They want like $150 just to come out and diagnose! And you get a call center in India! I actually drove to the address they give for their office supposedly locally and it does not exist! Theres another business there, like a flea market type of thing. So if they fix your fridge or ice maker in my case, they supposedly will put the 150 towards it but if the coat to fix it is too astronomical and you dont do it, youre still out $150! Im sorry but I aint doin it!

I would leave zero stars if possible. I could give all of the details on why, but at the end of the day it doesnt really matter. Do not use them is all you need to know.
