Myself and my son have been at this school and with Eric Griffin for nearly 3 years now and it has become one of my favorite places to be. The place itself is clean, well maintained and has plenty of mat space.Since day one we have felt welcome and the environment is one even the most timid person could feel comfortable in. This attitude starts with Eric and is reflected by the other instructors and is then passed down to the students.The classes are structured and detailed, but not over complicated. If youre still not quite getting it, there will be plenty of help by Eric or one of the instructors to make sure you get it right. You will get a great workout and learn some great self defense skills and if you are interested in competing, the instruction will help you succeed in that as well.You will not regret starting Jiu Jitsu here.
