Since Ive moved in and even before I did this place has been amazing. The office staff is amazing and very nice, also he explains everything in a very professional way. The manager I meet with always had a smile on her face and was also very professional. The office is always clean just like the property and the grass stays cut. The residents clean up after themselves and its really peaceful and quiet. No cops or disturbances on the property, I just love it here! I plan to stay for a long time due to the customer service they offer and community they have. Five stars for sure!

Renters beware its not very often that you find an apartment complex with available spots nonetheless three or four at one time in Arvada during these overpopulated times. The management company here is terrible I have rented from them at two different places and both times when it came to the end when I deserved my security deposit they made up some scheme to keep the money, they never do repairs. I had a cracked wall completely across the wall in my apartment for seven of the months I lived there and they never did anything to fix it and, when I rented from the reserve at oak Park from them our sewer backed up and they did nothing about it for 2 months. Think twice, you dont need a place to stay that bad DONT rent here.

Sacha and Dominick were absolutely amazing and they were so helpful. I love the really good communication and the fact that they were so willing to explain things to me.

My fiance and I were whole heartedly impressed with our move in process. Sasha is very personable and on point. She responded to our interest immediately and got us through the application process in a very friendly, straight forward and punctual manner. Made absolutely miserable from loud neighbors.Was verbally and emotionally abused.Management was not helpful.

My boyfriend lives here, the staff there are always polite and kind, they dont even give me a hard time about my big truck and the parking. I have been visiting my boyfriend there for over a year, I feel it is a great place to live,

Good place, okay office staff. We had a lot of issues with electrical outlets(at one point on had caught fire). After we left they charged us with additional fees and took our deposit claimed it was because the carpet. Even though it said in the lease they replace the carpet for every new teanet.

Overall nice place to live. Very family friendly; there are lots of kids running around. Pet friendly. There is only one parking space per unit, but there is plenty of street parking around. Apartments are up to date and maintenance is quick to respond if you have any issues

I have LiVed here for almost two years. I’ve enjoyed being here since the first day the amazing ladies gifted me with a welcome basket! Brittany is a very organized, nice, and interactive manager. Her staff is always great! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice apartment with reasonable rates and a very personable and efficient staff!

I’ve lived here for 7 years and my daughter has had the pleasure to grow up here. Kid friendly, pet friendly and just all around friendly. Brittany is superb at management. I’m happy to live here.

I have lived here for a little while now and have really found I love this place. The apartments are very clean and its amazingly quiet here as well. The apt. manager Danielle has been very helpful and prompt when ever I had a question or concern. She was great during the leasing process as well. Showing me lots of apartments and breaking down the costs for everyone she showed me. This is a great place to live I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends, family or anyone looking to have a nice home

Ive been here for 15 months and have had a great experience living here. Lacie and Brittany are so friendly, helpful and are quick to fix any issue. I like to use the amenities and really like the location. We are roughly 15 minutes to Denver and 15 minutes to the foothills. Moving out here from Minnesota and not being able to check out the area and apartment complexes before hand, I feel like I lucked out finding the Flats.

The management Brittany and Sacha are amazing they both helped me get in to my new home with little stress. My apartment was clean and ready for my move in date. I would highly recommend Flats at Sky Village to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to live....

The fact that they are spamming this reply on many reviews should make people at least raise an eyebrow.I never lived here, but visited friends who did. I dealt with issues, but not horrible ones, hence the 3 star review. If it were malicious, their reviews would be much worse.Due to their response and overall negative feedback, Ill amend my review to 2 stars.

My experience in getting an apartment, being approved, and moving in has been so great! I originally asked Sacha to take my info in case an apartment opened up and received a call a few weeks later. I applied online (since I was out of town) and was approved the next morning. Sacha went above and beyond to work with my fiancé and I in getting everything situated. She was super nice, and the management has been overly accomodating and professional, to say the very least. I really appreciate their involvement and caring attitudes.The Flats are cute! Really awesome location in the Denver area, easy access to 70. Lots of windows in the units for natural light. Spacious and livable. Were happy with our move here.

Lived in these apartments for 3 years. Office has always been responsive and helpful and the ladies that have worked there are very personable. Across the street from City of Arvadas fireworks show so every 4th of July you have front row seat for a good show just sitting on your back porch. Overall has been a great experience.

Nice place to live in Arvada . Great location and next door to shopping. The community is clean and maintenance does a great job. Brittany and Lacy in the office are great as well.

Nice and economical place for Arvada. Great location with access to stores and food. Parks and schools are great and close by.

Quiet tenants, and relaxed landlords. Clean, and it has a pool. There is a park just to the west across the streets. And the Lutz complex shoots fireworks directly across the street on the 4th of July.

They dont answer maintenance requests ever. They never answer the phone, and nothing gets fixed. If you enjoy broken things in your apartment then you should rent here.

I was just trying to go for a smoke and some tiny black kid tried to fight me for nothing I was chilling in my car with the door open and he comes up trying to fight for like 30 minutes when he left he went into the last building closest to the park across the street

There is not even a low enough rating for this place. At first it was ok. Now its a nightmare. They dont respond to any maintenance issues. There is an electrical problem in my place and i am not able to use any of my lights. The balconies are not safe, they shift everytime you step on them. The pool during the summer time opens late and then when it does open, i dont think they clean it. This past summer it was a neon green color. The gym hours are only during the day when people are working 9-5. They dont open the gym on Sundays. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

New management is rude. They dont fix anuthing but expect you to pay for every little detail they can find for you to pay.. im very un happy and cant wait to get out off this place as soon as my lease is done would never recomend this place.

2/25/14 - Willing to stick with it.They had another change in management. So far its an improvement. Im not going to change my previous complaints just so you know that you may still be up for some of the same as not all the complains are because of the management. However I will say that it seems the management truely wants to make it a better place to live.New management Pros:- The light bulbs were finally changed out within a week of the take over. Yay!- Management has made sure that maintenance has been prompt. Had a problem with the water heater and it was fixed within an hour.- Management has a cleaning crew vacuming the entrances every week, sometimes I swear twice a week. Big improvement. Also the snow removal and grounds maintanence is much improved as well.A new con (non-management related):- It seems there is a problem with the electrical in this place. I find Im replacing light bulbs very often, like 1-2 a month. And Im fairly certain that it zapped my new computer hard drive, even thru a serge protector. I admit it may have been a faulty protector, but the serge happened right as I plugged in computer and no other equipment in the house was affected. Just wierd.Older review... Run fast, run far...Pros:-Parking space/unit-On site Laundry-Lots of light fixturesCons:-It takes months to get to problems (2 months and waiting on my A/C)-Dont wash your clothes here unless you like finding it in the trash.-Pool is cloudy, meaning the chemicals arent balanced right - I used to maintain a pool, I know what Im talking about.-On move in I spent hundreds of dollars on basics like a new shower head, the drip pans that actually fit, had to replace most of the lights in the fixtures within days of move in, bathroom was nasty, had to cut the blinds so they fit (a lot of them drag or dont turn right), light switches that didnt work, and my balcony is terrible I flat out dont feel safe on it, my A/C didnt work on move in and months later is still broken, and the heat is broke.-I dont feel safe. I know its silly but I work nights and the hallway lights have been out for months and Ive called it in. Id change them my self but I dont have a ladder to reach and its dark when I leave for work. I called it in more than 2 months ago. If they cant change a light bulb in 2 months how long will it take to fix other things?
