I was recommended this salon by a friend and I haven’t went anywhere else since! Susan is my nail tech and she always does a fantastic job and very attentive. She makes it easy and convenient to make appointments. The staff is nice and the salon is clean and updated. I’m so happy with my nails every time and they look good until my next refill!

They did a phenomenal job and pampered my friends and I. We got Mani/pedis and the ambiance was gorgeous. This is my new nail spot.

Honestly i will not be coming back here i came in to get acrylic nails and the lady who did my nails did them in 20 mins and left them horrible. They charged me $110 just for acrylic nails full set & pedicure for the price i paid it was not worth it.. dont waste your money here

Beautiful place with great service definitely recommend the lady who did my nails did a beautiful shape and design she was able to do exactly what i wanted she eve made jokes that made me smile when she was done she wrapped my hand in a hot towel and they checked to see if it was exactly what i wanted i love this place and for a 1st time experience i will definitely be coming back!!

Terrific place...good, attentive service

I decided to get lash extensions for my wedding and wanted to test them out ahead of time to make sure I didnt have an allergic reaction. I searched all around the Rockville area for a good salon, and turned up mixed reviews for all of them, needless to say I was nervous being a first-timer. I got my lashes done (full upper lash set, synthetic) by Jayden, and he was great! Very friendly and warm, explained everything to me including the different sizes of lashes and options, and he was very gentle applying them, it was very relaxing, done in one of the massage rooms in the back with soothing music and no nail salon smell. Three weeks later, they still look great! Ive gotten MANY compliments on them and everyone has believed they were my own or that I have really great mascara. It did take a few days to get used to, the first day I felt like I had something in my eye, I think that may be part of the adjustment according to other friends that have gotten them. I will be going back to get them done again before my wedding!

Got my nails done here. They were so thick. Also they hardly said a word to me and my mother n law. They spoke in their language pretty much the whole time.

Timothys salon and spa is the best place I have ever been to get a manicure and a pedicure done. The people are friendly and polite and the facility is very clean, which was a big concern during the pandemic. I had my eyebrows microbladed also, and I am so happy with them. People cannot tell that they are not mine. In the past I have gotten eyelash extensions and my favorite... reflexology messages!

Excellent service! Timothy offers personalized service to his clients, great experience. I get pedicure and manicure services. For nails, request for gel X - it lasts long, very light, close to natural. You will love it. You can also check out dip in color with your natural nails, lovely!

My nail tech (Lindsay... HIGHLY RECOMMEND her... Im the pickiest person about my nails and shes the only person Ive stuck with for 3 years now!) started working here so it became my new place. I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere and people who work there. Timothy treats his employees well and it shows! They recently created a kids pedicure sections and my daughter got to experience it today. Let me just say, it takes the mother daughter nail experience to the next level!

Love this place. Bee and Peter are wonderful. They have a large selection of colors and plenty of glitter options ! I love Timothys creativity. The salon is always welcoming with great holiday decoration - he always goes all out!

Horrible experience! I came at 10:30 am the day of my son’s birthday party for an acrylic set and they didn’t finish until 1:40 pm. For three hours, they passed me back and forth between two technicians and completely botched my nails! The gel was laid sloppy and bumpy and the paint is smudged and uneven. My nails look like Frankenstein nails. Several times the manager passed by and wouldn’t step in or help despite my obvious distress (I was on the verge of tears). Even the receptionist could see how bad my nails turned out, but when she brought the manager to show him the lopsided work, he acted like there was nothing wrong. Will never come back. Extremely unprofessional.

I am a regular for mani-pedi (Peter) and eyelash extensions (Jayden). The quality work they do is beautiful, consistent, and dependable. Everyone there does great work, so you really can’t go wrong.

If you want quality service at inexpensive prices thenthis is the place to go. I especially love the cozy set-up and their ability to make you feel at home. My nails always end up looking incredible whenever I come here. Best nail place ever.

If you go for their SNS dip powder manicure they dont actually do a manicure, they just do the color and still charge you $40. My SNS nails chipped within two days and were completely popping off in less than a week. It was such a waste of money.

This salon is only good for nails and massage,Never go for waxing they do it really really bad:(They actually don’t know how to wax it’s a shame.They left so many hairs in my leg arm and bikini and also they took 1.5hr just for the waxing.And bikini was the worst:( I had an emergency that’s why I went for Timothy’s for waxing and really had a bad experience:(

I broke my right foot 8 months ago. The reflexology massage therapist truly alleviated the soreness i get from time to time. This is an excellent place of relaxation and finding ones center. Id highly recommend this to anyone.

I’m hesitant to write this review because if word gets out how awesome this place is it might be hard to get an appointment. As it is, I was able to pop in here on a Tuesday afternoon without any problem.My husband turned me on to this place via a Valentine’s gift certificate. I’ve been to all sorts of spas, from Sedona to the minute massage at the mall. Hands down, this was the best massage of my life. The reflexology massage had perfect pressure, warm oil, and hot rocks. I could’ve laid there all afternoon and now can’t wait to go back.I’m writing this review as I’m now getting one of their mani/pedis. So far, it’s as good as the massage. Nice...

The massage therapists use a combination of chinease and Thai massage techniques that truly transform how I feel. I have had a lot of experience with professional massage and every masuese at this location is simply the best. The fully clothed refleology massage option is actually better than any conventional massage I have had.

Had lashes redone a couple of times, each time lashes fell off faster with each application. Last application was 2/2016. I called a week and half after install to inform salon that lashes were already half gone despite the excellent care I gave them. I was offered either a refund or reinstall. I explained that my work and travels were erratic and it may be months before I could commit to an appointment. They said ok. I presented today for the install. I was on the phone clearing up some business and ending a call. The aesthetician needed to start so I lowered the volume, turned on the speaker, and wrapped up the conversation. The manager walks into the room and starts loudly verbally reprimanding me for being on the phone and showing up several months after initial service. I should be happy because your service is being provided for free. Hang up now before I exit the room.Me being on the phone was rude. I turned the volume down to lowest volume. The call was super quick.The manager announcing that my service was free and how long I waited before I got back was unprofessional. The manager standing guard over me to hang up the phone was hostile and aggressive. Was she upset about me being on the phone or redeeming a service due to me for the poor service initially provided? Either way, she was a monster about it. I chose not to have the service done as a result.Ok. I revisited the conversation about a refund with the manager. She refused to honor the refund by stating loudly, I dont care what you were told. I spoke to my bank and was informed that the charge could not be disputed because it was greater than 60 days ago. Fine. The bank rep called and the salon hung up on her 3 times assuming she was me. They finally spoke to her and refused to reach any resolution other than me receiving the the same service from the same aesthetician. No gift card to go to the other salon they own, or receive other services. No refund.I will not be returning to a place that felt the need for that level of aggression for a patron using a cell phone (having a poor service redone at cost and the manager taking it personally).At the end of the day, I received a $30 lash job for $130. They earned $130 for services that were poorly rendered. Hopefully, Timothy reads this and offers me a refund and fires that monster manager. Its matter of principle at this point. They never wanted to do the lashes. They knew I would be outside of the 60 days for a refund. They never intended to do the lashes at this point.

Very relaxing hour, enjoyed every minute. Am now a regular!
