Their attention to detail is amazing. They do wonderful work. I looove my nails and my toes. Great color options too.

I asked for something that has not been done before (that Ive seen) and the lady that did my nails did such an amazing job! I asked for a wrench on one of my fingers and she attempted it and did a fabulous job

Was a customer for many years and have recently returned to the area and they are still just as great as they always have been. They use high quality polish that lasts. I can easily go 2 to 3 weeks between visits for my nails. Pedicures last 6+ weeks. Their staff is so courteous and it is a super clean salon that takes safety and disinfecting seriously. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high quality gel manicure and pedicure.

I absolutely love Cindys. The are always so nice. I came in with my mom but I didnt have an appointment, I had to wait but I walked away with beautiful nails. They even apologized for my wait, even though I was the one who inconvenienced them. I will keep going back to them to get my nails done.

Wayyyyy overpriced compared to any place else in the area. Gave 3 stars because they did do a good job but i have lived in this area for over 20 years on and off and have gone to multiple different nail salons and this one charged more than any place Ive ever been. $55 dollars before tip just for a full set with gel polish. Nothing fancy, no design, no special shape and definitely not super long. Asked multiple times why it was so expensive and kept getting the run around. Thanked them for a good job but i cant afford to go back. They said a fill with gel would be 45+. Unfortunately i can not afford that in a regular basis. I will be going back to my girl across town, she just happened to be booked on my only available day so i tried something new.

I have diabetes and am very particular about cleanliness and care of my feet and hands. Cindy and all of the ladies here take great care of me. I have been their customer for over 5 years and have never had an issue. Great customer service!

I walked in for an appointment and waited quite a while, but thats to be expected since I didnt notify them sooner. I asked for a french manicure using the dip, which is honestly difficult.My nail artist was named My and she did a perfect job. There is not a single flaw with my nails. Im usually apprehensive about the electric file since the artist has to get so close to my skin but she took care to not nick me at all.I will definitely be a regular here!

Two of us walked in at 1:30 on a Thursday. Got in with no waiting. Very clean. Very friendly. Very professional. Great prices!!! Hope to go back soon!! Also love that they have a nail dryer for your toes. Last nail salon I went to did not have this.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, but my friends and I had to wait about half an hour after our appointment time to be seated in the massage chairs, and then they didnt do all of our pedicures at the same time. I was completely done by the time they started my third friend. It was a good pedicure and very clean business, but based on this one visit, be careful going if you have places to be after.

I won’t be attending to Cindy’s Nails Salon. The whole time the woman that was giving me a pedicure and manicure. She wasn’t friendly or nice. I told her she was hurting my feet and basically igrone me. She didn’t do well on my nails. I assume they look decent and I gave her a tip. Five days laters my powder nail didn’t last long because the color was fading away and I noticed she rushed through my nails because most of the weren’t finish properly. I spent 60 and gave a tip. I know the powder nail supported to last longer than five days. I will just find another nail shop. I wouldn’t reference no one to get there manicure or pedicure done here.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever received. Upon signing in, I was told to wait for just a moment and sat down. After 20 minutes, I was taken to a station where a manicurist put my nails in caps with solution to remove my shellac. I have done this many times, and know that process shouldve taken 5-10 minutes. After another THIRTY minutes of waiting, another manicurist came to finish removing my shellac, and then disappeared AGAIN into a back room for another 10 minutes, clearly disinterested in doing the job. Finally, I decided to leave. At this point, after a full hour, all thats been completed is removal of my old polish. The manager informed me that I should wait as she was almost done - but they had not ever started on my actual manicure. I would not recommend trying this business unless you have 3 hours to get a manicure.

RUDE! Hong was so incredibly rude! They rush you, barely give you time to pick a color. Then they push more things on you and dont stop harassing you for more.This was not a pleasant experience. We pay good money for these services and lack of manners will keep me from ever going back.

Horrible place to get nails done at. I heard lots of good reviews from this place, and when I went, I wasn’t greeted, and when I finally was, I was rushed through out the entire full set. She kept telling me she didn’t have time for me that we had to hurry & refused to shape them the way I wanted. A week later, all of my acrylics literally popped right off. Don’t spend your money here! Not a friendly place

I enjoyed the pedicure and manicure this place is now my go to place to get my nails done! The people are very nice and when your there they treat you very well!

Well- I ask for the more expensive pedicure - beside my friend who got the same- because it included a foot massage & my feet hurt all the time-I did not GET the massage & the woman could not speak enough English to relay ANY Sort of message to her- ( YES I.TOLD THE WOMAN that was beside me- doing my friends - but she did not relay that to the other woman) uuugh! BUT I WAS CHARGED for the upgrade anyway- & cant argue with someone not able to understand English AT ALL!! - PLUS I paid extra for shellac - spent fortune, & feet still hurt -. Could hv done my own toes- & I watched as my friend got the actual upgraded pedicure- so I KNOW exactly what all I missed but paid for-.Thought we had found a new place to get our nails/toes done -I prefer going where they actually KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING - & Dont pretend they know NO ENGLISH AT ALL-THIS PLACE IS BRINGING PEOPLE IN TO WORK THAT ARE LEARNING AS THEY WORK - without an ACTUAL certificate ! Count employees and certificates on one of busiest days! ( Cuz slow days they wud just lie & use same names for everybody)And PLEASE.. SPEAK ENGLISH

Made an appointment at 3:30 for a pedicure. We didnt make it back to a pedicure chair until 4:20 and they didnt start the pedicure until 5:00. It is extremely understaffed for the amount of appointments and walk ins they take. Pedicure was mediocre. They gave us the most basic $25 pedicure they offered without asking if we wanted to do one of the more expensive options. But everything was clean and everyone was nice and spoke English well.

They do a perfect job every time! This is the only place in NWA that I will go to get my nails done!!

8 of us went for manis and pedis. We made a Sat 9 a.m. appt two weeks in advance. They were ready for us..pedicures were adequate but the nail prices were outrageous..not what was listed on the wall. One lady had gel nail tips put on in Springdale two weeks prior. The fill was ten dollars more than the new set cost in Springdale! We talked to them about misunderstanding they did not lower price. When was a basic mani pedi no gel 40.00? Again prices were too high especially for the experience and quality of services. 8 ladies will not return
