I have a local Hyundai dealer that I have to drive by to get to Heritage and i never feel like Im going out of my way because i know my car will get serviced correctly the first time. We had a great, relaxed experience trading our car in and upgrading with Cody Davis! We tried to trade in about two months ago at another store and felt very uncomfortable and pressured. The salesman was the epitome of sleazy. Showed us what he wanted us to see, didn’t give many details, refused to show us used vehicles, and was very evasive when showing us numbers. We both felt heard and included all day today with Cody at Heritage Hyundai and are thankful for the experience we had!

If you ever need to buy a car don’t go here. I bought a car in January and the battery has died over 10 times. The service here sucks. They expect me to drive an hour just to get a battery or pay to have my key fob replaced. No thank you! I went to Terry Reid in Cartersville and they helped me tremendously!

2/3 stars because of many reasons. They seem to be good genuine people but they allowed me to knowingly walk away with a car that had a lot of issues and they told me it did not. Also told me I would get a discount for it needing new tires and having front bumper damage they claimed to not know about. Then promised to match the online price which was almost 2k less than their price but when I went through the paperwork with a fine tooth and comb they did not apply any of those discounts. I am quite disappointed because I saw such great reviews but in the end was given way less than value for my trade in and screwed out of about 4k total. My rep was kind and helpful but seemed to be rushing the process of allowing us to look the vehicle over carefully. I know why now. The dvd player is messed up and does not latch, the console latch is broken, the fifth door motor and actuator is burnt up so you have to force the door open. I am not saying do not use them, but if you do make sure you take all the time you need looking over every single detail of the vehicle and the paperwork. Otherwise, you may also be passed on for promised deals and discounts. :/*I have told my rep about all of the issues and nothing has been offered to fix anything. I will probably be on my own with this one.*Worst part is I have children and the dvd player was a big deal for us along with the extra trunk space. Neither are accessible/working completely.

I had talked to a saleslady there (Stephanie) we had what I thought was a negotiated price, I drove 45 minutes to take pay and take delivery (I was paying cash, so no financing was necessary). After we test drove the Santa Fe, we came back to her telling me the price would be $1,100 higher than the price we previously agreed on. I will NOT go back there, I will pay an extra $5,000 for the same vehicle before I do business with them.

I had a pretty bad experience buying a car here . They sold me a damaged car . I went for service near my home and when they looked at the car, there are damaged parts and they fixed it very poorly . Did not get any help from this dealer . Also they charge some extra fee to maintain the cars at their place which is their policy. Please check multiple reports, get your mechanic and inspect the car thoroughly and look for extra fees before buying the used cars here, although i do not recommend buying here also I heard similar experiences in the reviews so I regret buying here very badly

Ripped me off bad. Just like the other reviews say. I took my car for an oil leak and now my electric windows won’t go down and my digital dash doesn’t work anymore. For some reason the “SERVICE DEPARTMENT” don’t seem to know how it happened. I’m guessing I have to pay to fix something these guys broke. You would think if somebody charged you almost $2000 dollars for something they wouldn’t make that mistake or at least fix it. They deserve 0 stars for how they did me. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND VEHICLE SOME PLACE ELSE!!! You’ll thank me sooner than later.

Just moved to Rome and had my Buick serviced here. Made my appointment online and got to pick the date and time. They immediately had my car taken back and had my oil changed and filter changed, tires checked and aired up, brakes checked, and tires balanced and rotated in about 35 minutes. They also report any findings -for example I had a good gash in the sidewall of one of my tires from hitting a curb a while back and they let me know. Will definitely be going here from now on. And it was way cheaper than the last place I used to go.

I came in one day and I spoke with a lady named Ginger and she was extremely rude and said some horrible things to my wife that she was a liar nothing was wrong with our car even a basic mechanic could see but she did not want to help /service us. How do you call someone a liar when the check Engine light is on. I will go to another area and get my car worked on was highly disappointed.

I thought I had experienced the best car buying experience until.....I purchased a vehicle that cost over $14,000 only to discover it needed 3 tires 2 days later. I emailed my salesman photos of the tire and was told the manager said they were fine. You can visibly see the tire splitting in the photo. I was told I could speak to the manager and have yet to receive a call back. Not only does my car need 3 tires it was almost 2,000miles past needing an oil change. Granted as a buyer I should have checked the tires and paid closer attention to the service sticker on the window, but I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership but as time goes on Im figuring out the hard way that Im not. Also the car didnt have an owners manual so I called the next day and was told one would be ordered, I have yet to receive that either 3 weeks later.

