Its 50/50. Sometimes you get a good office person and half the time they are fast and seem aggravated you called.

Brians office is a pleasure to work with, very experienced professionals who care for their customers insurance needs!

State Farm is State Farm. Excellent service in Florida and Illinois, but Brian Hand as our agent is terrible and not what you expect of an agent. Every time I call I have to give my wifes name for them to be able to look up our policy. I do not expect them to know my childs name and age and all my other information, like State Farm commercial claim. Brian hand should be able to look up my name without me giving my wifes name. They sure take the check with my name on it and send me printed cards with my name on it. This is why I am taking my car and now, house to another State farm agent.

I just got car insurance today from this business. They were cheaper than my previous insurance company (Founders), and they also provided better coverage. Renters insurance was MUCH less than I expected, and I ended up buying a policy for that as well.Very friendly staff (I worked with a guy named Scott). This office is on State St. across from Wal-Mart in the same building as Merrill Lynch. I have no idea why Google has a map of downtown Rockford...its on the east side, not downtown.

Call this agent now if you want great rates & service!!! Saved me tons of money. Had a great office visit from their staff.

Just go somewhere els not worth the time I like state farm but had to change locations because of employees here
