They have yet to call me back about mowing my lawn so I cannot rate them on how well they did my lawn...only on how promptly they respond to job requests. I filled out the request/contact info at least a week ago. Im giving them 3 stars on that instead of 1 star because I dont know if theres a legit reason why they never contacted me.

Hate to leave a bad review because their past-service and mission statement has been great.Despite the fact their website states they can schedule one-time visits and custom fit a service schedule- they took 6 days to respond to me and only offer weekly and bi-weekly visits.

We hired TROSA lawn care to perform some landscaping repair services: rototilling the back yard, mixing in some good dirt, adding some stones and some other repairs. They began the work two weeks after their estimator spoke with us, which is months ahead of what any other service promised. Brad, Richard and the crew showed up on time, worked hard and completed all repairs in a professional manner. The yard has been restored and looks wonderful. I recommend these guys without hesitation.

After two years overseas, my partner and I came back to a home and yard that had become completely overgrown with weeds, alien vines, layers of fallen leaves and the disintegrating rot of a fallen fence. We were overwhelmed and understood we were going to need help to get the outside of our home back into a state that we could maintain. Enter TROSA Lawn Care. Their estimator and the foreman of the crew that came out to do the work seemed to know exactly what we needed better than we did. From our guidance to clean the yard up and remove the vines, we got an A+++ recovery of our home curb appeal. That foreman asked me one question about which plants in the front yard and I shrugged my shoulders(since Im ignorant of plant types) with a reply along the lines of please get rid of the weeds. His reply was a steady, I got you... And so began our love affair. Ok, ok, not everyone thinks my sense of humor is funny. But this man and his crew *did* get me... and then some. They had to use a lot of their own judgement and spent hours reclaiming the yard from all that growth/trash and then trimming and shaping what was left. My honey and I are beyond thrilled with the job. That foreman and his crew absolutely carry my highest recommendation.

Best Lawn Care in Durham!

I have been using Trosa Lawn Care for the last 2 years multiple times a year. They honestly do a great job. One of the best things I found was their customer service however, and willingness to help you and get you on the books quick! I called in Monday trying to set up a appointment which I was quickly told to go to the website and make appointment to get a estimate, and they be back to me 24 hours at the most. I was very much dismissed, and could tell the gentlemen on the phone didnt want to talk to me. I figured okay they are probably very busy it is a Monday! Well I kept checking my email and never heard so decided to call back to perhaps just set up a appointment over the phone. I asked the gentlemen (Same one as I recognized his voice) who was once again dismissive with me could I just set up a appointment through the phone. He said, No you cant. Even though I have always set up appointments over phone, and have had the same thing done to my lawn for 2 years and get the same estimate except once when they had to spray for poison ivy... I informed him I look elsewhere for business. I dont recommend Trosa until the gentlemen named Joe finds a new department to work in or leaves.. It is too much of hassle to get on their schedule, and the customer service is lacking...

I used them to move, and expected the same professional treatment. The estimator came to the 2 of clock appointment and just dropped a card on my stoop. No knock, no doorbell. My large dogs never even barked. I went from a lady who needed to pass things up. to a Dominic. I was told, by Dominic, he would call me back. About 30 minutes later a Steve called and matter of factly told me I could reschedule. No apology, no explanation, no sending the man back to do the scheduled estimate. I waited nearly 2 weeks to see these people. Do not waste your time or money on a wildly unprofessional company that is completely unreliable as well. I am so mad and they did not care at all. Not even a hint of trying to make it right.

I have been using TROSA lawn care service for three years now and I am always happy with their work and the crews who are sent to my home are very friendly and do a great job. I really like working with them.

Really lousy experience. We had poor maintanence of our lawn with spotty, irregular service. I would call and request things to get done only to have them ignore my requests. Despite multiple attempts to speak with the crew to discuss the maintenance, I did not get a single call back. Totally unresponsive. Would highly recommend avoiding this service.

We just had TROSA lawn care deliver and spread 15 yds of mulch, aerate our front yard, put topsoil down and seed. They also put down fescue sod in some areas edging our yard. It looks terrific and all of the staff that worked in our yard were great, hard working, and friendly. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy! We will definitely use TROSA lawn care again! Very pleased!!

Trosa came out and removed all the leaves in our yard yesterday. This was not an easy task because our yard had not been attended to for awhile. They did a fantastic job! We have used Trosa for our move, Christmas trees and now will use them for our lawn care service as well. Brett was easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of! I would highly recommend Trosa!

They always do a great job, whether its scheduled mowing every couple if weeks, or one-time jobs to clear up leaves in the fall or debris around the yard.