They had a truck advertised on their website for$46,430.00 . I called and verified and was going to put a deposit down. Told them I wanted to know the out the door price. The salesman emailed me a price quote and jacked the price up to $53,945.00. I asked why the price had increased over $7000.00 and the sales manager told me it was a mistake on the internet and if I read the fine print they can increase the price at any time. I call it false advertising.!!! Even if it was a mistake any reputable business would honor the advertised price !!! They are what gives car salesman a bad reputation!! I could not be happier with my buying experience or service with Heritage GMC. I bought my 1500 with them in 2015 and it has been a great truck, and was exactly what I had tried to find. They found it with every feature I wanted and brought it to their lot, once it was there I just had to show up. Recently when I needed a service for repair they not only gave a great price, but were able to pick up and drop off my truck to make the times work. I will not buy a truck with anyone else.

I flew in from Dallas Texas to buy a used GMC Yukon. I was offered a ride from the airport from Randall the salesman and was treated very kindly overall. When i test drove the car it had a vibration, but the service department quickly interrupted their work load immediately to find out the tires were out of balance. Also after i purchased the car they sent me a complimentary second key. Thanks Randall for the good deal and great service.

I have a 2013 Honda Accord and was so excited to get it back in February because it was my first NEW car!!! Since February, I have had two service/maintenance checks. Both times, I was less than pleased with the service I received from the employees. I never felt like my business was welcomed. The first service check was due because my cars software needed to be updated. The receptionists at the service desks were unfriendly and acted as if I was interrupting their day. Originally, I brushed it off as maybe they were just having a bad day (we all do right). However, the second service check for my 15k mile scheduled maintenance. At this visit, they updated my car once again. I specifically asked them to replace an icon that was deleted at the initial check when my car was updated. When it was time for me to leave, I realized they did not correct it as I asked. When I reminded the receptionist of this, they called a service tech to speak with me. He informed me he didnt have time. On my way home from that visit, my low tire pressure signal came on, and when I checked the pressure, all tires were below 30!! Most recently, I called Heritage to ask a service question regarding why my windows and sun roof would open after locking the car. The service tech informed me it was a malfunction of the car and that I should bring it in immediately. I then told him that if that were the case, I would take my car to be serviced in LaGrange because I was not satisfied with the service I had been receiving in Rome. He responded by saying, Alright, Bye. I then called Mike Patton Honda in Lagrange and asked the same question about my windows, and the service tech there informed me it was actually designed to that if you press the unlock button twice. There was no malfunction. I honestly believe Heritage just wanted me to come in so that they could charge me a service fee. I would never recommend Heritage to anyone. I would recommend you drive the extra distance to another Honda dealer.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!... I was at home replacing cv joints in my son’s GMC Sonoma pick up truck and needed the torque specs for the axle wheel bearing nut. With no luck getting the info needed from the local parts stores, I called the service department and talked to John, who was very rude and unprofessional because he said that he didn’t have time to help me because I wasn’t a paying customer and that it was insane for me to be asking him for help in this matter. My son who is becoming a mechanic heard the rudeness of John. I being a mechanic for many years and a service manager in a mechanic shop and teaching my son that you treat the customers with respect because if your customers have a good experience, they will be back. I told my son that you don’t want to be like John! As far as being a paying customer, I have purchased a vehicle in the past and me and my wife were making plans on purchasing a new GMC Yukon XL but after this experience, I will be doing business with another dealership from here on!

Bought a 2013 GMC Sierra with 50,000mi at top dollar and they failed to mention an accident report with severe damage on right side. So now, a year later, I go to trade it and it’s worth nothing. I traveled down to Heritage Buick GMC in Rome, GA all the way from Michigan to buy a car. I had most of my pre travel contact with Katelyn Osbourne who did a very nice job. It wasnt easy negotiating for a car from 700 miles away, but we worked out a fair price and they assured me my pre financed check would be good. I had to do a one way car rental and Katelyn worked out a ride from a farther away car rental company (40 minutes from the dealership) which allowed me to save $100 over going with a closer rental company. After arriving at the dealership I mostly dealt with Josh who I couldnt have more praise for! He has got to be one of the nicest people on the planet. After I test drove the car I heard a noise from the engine and Josh zipped us over to the service department where it was determined the idler pulley was going bad and it would not be wise for me to travel back to Michigan with it. This is where I have to give Kevin (sales manager i believe) kudos. He instructed Josh that if the car could not be fixed that day that they would send me back to Michigan in another car and then send a driver up with my car and swap them. Thankfully, they had the part and were able to get it fixed. While waiting for the car, Josh even invited me to go with him on an errand and he gave me a tour of their fine city. Overall a great experience all around :)

