many good experiences here but it’s a little upsetting to have a bad experience after spending 100$

Leza nail has always been my go to but after this visit I do not plan on bringing my business ever again. I got savanna to do my pedicure and she was amazing. It was all going GREAT until I got my nails done. She sent me to SIAH and I put pictures of what I wanted. I told her if she could make the French tip thinner like the picture and she literally made a mad face and did a whining noise. Any little thing I asked for she gave me a face and handled my hands with anger after that. Definitely my last visit. I paid every penny they charged because I believe that you should pay for peoples time but I got no chip and she didn’t even use dehydrator or base coat.. charge me for the service and the product used, not the opposite.

I love my nails! The tech that did my nails was great and very attentive to detail!! Will be returning!

Always a quick in and out. The most I think Ive waited without an appointment is 10mins. Had my nails done by about 6 different people and theyve all done my nails perfect.

Went here due to recommendation of my friend so it was my first time at Leza nails. I went to so many other locations to get my nails done and they never turned out the way i wanted them or they turn out too bulky but Kaisa did an amazing job! My nails are exactly what i wanted and Im absolutely in love with them! Definitely coming back!

Five Star. I was visiting here from Michigan for my brothers engagement dinner and my brother made me a spa appointment. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was very diligent in providing services to their clients. I had a mani-pedi it was very therapeutic. I shall return again when I come back and visit.

My Mom and I go together and we ALWAYS request Sam and David! They are so fun and very detailed to perfection! I love their manis and pedis!

I loved my nails but the lady who did them was so rude. she was really rough. and when I continuously told her she was hurting me with the drill she said I was sensitive. She continuously sighed like she didn’t want to do my nails. I asked her how much it would be and she basically told me to shut up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m SO DISAPPOINTED!

No hand massage with manicures and I asked for gel toe color and got regular nail polish. Im truly disappointed. Too bad, too, because this former waitress tips big.The painting was done well, but I only got gel (no chip) on my fingernails, which is not what I asked for (and I asked three people where I needed to select gel nail colors from for the pedicure).I really felt I could not say something to them directly afterwards because my extended family are regulars here. So, Ill own that part, but what really could have been done when my appointment wrapped up so close to closing time...I will go again, and I will have to ask for a specific technician. Find someone that works well with you!

They charged me $70 for a simple white set!! 5 days later one of the nails fell out! I was expecting better quality since it cost me $70 😒 Not going there again 🙍🏻‍♀️

Tried this place due to a recommendation....my nails turned out alright, not perfect..but honestly she was so extremely rough doing the dip manicure that it even hurt at times. Just pushing, pulling, filing so rough and in such a hurry. She also filed down to it hurting and me having to pull my hand away a few times. I hate when I feel pushed out so they can see someone else. I wont be back. Reading more of the reviews Im reading that this is common. Because of that, I brought my review down to two stars instead of three. If this is common needs to be addressed.

I’ve been going about two years now. Have my set technician, which I do not have a problem with. Since I started going back in April to get a color dip on my nails. The color cracks within days. Did those powders sit during the pandemic and need to be replaced? Second annoyance…Today I went in…my appt was at a given time. Got there 10 mins prior. I waited 20 mins and asked the receptionist Rebeca, if my tech was in. She looked up from her phone and said “o yea”. I went to go sit down and wait some more. Another ten minutes passed and she went over to ask another tech if my tech was available. Then she went looking for her. She then comes over a whole 40 minute of my wait time and lets me know my tech apologized and was going to be another 15 mins. I said, o ok well I can’t wait that long, why didn’t u let her know sooner I was here. She of course started giving me sass, then snatched the color samples away from me. She must be new, because prior to this appt she was also clueless when I was trying to book a usual service. I guess patience is key!

Correct pricing too!6/2/2021: Vincent did a great job with my Sumner color and I did my signature glittery silver no chip pedicure.4/30/21Vincent did a great job but they use to charge $10 for a design and now once they are done you find out they are charging you $20 for a design. They should let you know up front and the prices didnt use to change like this when Tommy was 100% involved. They do a great job but Im kinda frustrated with the name your own price deal.Great place, they all do great work and thats why they are always busy, busy, busy.

