Minh is great takes good care of me and my nails. She does e collect work

Minh was recommended to me, having relocated to the Rogers area. She was amazing, sweet, fast but perfect beautiful nails. I had the pink and white ombré

The staff was all friendly. As was the tech who did my pedicure. However my feet feel absolutely gross. The dead skin wasnt not removed. I ask for a pumice stone instead of that ratchet cheese grater. They did not use a pumice stone. It was a purple buffing pad thing. She refused to use that buffing pad around my toes to remove dead skin. She kept trying to use those nasty clippers on me. I should have saved my $30 plus $10 tip and did the job at home myself. Also if you hate heat remember to tell them to skip those hot towels. Which i forgot to tell her I didnt want that. Fancy Nails on College in Fayetteville was the absolute worse pedi ever. This comes in 2nd

First time there. Was me and my daughter. Told the lady that i just wanted mine cleaned up. She did not take her time and didnt even bother cleaning under my nails. Paint job is excellent. As for my daughter she did acrylic, for me her nails look a bit to long. And she said the lady who did her nails was very quiet.

RUDE. Been here 3 times and wont go back. Rude and unprofessional. Made the mistake of thinking maybe it would be better than before but NO. Only gave 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars

Within there to get a pedicure water was cold lady didn’t cut my nails are trimmed the edges asked her to do a flower my big toenails and then polkadots very unprofessional and rude did not go to this place

I walked in today only to find the scheduling oops, but Guac got hold of May and she came in quickly and took care of me. I love their customer service.

Never has any nail tech taken the time and effort on my nails! They make damn sure your nails are perfect and ready for the paint! 100% recommend and I will be going back!

I will never go anywhere else again! This place ROCKS!! Had a basic pedi and acrylics applied and they were quick yet thorough. Pricing is also extremely fair and the quality is amazing.

I got my nails done, and asked for a simple design that they could not provide. Also I got the dip done with my nails grown out, so I didn’t have to use Acrylics, and they made them short and thick. Also I was cut twice while getting my cuticles cleaned, that we’re they not properly cleaned anyway. They may be fast, but the quality is not great.On the other side of things, the people are friendly, but I still don’t suggest going here.

Terrible experience. I left feeling very unsatisfied with my nails and in tears. I was yelled at and felt humiliated. With all respect this place truly deserves no stars for me. There should be no pressure for anyone to have to pick their color. My nails look very uneven and rushed. I will not be going back ever again.

Absolute FAV nail place! I dont know what kind of magic stuff they have but my gel always lasts for 4 weeks or longer. Hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. All the staff in Aloft are sooo nice too, I love getting my nails done here.

Such a great job on my manicure. Working on healthcare my hands and nails look horrific. My hands and nails looked, and stayed, healthy. Pedicure included an amazing leg massage. Price is comparable to any others in town but quality is top notch!

My Son and I went back in September. He is almost 20 & was very hesitant to go because he didnt think men got pedicures & also he is very ticklish. We had a spa pedi (the $37 one) and it was amazing!! It is a very clean salon, the people that attended to us were so nice, & what we had done was worth the price! We will go back! Would recommend to anyone!!And we did have an appointment, but we arrived early & we got right in with no waiting.

She did a pretty good job with painting my toenails, but she was too damn rough. She sat there and talked sh**t all day with her buddy but I just let it go. She was very rude. Didnt conversate with me at all. Would not go back its too many nail salons here to settle for this nonsense.

I went to A-loft because my regular nail salon was closed last Sunday. I do the dipping color and normaly it last almost 1 month. So I got them done Sunday evening and today (Wednesday) one nail was already chip. I went in to have them fix it because its only been 3 day and in my regular salon they would have removed the chipped color and re-apply it, but not here...the women just asked me if I remembered the color number then told me to take a sit and a guy just looked at my nail and started to file it. I was like really thats how they are going to fix it. Them when he finishef he just said all done and my nail was really short compared to the other ones. I would NOT recommend this place if you want a good job.

I have been going to Aloft for more than a year and always have a good experience. Excellent service and really nice people. Fast and beautiful work.

I give this place a half a star... My sister goes here all the time and when we go in together they expect to use the same person to do both our nails and have us wait longer instead of going by first-come first- serve.. They shouldnt make us wait longer than the other people that walk in after us just because its two of us 😕

I went here today because my normal salon was booked solid. As I was picking my color I noticed that the salon was extremely dirty. I had a feeling that if I let them work on my nails I would probably get a flesh eating bacteria. I left and will never go back.

And I do not use any acrylics or anything I’m all natural.)And no one knows how to do designsLike most place you have a favorite personBut not hereThe best would be the men..They don’t have a specific massage patternThey short you on the minutesThey don’t use all the productsI had to pay extra after I already paid because a lady failed to let me know fixing a nail she messed up costs... pfft I should have just walk out.Later to find out I paid you to infect my nails ...People are nice though! ...😂👎🏻👎🏽👎🏾3 thumbs down

The 34 minute Mani/ Pedi!!I had a gift card for a mani/pedi which is the ONLY reason I came here in the first place. However, I will not go again- regardless. I arrived around 5:30p on a Monday to find out they had simply closed early. It was not a holiday or any other recognized day- they just felt like closing early. The said to come back the next night. When I arrived on Tuesday night I was told they were booked with appointments that night (then WHY tell me to come back on this night??). This time I made an appointment for the next day at 4p. I arrived at 3:50p and they started my water while I picked my colors. I sat in the chair at 5 minutes until 4p and stayed there soaking until 4:20p. They FINALLY started my pedicure at which point they did not ask what kind- instead they rushed through the basic pedicure. Then onto the manicure where they did a decent job but rushed through this, as well. Luckily I told them ahead of time I wanted the gel nail so I was able to get that instead of just the basic. I walked out of the building at 4:54p. Thats a whopping 34 minutes for a mani/pedi with gel nails on the manicure. Think twice before going to this place. Thats my advice.

Will NEVER go back I had an appointment and sat soaking for.a pedicure for over 20 min waiting to be serviced. I got an apology saying a 9 oclock appointment was running late. My appointment was 9:40! Its 10:04 and I walked out!!!!
