I have seen Anne twice. She has done amazing work. She’s been able to change my shape with this last visit. She takes her time and listens to what you want. I will continue to use her at Kosmo.

I love going to Kosmo. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I love the modern look of the interior, not to say it’s very clean inside. Vicky was a talented nail artist who did my tennis themed nails just as expected. Kudos to Vicky and Kosmo! I’d highly recommend this place to my friends.

Tee welcomed my sister and I at the front door and promptly got us seated for our appointment. Chelsie and Haley were very nice and I enjoyed our conversation together. The place was very clean and COVID safe. I am excited to come back again!

I drove past this location and saw the inside and knew I needed to come back. It’s modern, and screams luxury...very on brand and aesthetically pleasing. From the tiles on the wall with gold details, to the wood finishes, light fixtures to the pedicure chairs, it’s the nicest salon I’ve been to in the Rockville area.I did not make an appointment and showed up 45 minutes prior to closing. Yikes. The receptionist advised me it would be a little wait, and sure enough 5min later I was in the chair for my manicure.Letty, made sure to take her time (even though they were closing) and delivered the best quality manicure I’ve ever gotten. The design I asked for was done to perfection. I will definitely be back!

Went here for the first time and everyone was great! Wonderful customer service! They are so clean and taking precautions to keep everyone safe. They provide you with hand sanitizer and they take your temperature at the door. My nail tech was Tommy, and he did exactly what I asked for. Super gentle and took his time to get it right. I recommend this place 100%! Can’t wait to go back.

I am not 100%. Everything is ok... but thats it.They do their job well enough. Service is ok.Just not great work or special service to praise or wow about.

Salon was very clean! Letty I believe her name was did my pedicure / manicure and she was AMAZING. By far the best pedicure/ manicure I’ve ever had. She suggested I try dip powder and it turned out great. Will definitely be a returning customer and definitely recommended to others.

Treated myself to the Full Moon pedicure and the experience did not disappoint! The salon was beautiful and clean, the massage chairs were fabulous, and the atmosphere was lovely. Sue did an amazing job with my service - it was just what I needed after a stressful week. I will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Kosmo. My appointment was at 11AM and I was seen right away. Mei did an amazing job and was so sweet! The shop is beautiful and clean. Covid protocols followed. I will definitely visit again.

If I can give this place zero Stars I would. I had the worst experience of my life yesterday evening. I spent $104 which was definitely over price for the service in which I received. What I got was definitely a rush job. I had the dipping powder applied to my nails and they put gel top coat over powdered nails. There wasnt even a uv-light for my feet nor hands.

The staff is incredibly kind and Hugh did an excellent job. The salon is also really clean and they staff values COVID safety - I was offered a mask when Id left mine in the car by mistake, my temperature was taken, and I was given a pump of hand sanitizer. It was a great treat and Im definitely making this my regular salon.

Clean, modern setup, Hugh did a great job on my nails, would recommend.

I came here to do a mani and pedi with my boyfriend for his birthday. We had a 2 PM appointment and were serviced. I would like to start off with all the things that I liked about the place. The place is clean, *mostly* sanitary, nice pedi massage chairs, friendly service, great foot/leg massage. The first thing I was disappointed about was that even though we got seated at the same time for the pedi, my pedi began 15 minutes later. Now this is something I understand can happen and is not a big deal but still a little disappointing when the intention is to do a mani and pedi with my partner as a birthday treat. They did us the courtesy of waiting for me to be caught up to do the massage together. I got the full moon pedi and I timed it because on their website its supposed to be a 20 minute massage, we got massaged for 15 minutes. I felt that was us being cheated for their error on timing with us and needing to compensate to get to their other appointments on time. The things that I was disappointed about were the fact that I didnt get asked what shape I wanted my toe nails to be, I had to correct them after she had cut and shaped them. The next thing is they did not soak me or my boyfriends finger nails before working on them for the manitini manicure which led to unpleasant cuticle removal. When the lady put the cuticle softener on my nails she touched the dropper to my cuticle which is unsanitary because she did not have me wash my hands prior to that and again didnt soak my nails. I was wondering if for their basic mani they dont soak your finger nails but all the manis I have ever had done, no matter if its the basic or the spa, you should always soak the nails. My boyfriends cuticle got cut and he began to bleed, he is a personal injury attorney and it was just funny that the nail lady said to him oh you had a prior injury there thats why its bleeding before he could say anything. We get it, you have to cover your butt but lets be honest and just say sorry mistakes happen. Intergrity for us is valued so much more than a lie. Lastly, I had to sit at the dry bar for my polish and they said they were not using them due to covid so I had to sit with 2 mini fans for my nails. I had to ask for an extra one because initially they had only given me 1 and that would have doubled my dry time.To end my review I would like to give suggestions as to how you can better your service and it will cost you nothing.1. Be more gentle when removing cuticles, because the cut and flick using the cuticle cutter causes these metal scrape damages on the nail that can be avoided if more gentle and take a couple more minutes with that process.2. Use bowls of water to soak finger nails prior to any mani work.3. Be more gentle with the buffer when buffing the nail, nails are delicate and do not need so much force with an aggressive buffer, or use a less grit buffer. PRO TIP: buff the nail prior to cuticle removal so that when the cuticle is removed there is no abrasions due to the buffer.I think you have a great place going and would love to come back once these suggestions are considered and hopefully applied.

I called 5 days ahead and made my appointment. I was traveling from an hour away. When I got there, my appointment was never made. They apologized and said they could fit me in in 45 mins. The service was great. They did an amazing job for me and my girlfriend. It’s a very clean and sanitary salon. They also expressed their apologies and made sure I left happy. Great location. Beware of booking online, i Booked twice, the first time I waited for one hour before they start, second time I gave up after 30 min of my original appointment time and left without getting anything done. So disappointing.

I liked how the manicure area is actually a long table vs having tables all over- ocd at a minimum.Would def return and recommend.Hanna was my artist and did a great job.

Very chic nail salon, one of the best salons in the DMV. Love their fun location as it is super convenient with parking. Service and pricing are top notch. Check out their SNS dipping powder system, it is one of their specialty.

First, let me say that I have found my new nail salon.Not only is the decoration professional, and stylish, but the salon was clean and bright. My nail technician was very friendly and professional, she suggested something I ended up loving (an ombre SNS), and she honestly did a better job than most other technicians.10/10, I cannot recommend this place higher.Now to COVID.The good: They have partians between you and the technician doing your manicure. They make you sanitize when you walk in. All of their staffers properly wear their masks 😷.The bad: There was no temperature check.Overall, I felt like the environment was very clean and that it was a low risk situation. Would feel comfortable recommending to others.

I found this gem on the MOCO show, they were being promoted for opening day and I could not wait to visit. I immediately made an appointment for pedicure and manicure and received 25% discount for being one of the first 100 costumers. When I got there we were seated right away and they pampered my while doing my nails. Very friendly staff and very cute salon. They are taking serious precautions to prevent COVID. Each seat is cleaned throughly and they dispose everything after use. The results were amazing, I did tips with dipping powder manicure and the results were amazing and very quick, I highly recommend this place! You feel taken care of while there. Zoe and Hannah were amazing! The gentleman that did my toes was great. The price is very decent for the location and parking was right in front which is convenient since you dont have to pay.
