Michelle was very friendly and professional when she came to give us a quote. She let me try several sample films and helped me decide which would be a better fit for our needs.Once we called to schedule installation, Michelle gave us a date within a week. The installer was prompt, friendly, and very meticulous.We are very happy with the end result. We have floor to ceiling windows, and the summer sun is no longer blinding bright or blazing hot (nor do we feel like we have to wave at the neighbors every time they drive by). We use the room much more now. We recommend Carolina Premier Window to anyone who is battling too much sun and/or lack of privacy.

Our home gets allot of sun during the day and our neighbors can see in our side windows. Since having our films installed the temperature on the main level of our home has improved greatly!! The air isn’t running non stop and our neighbors can’t see in my kitchen. The cool thing is I can see out and we still get a decent amount of light.Money well spent!

Michelle, the owner of Carolina Premier Window Films, lacks the ability to effectively recommend the appropriate window films for the residential market. Our home had multiple requirements for different locations, which we made clear in the beginning. Though her recommendation for one area was satisfactory, she failed to adjust her recommendation for the other area that required different film. After recommending and installing a heat and light reducing film in the second area that did not meet our stated needs, she refused to correct the situation and instead wanted to charge us for the film that should have been initially used. We contacted her by email for her to come out to our house several times to show her why we were dissatisfied. Only after multiple requests did she comply with a visit. At no point did she take responsibility and ownership of her recommendation mistake.

Very professional. From scheduling all the way to the tint install was top notch. David came out and performed the work. Was very efficient and was willing to show many several levels of tint so I could make a decision on the one that worked for me. Also very personable. I highly recommend these guys.

We have a large window over our entry door which was west facing. During the summer we could feel the sun coming through and heating up the entry way and living room. Now that Carolina Premier Windows has installed window tinting on that window, we no longer have the effect of the heat from the sun, but we still have the light. We saw and felt a different, not to mention the impact to the energy bill. My only regret is waiting several years before getting it done. They were professional and quick. I highly recommend them for anyone needing window tinting.

We had Carolina Premier come to our house and remove some old film from 2 high arch windows in our den. They replaced the film with new film that still allows light in but without the heat and glare. This is the second job we have had them do and they are very professional and reasonably priced.

VERY happy we selected Carolina Premier Window Films! Michelle helped us select the ideal film for our needs and we paid a reasonable price. Plus no extra trip charges as John was able to cut the film on our premises during the installation visit. The film is a quality film and does what it is advertised to do. We are very happy with its performance since it was installed over a week ago. The ‘hot spot’ that the window was creating is GONE. The stairs (where the window used to radiate on) is now cool and the air conditioner isn’t running as much. And we really like the tint of the film. And it was installed by John so professionally. Hard to tell there is film there at all. And we selected a film that, if the window got struck, would remain intact. The window is a second story and there is no way we could reach it to repair it during a storm so this was important to us. Plus we like the idea of maybe one day putting it on our accessible windows as a security film. Michelle, John, and CP were easy to do business with, followed up on our calls, answered all of our questions, had a great electronic system of quoting and payment. We highly recommend Michelle and CP.

Great quality tint, awesome employees, and amazing customer service. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me right in. Appointment started on time and they made sure I didn’t have any questions. My car was in and out in less than 30 minutes with tint. I had my service done over a year ago and it still looks just as good as the day it was done and keeps my car cool in the heat. I highly recommend this company for any of your tinting needs.

We phad 2-story windows tinted in our home in 2013 and were extremely impressed with the service and product we received. The film and installation was high quality and held up well! Carolina Premier Window Films covered all the windows in our home approximately 6 months ago. The windows tinting has significantly reduced the bad sunlight rays that were damaging our floors, furniture, etc.This firm gave me a fair price for the product, as compared to the other products/prices that I received. They came when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. I strongly endorse this company and their products. I also was very impressed by the product warranty I was given.

We were on a tight deadline to get the job done, and the day of the job one of their employees called in sick. They made sure to still come out and get the job done, and it looks great. The owner came out right away and gave us a quote. Price was very reasonable. Her installer Jeremy did a fantastic job in tinting 6 skylights and six windows in the garage. Carolina Premier has provided a provided us with a cost effective way of protecting our house valuables by installing 3M shading films on our windows through out the entire house. It has almost been 10 years and it is still working like it was installed yesterday. Our energy bill is very affordable because of the reflective films and also have privacy.

Great experience. The serviceman was prompt, polite, clean, friendly and efficient. This was not the lowest price I got for window tinting at my home, but the product used is far superior. It is from 3M. I taped a sample of the film from Carolina Premier as well as samples of other products from other dealers to my windows and looked through for a few days. The 3M film was clearer and outside view was sharper. Glare inside my home has been cut tremendously, as well as heat load.

The tinting on my security door windows, front and back door, has improved the comfort of my home immeasurably. I am totally satisfied with the product and the work done. Very professional, pleasant, efficient, responsive and reasonably priced. They installed heat reflective window films in most of our windows. We are very pleased with the results and are confident that we will see the savings in our air conditioning costs. I highly recommend them.

We are very disappointed with the film on the windows in our home and our law office. We requested a film that would keep out glare, heat and light in order to use our computers, keep our furniture and artwork from fading and protect sensitive books and documents. There is still so much glare, even at 8 in the evening and 10 feet away from the windows, that we cannot use the computers without turning the screen. We have had significant fading of books and furniture and art since the installation and there has been no reduction in the heat transfer into the house/office or touching the windows. We honestly cannot tell any change from before the film was installed and it was not inexpensive. Because our home is on the intracoastal waterway and our office is on the creek, the view is important to us and the idea of using the film was very attractive to keep from hiding the view with shades/blinds/drapes/shutters. It seems we are headed that way since the film has been a complete waste of money. I called and texted the representative after the installation to share our disappointment and ask for some remediation/different film product, but got no response. We would not recommend the company or their product. Buyer beware!!!
