I have used Yusuf and his team at MDCC for numerous projects for my clients. Yusuf even did renovations for two of my sisters and both were extremely happy with the end results of each of their projects! I absolutely love working with Yusuf and his team. They are very good people, pay excellent attention to detail, and they work really hard. AND there prices are very reasonable. FYI- they may have started out specializing in carpets, but they are highly coveted in the industry as subcontractors for wood flooring and kitchen and bath remodeling. They do high quality work and the results are always stunning!

I was recommended MDCC Inc. by referral, and I couldn’t imagine finding a better contractor in the Washington, DC area. I needed a complete renovation of a 700 sq. ft. condo unit which had not received much love since the 1980s. I worked closely with Yousef and Oscar to review wood floor options, cabinetry, and a walkthrough of all other potential renovations. Before beginning work, Yousef was incredibly attentive and spoke with me numerous times to answer any questions I may have and provide guidance on the renovation process. Once work began, Yousef and Oscar were in consistent communication with me throughout the renovations. Throughout the work duration, there was a constant inspection of renovation quality. Over 1.5 months, MDCC Inc. performed the following renovations: removed the popcorn ceiling, installed 700 sq. ft. of wood flooring, installed new cabinetry and appliances, knocked down a kitchen wall, wired and installed new living room and closet lighting, and completely renovated the bathrooms from the ground up. Not to mention, MDCC threw in complimentary moving services. Yousef and his team offered a very competitive price upfront and did not throw in any surprise charges. They were also very reasonable and helpful in completing punch list items. I highly recommend MDCC Inc. for any renovations you are planning for your home.

Great work, great price! We have been working to finish our basement and after a bad experience with another contractor reached out to Plaza carpet. It was a great experience, we hired them to paint the walls, they not only painted but helped fix some of the dry wall mistakes from the other company! They also installed a beautiful carpet. Their prices were extremely competitive and their work was top notch. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well.
