Very good dollar tree at this location. Never have a problem and lots in stock compared to the one over on Erie.

Made an appointment for 8am told will have car back by 12. Called at noon to checked on car and they hadnt even started on it yet. Not happy. Counter guy isnt worth his weight. Wont be back second time I was told a time and it was no where near.

Was there today for appt at 9. Had 4 tires replaced. Took about 2 hours but told me they were behind but decided to wait. Pete the manager was very friendly to incoming customers and answering the phones which were nonstop. Again long wait but friendly. Would recommend to check them out if you are looking.

Pete at Tallmans is always very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to not only tires, but auto repair in general. I had JUST paid off my car, and wouldnt you know it, the heat stopped working RIGHT before Winter! They diagnosed the problem and as with every time I get my vehicle back from them it seems like brand spanking new again! I was even able to use their financing so I didnt have to pay for it all at once! Thanks again Pete!

Great Service! Above and Beyond!Had an unexpected flat tire. I Managed to drive the car to Tallmans in Rome, NY. I didnt expect to be helped. Peter, the manager there was very understanding and serviced my car even though I didnt have an appointment. Great service got me back on the road!Thank you Tallmans!

Had a coupon that I was told would be honored. The next morning was advised they JUST TODAY stopped offering the service I had coupon for. They offered better service and still honored the coupon. Travis (I believe) was great. Will go there again.

Not very happy, took my car in for service they said the part was covered under warranty from previous service. The part in question was a rear wheel bearing. I go to pick it up the next day and Im told were sorry we replaced the front and not the rear on your last service. And the worst part is they never called and got permission to do the repair and never gave me a price. So I go to pick up my vehicle thinking everythings covered under warranty and a wind up leaving having to pay $350.00, Oh but because of their mistake they covered the labor......Never againSTAY AWAY FROM TILLMANSSTAY......FAR AWAY

Ive been going there for at lest 10 years for tires, oil changes, inspections and general vehicle repairs. Ive never had a problem with their service. Always got in and out quickly and only once had to leave it overnight and I expected that when I dropped it off. All their mechanics have done a fine job for me and Scott is one of their best. Scott usually ends up working on my vehicles and has had to do some nasty work for me and it always comes out top notch.Tallmans rocks!!

Stopped in on a Thursday without an appointment. Pete put my car on a lift and told me what I needed. Part was installed Friday afternoon. No more clunk clunk. Pete runs a tight ship, with a little humor too.

My best friend had an 8:00am for a simple oil change, the store mgr was rude and inattentive! Her car wasnt in the shop as promised! This is the second time in the last two months, the last time was for a new set of tires. She was promised a time to pick the car up, but ended up getting it 3 hrs later! The store mgr has to be replaced with someone that knows how to treat customers and has knowledge of the business!

Having moved to Rome NY from Colorado last year we were in search of trustworthy auto shop. I average about 50,000 per year on my work car and we put another 20,000 on our other cars. Patronizing the dealerships in Rome, New Hartford and Syracuse was an average experience at best. Craig and the team at Tallman Tires in Rome are exceptional. Excellent no B.S. service, exceptional honest communication and outstanding work completed at reasonable prices. We now take all our cars exclusively to Tamllan Tires!

We love Tallmans Tires! Guys never rip me off on any car care and I appreciate it alot. They are always honest about their work and if I go in and say I need this, this and that done they do ONLY what I asked and dont come out Oh we found this problem too so we did that and we are now going to charge you more for the extra work. Theyve never done that to me. My dad trusts them enough to let me take all of our vehicles here while hes away. Yall are awesome and I hope it stays that way.

I came into Tallmans Auto and they read the PSI of my tires wrong. Long story short my new tire blew and they wont replace it. Never going back such a waste of money.
