Joel and team took good care of me and my cars window tinting. Their satisfaction guarantee and honorable customer service corrected a couple small film issues with zero hassle. It does take a good amount of time, so I suggest leaving your car or truck until its finished. I will happily recommend Freemans and Joel!

Everyone I dealt with at Freeman’s was great. They installed a CarPlay head unit in my truck, new door speakers, and a tint strip on the front windshield. They were knowledgeable and helpful, the price was super reasonable, and they did extremely high quality work. I will definitely come back here with any future cars.

These guys/gals are awesome. Especially and specifically Chien because that was who we worked with from start to finish. Called in asking for boat / marine audio. Chien answered all my questions, met me at my boat for options as a free consultation. Same day quote with different options and then got me installed within a week. They are extremely busy and I can tell why. Very very professional and honest. I am getting a $53 refund because parts weren’t actually used that initially were needed. I would’ve never known and that goes a long way. Honest, friendly, fast and great work. Communication was top notch as well. The system sounds phenomenal. I got what I paid for and more…so we are happy boaters and we will be back 100%.

Took my 27 year old truck to Freeman’s to have tint stripped off & replaced. I knew it would be tough but Christian did an excellent job in adequate time.

I came in with a particularly messy pile of fireworks behind my head unit and floorboard and spoke to Carmelo at the desk and he got me dialed in. A few minutes later, my man Drew had the displeasure of fixing my electrical attempts. I sure left him with a mess. Bout 45 minutes later, I got my car back and its got the wires properly tucked, yknow? The sub isnt bouncing all around, yknow? The speaker actually works, yknow? Good place man. They also do tint! Deffo gonna come back and get right with these cats.

I came into Freeman’s to get a back up camera on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Carmela got everything going and I asked them to take a look at my radio because when the Bluetooth was on an I got a phone call I couldn’t hear anything and they couldn’t hear me and they said they would . So when the guys got done I went out and it didn’t work so went back in and one guy said he didn’t know what to do but Carmela said hold on I will be out there. He came out took it back and fixed it the speakers were hooked up wrong. Most places would have just let you leave. So thanks Carmela for going that extra mile to help sending everyone to you guys!!!!

I came in with a big job for my 2018 Honda Accord. Met with Drew, and he really took care of me. Complete system install, from component speakers in the doors and back, subs, custom mounted my sub boxes, custom mounted my bass control knob. Soundproofed everything. It all looks incredibly clean as if it came straight from the factory like this. Drew also kept me updated the entire time with photos, and walked me through everything once I came to pick up the car. Incredible service, highly recommend!!!

Great job with Great people. I took my car there for installation and I was very impressed. They did a great job. My car was done earlier than expected they answered my millions of questions. Also when I went to pick up my car I had my dog with me. They all came over to meet him. A month later a dog identical to mine was found and was at the animal shelter when they saw this they immediately called me to make sure it wasnt my dog. Wow! Just wow👏...To take the time to make sure he wasnt my dog? So nice.. Its just over and beyond! I am soo thankful.These people are amazing. I will never go anywhere else.

Was referred to Freemans Car Stereo by our car dealership. Our 2003 Honda was having issues with a new battery dying. They believed it was caused by the dead factory stereo draining power. Freemans beautifully installed a new modern stereo system. We could finally listen to music from the car and not from a small portable Bluetooth speaker! Unfortunately, that did not solve the issue with the battery. Freemans went above and beyond to figure out the issue. They were determined to find the problem and make things right. They finally discovered there was some corrosion in the fuse box due to water leaking from a poorly installed replacement windshield years ago. They fixed the windshield leak and replaced the fuse box and now the car reliably starts every morning and the stereo is a great addition. The staff was extremely honest and fair. We are so happy we took our car to Freemans Car Stereo. I highly recommend Freemans Care Stereo.

I had my car stereo replaced today. It turned out that a previous owner on my car wired several after market parts and then yanked them before turning the car in. I thought I needed new back Speakers but the head and the wiring were the issues. The total was less then originally thought and to me thats integrity. I had an appointment for over a week to get my windows tinted. I show up for my appointment and they have no tint. How do you have a place of business that does window tint and run out of tint. Please do your inventory when you know you make APPOINTMENTS. Bad business.

I was doing my own install of a head unit I pulled from my previous vehicle and running into problems. I stopped in Freemans to discuss the possibility of having them do the work as I was stumped on getting my backup camera to work. After listening intently the manager, Joel, gave me a few pointers and even let me try a couple of connectors, which one finally did the trick. While he could have pressed the services of the store, he used his knowledge to help me finish the job on my own. A great experience and the store has earned my trust for anything I might need in the future.

Fairly incompetent. They didnt install an inverter correctly, and when I told them the problem I was having, they didnt believe it was due to their improper installation, and told me it would be around a week before they can look at it because they are sooo busy. I went to another place and had the issue they caused resolved that same day.

Purchased a backseat roof mounted DVD through Honda Cars of Rock Hill and it was installed by Freeman’s. Was told by both Honda Cars of Rock Hill and Freeman’s employee when I stopped in to buy extra headsets that the DVD player had a “lifetime warranty”. Now the unit isn’t working properly and no one knows anything about a lifetime warranty and they want $275 to repair or $300+ to replace. I would not recommend Freeman’s nor Honda Cars of Rock Hill as they do not honor their promised warranties.

Every time I need something car audio related I make it a point to drive to Rock Hill to see Joel Matthews at Freemans Even though he is an hour away from where I live it is worth the drive down. He has installed all sorts of things, from window tint to complex stereos to multiple blindspot cameras and I have never had an issue. I have had him work on 5 vehicles so far and I will continue to drive past all competitors to take my cars to him.