Pedicure guys are awesome! Got an emergency refill with Vincent and I liked how he did my nails considering this was a very last minute occurrence when my usual nail tech literally cancelled on me the day before my baby shower 🤦‍♀️

I went to Leza nails at 1:15 and didn’t end up leaving till 6:30…ruined my whole day wasted my time and by the end of the day they STILL did a horrible job !! Now my finger hurt cause of how much they worked on them! Will never go here again !!

For ALL African-American customers....This is the WORST place!! They do not know how to talk to their African-American customers. The nail tech misunderstood what I asked for (no chip) and the polish smudged when I got home...which means she gave me regular polish. I came back, sat for 40 minutes for them to call my name while listening to another African-American woman tell me how she hated the place because of how they spoke to her. She was there because her kids gave her a gift certificate for Mothers Day. I had to ask why there was a hold up and they didnt put my name on the list. When I finally got to the chair, they got the nail tech, who snapped at me like and told me that she did what I asked. Then the manager told me I still had to pay the extra $15 AFTER not getting what I initially requested, having to come back because the nail was smudged, wait 40 mins to be called back, snapped at, then fixed. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!

I do not recommend Kaisa. Rude, impolite, and unprofessional. She would get salty when I ask to even out my nails and she would just grab my hand without asking. I asked for gel polish and she did not finish the job of putting a top coat on my fingers (I only realized once I left), very disappointing. I only asked for one nail to be acrylic because it’s shorter than the rest and she charged me for full-set.

Everyone was very sweet and professional. Mails turned out beautiful and would recommend everyone to come here. I will for sure be a returning costumer. Thank you LEZA NAIL SPA.

Andy can NEVER touch my nails again. I went in for a dip manicure on 3/20 at 10:15am. He chipped my entire thumb nail off while drilling because he was rushing. I was forced to get a tip on the nail that HE messed up. Im not a fan of wearing fake nails and due to his lack of skills and patience, I ended up paying for a service that I didnt want. To only knock off $5 is insulting. I will not get my nails done here again. They don’t take their time and everyone is moving fast to hurry and move on to the next customer. Quality over quantity!!!!

They did a great job on my french manicure but it was my fault getring sucked into and additional package of warm towels, a leg scrub and wax for feet when i just wanted the pedicure walked out at the cost of $73.00 not to happy about that.

I was not happy with my service I asked for glow in the dark nails I didnt get that I went asking for exactly what I wanted the whole nail to be one color and the lady like always tried telling me to do something I didnt go there for listening to her the outcome was completely not what I wanted at all. This lady is rough and has made my nail bleed multiple times. I’m sick of it! If I ask for something they always try finding a way for them to do less the work. I will be calling the manager this is ridiculous

This is my second time getting a pedicure by this place & it is straight up horrible. i am a guy & as i go in with my female friend we get the same service done yet my pedicures are always under 10 minutes. so rushed so fast My lady who was doing my service doesn’t even ask me questions nothing. very awkward and uncomfortable. i’ve been to many nail shops to get a pedi and it is wonderful.I decided to try out this place since it is closer to home & i feel as they rush everyone out the door. my friends lady took all her time and joy on her which is awesome and all should do the same. not the first time this has happened & i am definitely not the first person to address how their attitudes and rudeness are towards people. if they’re tight on schedules which they make it seem like, they should simply schedule daily amounts of certain services. Workers are rude, Horrible attitude, poor communication & could be sexists. i’m never the type to put a review but an experience like this shouldn’t be held back from being said.

If I could give zero stars stars I would!!! The most horrible service I have ever received in my life. I have NEVER been treated so rudely. NEVER. I had to ask for another person to do my nails because I kept getting burned by the first lady. Then she gives me attitude because Im trying to tell her what I want and she wasnt listening to me. Second girl treated me worse by rolling her eyes when I was explaining what I wanted. They pushed me numerous times for the no chip and I was confused on the pricing because they werent being transparent. The second girl really complained about me to the receptionist asking her to explain it to me because I wasnt understanding her. I had a picture with simple diagonal white design with silver glitter. I showed her the picture multiple times and had to ask her to keep fixing it. It didnt look right then she gives me more attitude because Im asking her to fix it. I was so frustrated and upset I told her to take off the nail polish because I just wanted to leave at that point. How do you think that is ok to treat paying customers who have spent quite a bit of money at your store previously? How? Completely ridiculous and I am waiting to be contacted for a refund. I will never go back after being treated this way.

