The owner, Loretta Wilson suggest to get a good air conditioner since the square ft of the Duplex was a good amount.After Gary Manske and his team put in the new air conditioner, I enjoyed fresh cool air; since it was in the summer time.He said he normally does not suggest a new unit unless it is over 10 years old.I am very happy as a renter to have the new unit in.
