Traveling on I55 North approaching Weber Road on 10/30/18 at roughly 7:30am Bush motor Express Driver pulling a dry vantractor# WH36 repeatedly drove on the shoulder in an attempt to stop motorist from taking the shoulder during a traffic jam. Think about this driver arent you essentially doing the same thing when you take the shoulder with efforts to try and roadblock traffic? This driver nearly ran one car off the road, I was able to take photos while in traffic but it wouldnt allow me to upload. As a driver your job is to haul freight from the shipper to the reciever safely not control traffic, & surely not to run motorists off the road.Im sure your companys safety department would agree. Do you have any idea how it looks to see a commercial vehicle going in & out of there lane especially if there is no legitimate cause such as debris in the road. This driver is arrogant, ignorant and takes safety for a joke, fortunately he did not hit the car but came extremely close which could have potentially caused a tragic accident and cost your company millions. Word to the wise maybe its time to invest in dash cams so you can see just what type of drivers you hired. Also I would have simply just liked to have spoken to safety but they never seem to be available.

One of the worse places I have worked for the manager is high strung and I never got to meet anyone else who supposedly worked in the office. Not very business like. Plus they dont want to pay for loads that was run.