I want to start by saying a friend recommended us to come here. My wife and I both have shaky credit from me losing my career of over 20 years to a shutdown a few years prior. Our friend assured us that we would be okay because they worked very hard to get her approved and she had less than ideal credit. We had saved money to get into a new vehicle and we were excited about all the great options this dealership had. We spoke with a young man named Jason and he seemed enthused to help us find the right car for us. We havent bough a new vehicle in a long time so it was good to have a young man to help us with all the options and narrow down exactly what we wanted. We looked at new Hondas first because he said he worked on that sales floor, and eventually we settled on someone used cars we liked and he asked if he could run our credit and we told him about our credit issues and he seemed to think it wasnt going to hold us back too much so we proceeded to give him all of our information and he left to go talk to his sales manager. This is when things went south. My wife had to use the restroom and she followed where she say the young man had gone and she heard them in the room picking apart our credit saying nasty things about how terrible it was and how we couldnt buy a piece of gum on credit. She came walking back up to the cubical we sat in with tears in her eyes she told me needed to go. I thought she was feeling bad so I obliged and said let me tell the young man wed be back and she simply replied no lets go. After she told me what happened I begged her to let me come back and talk with the manager but she just asked me instead to go to another dealership Im Rome. 3 hours later we drove home in our new car we bought at another dealership. We explained to them our credit issue and the treated us like the decent human beings we are. We had been saving for 3 years to buy a new car and we had saved over $15,000 dollars. I tried to explain to the young man at Heritage that we had a large sum down but he was more intent on running our credit. I have gone over the situation in my head many times trying to figure out what to do. Thinking about this situation infuriates me still to this day thinking that a room full of men were judging my wife and me not knowing that we lost our house, cars, and a lot of other things because of me losing my job. I know we dont have great credit but we have worked our whole lives and my wife didnt deserve to hear that after all we have been through. I hope someone finds this helpful and the gentleman responsible for making my wife cry take a good hard look at themselves. You are in business to help people and make them feel secure in their purchase from you. Another dealership earned our business and I know that the things you were saying were not meant for us to hear but you should think more of your customers than that. I will never recommend anyone to your business and I pray no one else has to hear the things you said about us.

Total lack of desire for customer service. Once they have your money for a $54,000 truck, you are on your own. Multiple issues with damage from the service department and the detail shop. Total lack of respect for multiple purchases and brand loyalty proves they dont care if you come back to purchase another vehicle.We purchased a 3 year old Lexus in 2010 from a used car dealer, then took it to a Lexus dealership still with the used car lots tag on the front of the car. Lexus treated us as if we just purchased a brand new car from them. Put is in a brand new RX and sent us on our way while they fixed a few small issues on the 3 year old car we just bought but still under mfgr warranty. In 2 days they fixed the issues, washed the car, filled it up with gas, and we didnt pay a dime. 2 years ago (in 2015) the car was then 8 years old, Lexus completely replaced the dash because of a known defect.GM and the GM dealerships should take notice of this level of service, that car brand new was around $32,000. Our Sierra was $54,000, and customer service and customer loyalty is non existent from the dealership nor from GM. After searching the web it is now very apparent why Chevy and GMC trucks have declined so much in sales and now RAM is selling more trucks than GM. Reading multiple posts and forums its clear that many GM customers are receiving the same lack of support for their purchase as well.

I am really enjoying my new Fit from Heritage Honda! Garrett Anglin was extremely helpful in financing and making the car affordable. Our second biggest worry (next to price) was the warranty, which we have protected for at least the next 3 years (I drive >25k/yr to work and back!).Im saving some serious $$ on gas, in a nice car which costs less than my old car for maintenance, fuel, and repairs! This is my 6th (87, 88, 92, 01, 05, and now 12) and favorite Honda.Were definitely going to drive back to Heritage Honda for our next vehicle. Hope you guys enjoyed the chocolate cake! :)

Ever since Nate left that place has been worse than a Walmart lube center . No one knows anything, the manager is mentally unequipped for the job, the GM stares at you in silence like he doesnt understand English. As for the owner I cant say as they will not return any of my calls . Hire some people like you used to have that can actually answer questions and help you. Use Riverside Chevy, they are terrible too but can actually do the job.

Had one of your salesmen put out on Facebook that he was offering $100 referrals. I called him and told him that I was sending him someone. They came, they bought and his response was, they said they didnt know you. I have talked with him about it and he said I thought you were just kidding. Here is my stance, dont say you are going to do something, if you are not planning on it. It is not really about the money as much as, if you are offering something up, you should honor it. That is all.

I bought my Honda Accord from Heritage a couple weeks ago. The whole experience was great! The salesman (Eric Loveland) was very knowledgable about the available cars. He spent quite alot of time going over the features and gave me plenty of time for a test drive, and gave me a great deal! The other sales people and staff are very friendly. The paperwork was taken care of quickly (by David Williams), and I was on my way in short order with my new car! They really went the extra mile in checking out the car (including a car wash, oil change and fill up!) before I took it home. Great sales and service at Heritage!!
