You know what I can appreciate? Honesty and follow through. During my call, I was told $250 to tint my windows on my new Civic, any shade. I liked the price and went in to look at my options. I was again told $250 and offered an appointment the following day at 4pm. Awesome!The next day showed up at 3:55 and the bay door was already open waving me in. Both employees worked fast and well together. While I was there, the shop received a phone call in which the person was quoted $250 for their tint service as well. This built my trust as I felt the price was consistent and not based on the customer.I am recommending Sun Stoppers Rock Hill to my friends and know my wife will be making an appointment as well.

Can’t say enough positive things about this location and my experience. I got my truck windows tinted last week and my girlfriends car done today. When I arrived, the garage door was rolled up and they welcomed me in. The team was professional, answered all of my questions (of which there were many), and did both vehicles quickly. They informed me of proper care and let me know to contact them at any time if there were any issues. Fast and excellent work. Only issue is that they quoted me $50 for tinting 1 window and then said something about removing the glue for an additional $50. The prices posted said $30 but I didnt feel like arguing so the total came out to $104 with tax.

HORRIBLE customer service! The owner of this location did not want to work with me on what i wanted AT ALL! Even after i told him im aware of the consequences he did not want to put dark tint on my vehicle! So i ended up picking the darkest he would do. It came out with a ton of small trash bubbles. VERY VERY unhappy with the service here. I will never go back to a sunstoppers location again!

Did my VW Passat. Did and amazing job and great guys.However the time it took to tint my windows was a little lengthy. I still recommend these guys Bc they do a good job and are friendly as well as helpful.

I had my truck tinted today, Harley is a cool guy very professional and took great care with his work product. After completing the job he inspected every window and discovered a single hair or fiber under the tint, that honestly I probably won’t have even noticed it, but Harley wasn’t satisfied with it so he removed the tint and replaced it. It is refreshing to see people who take pride in their work like Harley did. I will definitely return to Sun Stoppers again with any future vehicles. Thanks Harley for doing a great job.

I was a walk in today around 2 pm. They had an appointment @ 3 maybe? I asked then if they can get me in, he said maybe, and asked his coworkers if they can finish in 45 min, they said yes and serviced me. They took me in! They have finished me with the premium UV tint. These Guys are genuine. And will recommend all my family and friends to them. I arrive their yesterday around noon. The employees stated that they just finished with one car, didnt have ANY waiting or ANY other appointments. Were not doing anymore today. was expressed. It was kinda funny as I thought people were in business to make money. According to whats published, they close at 3. I have chose other locations before. I also understand they operate under one umbrella. All it takes is one experience to lose business and advise others of the experience. In addition, theres reviews where service is quick with no appointment needed.....

I found this shop on Groupon while looking for a deal on window tinting. I got more than I have asked for.......... The owner, Greg and his co-worker Harley did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I didnt have an appointment but they took care of me without any problems. The products they are using are top of the line and the prices on their services are reasonable. Interesting to see so many great reviews - mine is not. Bought a Groupon from this location and guy tells me he stopped doing them a couple months ago but yet I bought mine beginning of July w/ expiration date of 10/17. Wouldnt return my calls - way to run a business... Only clicked 1 star so I could post - otherwise theyd get nothing!

The guy just does all tint, so he really knows what hes doing and does it well. I was extremely impressed with his work. The owner is the installer so he cares about what hes doing. He even stayed past closing time just to finish my car right, he didnt rush the job just to get out the door.

Greg is awesome - took my new car there, he did a phenomenal job, was super friendly and willing to discuss tint options (various tint percentages, different tint lines, etc). Would totally take any other cars there I need tinted in the future. I got the xpel xr plus - best ir blocking and out performs 3m overall. Did 20% and it looks perfect. Good neutral black color - no green or bronze color to it, no visual distortions, etc. he’s got a plotter so the cuts are mint (he can do custom stuff too by hand and I’d bet it’d look just as good as the potter). Well worth the slight added cost over the xr in my opinion.

If i could give negative stars i would. Called friday and spoke with greg or craig. I told him what i wanted and what the other location said they would do for me and price. We agreed on a slightly more expensive price and type of film and time. He said be there at 9:00 am on saturday. I got there at 9:03 and he was VERY RUDE to me. Sorry there was a accident that made me 3 minutes late plus had the open sign off so didnt know he was even open And told me to come back at 1:00. So i return at 12:45 to make sure i wasnt late. He tells me to pull my car in and then procedes to tell me that all he has is the low quality film that will only last 6-8 months and didnt have the 5% we talked about in the better quality film. And if i wanted the better in a 18 or 20 something percent it would be more. And the dude was again very rude! Also said he doesnt care how much work and money our dealership spends with sun stoppers every month or that we know mike. The actual owner.The guy was very rude and disrespectful. Said he owns the place and doesnt care. So i went to tint world who took EXCELLENT CARE OF ME! The owner of the south blvd store Daniel was super nice and respectful! Took great care of me and has earned all of my buisness from here on out.I am only expecting a rude or smart ass rezponse to this review from this company. So people dont spend your money here. Go to tint world!
