Absolutely clueless. Worst freight company in the world.

Worked the morning shift.. Everyone is very polite and helpful.. Management has there team together when it comes to making sure the freight gets serviced on time

FedEx has always been terrible in my experience. So my worries were high when I had a 4,000$ hand built bed shipped to my home and fedex was the carrier. Shure enough I crest the hill before my driveway and there the crate sits In the street!. The driveway entrance was 4 feet away I had instructed fedex to drop it in the driveway. Why in the world would you drop it in the the road! So after a phone call which I was told by the dispatch manager that the driver was coming back to put it in the driveway I waited. Well no driver ever showed but the local police department showed up and told me I had to get the crate out of the road. Seeing how the crate was almost 1000lbs i had to break it down and unload it in the road while cars were driving by. Another terrible job done by fedex. Shame on all of you for the lack of respect you showed to my property and telling me help was coming when it never was.

Much better service than Dayton. The ladies in the office are quick to take care of the paperwork and get you on your way quickly. Definitely use them for any freight.

LAZY DRIVER ! Zeros stars if I could! Driver didnt want to deliver my coffee table. Yesterday they cited business was closed as reason for not delivering package. It was going to the house above the business and I have a big sign asking them to leave it in the stairway. Today I watched them sit across the street from my house for 2 minutes and then drive off. They then turned around and drove right past my place. I was home this time and the restaurant downstairs (again the package was not going there) was open. So Im curious to see what reason they put down for not delivering today was. To bad LAZY isnt an option. Going to have to call and get someone in trouble. I shouldnt have to drive 45 min to pick my table up when they get paid to deliver. If I wanted to drive 45 min to get a table I would have in the first place. Can I get my delivery fee back?