If you book an appointment you’re still going to be waiting almost 2 hours they have too many people at one time they book their appointments back to back everyone is waiting an hour to two hours

I am giving 5 stars for 2 of the nail techs. My and David are the 2 best nail techs they have. Since covid business has slowed down for them, but I also think it brought them back to reality. They’re talented and very good at what they do.

I love coming here for special occasions. My bday was coming up and I also had senior pictures for school. I booked my appointment with Nat since she was suggested and specified with a military/ cammo theme. She did an excellent job to the point most workers took photos of her great work. On the phone they told me the no chip was $30 got there paid 38. Then look on the website after and it’s $35. I guess she included her on tip . She literally did my nails in 15 min places place could be more clean and friend and she did a rush job

Being a nail tech and not wanting to do my nails I come here sometimes. But Ill end up leaving with bumpy nails.. They should be soft and smooth when you rub your finger across.. But besides that the place is very nice. Welcoming staff and not rude at all. They also do really nice nail art if youre looking for it. Plus the spa type pedicures are really nice. Always go for the wax. Feels amazing on your feet .

Took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time with me paid 70 for both of us. Within 2 days one of her nails fell off. Then in my nails you could literally see where she did not do the second coat of nail polish right. I will definitely not be returning there.

I love this place so much but I got cut like a few weeks ago and instead of them compensating for hurting me by taking the price down or something I was charged full price. I love this place but if I’m bleeding and you can clearly see it I feel as if some compensation should have been made.

I went to this place a week ago and got a full set. Normally I go with Ben who is amazing. This time I went with a different guy because Ben wasn’t there. This other guy did my nails ok but they were kinda bulky and now, a week later, 2 have fallen off and 4 more are loose and are about to fall off. This means next time I come in I’m gonna have to pay even more for nail fixes or a full set. Whenever I go with anyone other than my normal people this happens. I wish I would’ve known this sooner so I could’ve asked for the guys name and got my nails fixed sooner since now I have to pay for his mess.

I got the lavender pedicure, not worth $52. I felt like it was a rushed job. The polish on my big toes didn’t look right so I asked if it could be fixed they said yes so I waited for a long time and no one showed up to help so I walked out.

Mixed opinions my girlfriend was happy with it, I was not. She was not paying attention at all, disappeared for extended periods of time, and overall not a good experience. The guy working on my girlfriends feet however was very attentive and looked like he cared. I guess its just a gamble on who youre gonna get.

Excellent customer service

This is my go to nail salon. Well managed and wanted a specific look on my nails for my wedding and they were able to recreate an imagine I found on pinterest.. actually better. That were absolutely stunning.

Everyone is always incredibly polite, and my nails always look amazing.

Most of the technicians arent prepared to do the least bit of designs. But they will charge the max amount always (ex. Pedicures are $20-$25 +$2 extra because of supply shortage or something) Well get the most basic pedicure and instead of charging $20 plus the $2, theyll charge $25 plus the $2 extra. All Im saying is charge basic for basic and designs for extra, like it says so on your price list.

Been coming here for years... Last 4 times here I have not been happy . I feel they dont take their time and they rush . Male techs are very rough. I feel this place has lost its touch.. customer service has gone down. I will be trying out new places.

Theyre only good if they arent too busy. Last time I went they did my nails in the pedicure chair. I had to hold my hands out (with nothing supporting under them) because no spots were available. If you go when its not chaotic theyll take their time.

I went last week to get a fill in. I was happy to see a friendly English speaking receptionist who greeted me warmly at the door. The shop has plenty of nail techs and business was booming...all great! I was placed with a male technician who had terrible customer service. He had no conversation skills, slapped the acrylic on my nails so quick, almost double dog dared me to question him about it, and ushered me out of that seat faster than I could say “shorter please?” All of this and I am paying him??? If I return, I will definitely not request that strange fellow with no chair side manners!
