Recently had an oil leak repaired in my BMW here. Every interaction I had with the team was professional and pleasant! From the initial call pricing out the work to the updates provided by Tim. Their work was superb and done in a timely manner. My car came back as good as new and is running perfectly.

Only had the initial contact over the phone to submit the work order. Jim was absolutely wonderful. He immediately put me at ease with his friendliness and professionalism. He even told me that they wouldnt be able to work on my car right away, that it would be a few days. I am very happy with this company so far and am expecting it to only get better.

Dont waste your time. Prices are not any better than taking to a dealership. Performed inspection and ask to see actual results. All they show us was check sheet showing everything was good, but then they said we needed brakes, rotors, and control arms

Ill be going there more often for my repairs. My window regulator went out in my 2014 passat, even with the holiday I had my car back Monday. Labor was not to much the part was costly but thats what happens when you buy European cars. My window works I dont need duct tape to keep it up and water out! They even got the tape off the window for me and I do have a 1 year warranty for the window which gives me peace of mind especially if it falls on me again while going down the highway!

My son recently purchased a VW CC and we brought into Rudys for an inspection. The mechanic took us under the car and showed us everything that he was concerned about. These guys are friendly, honest and precise. They know how to diagnose a foreign car! The service is A+ and you can walk away with peace of mind knowing that you are being treated fairly and are getting a good deal on the work thats being done. I would recommend this shop ten times over!
