Terminix did a very thorough job and we were very pleased with their service. Our technician was professional treated the outside of the home as well as the inside. We would like to have the same technician next time. He was excellent.

I can’t speak for everyone in the company but my bug guy, Phil, is the absolute best! Always listens to make sure he can detect any areas before they become an issue. While he was under my house he noticed that my insulation was not correctly attached and he fixed it. I can tell that my house feels much warmer now that Im not getting unwanted cold air coming in. I am a disabled veteran and sometimes it is very hard for me to navigate the single flight of stairs in our two story home. The technician went above and beyond to make it easy for me to keep comfortable, bringing paperwork to me instead of making me come down to sign it. I hope he, Terminix and anyone reading this understand how important that was to me and what It shows about the type of people they hire and how they train them.

I will use these guys again. They did a great job. They sold me by great customer service and thoroughness in their evaluation of my home. I had another company look at my home but I had no confidence in their ability to do a good job for me. I am completely satisfied by the whole experience with Terminix.

I have used Terminix for around 40 years. The service is only as good as the tech. There have been a few excellent techs. Most have left a lot to be desired. One pulled in the drive, filled out the paper work, left it on the door and drove off. Did nothing. Didn’t know someone was in the house watching. A tech came today. Did not do the inspection as it is suppose to be done. Terminix will take care of the problem once reported. But why should I have to supervise and report this multiple times? Really tired of it!

Terminix agents are very thorough, they ask what is your concern before anything is done. He was very efficient and made sure he didnt track in anything if he had to enter the house.

In the past, we have always had excellent service from Terminix. Today, our serviceman was complaining and acted like we were a burden to his schedule. What really ticked us was his spitting on our front stoop!!!

I really rely on Terminix. Normally do a great job. However I needed to schedule a termite inspection. Was given a scheduled day and time. Found out that that day and time wasnt available.

I give a 1 star only because you cannot post a comment without giving a star. Had zero been an option, that would be my rating. These clowns showed up at my door without an appointment completely unannounced saying they were giving a complementary inspection and spraying. This person was driving a truck without a Terminex logo but he did have a shirt with Terminex on it. My wife was at home alone and called me at work because it didnt seem right. I called the Terminex Rock Hill office to see if their employee was at my house doing an unscheduled inspection and they said no. And, on top of that went on to say If he didnt have a truck with the logo it wasnt their employee and the shirt could be someone that used to work for them but just kept the shirt. Then, they ask me to send them a picture from my security camera. Now, Im in full panic mode. Immediately called my wife and told her to wife lock her self in the house. I left work and was speeding home and calling police when I get another incoming call from ....guess who, yes, Terminex. Sorry they say... made a mistake it was their employee. This is not the first issue Ive had with these folks. They are absolutely horrible.

I called and scheduled an appointment for 8am. By 8:14 no one had arrived so I called to see what if by chance I had made a mistake in writing the time down. It was confirmed my appointment was for 8:00am and that the woman who was scheduled just got a late start today. I was told by the office person that the woman stated that her GPS said shed be there by 8:24 this is unacceptable. I dont know where the person was coming from but I only live 6.7 miles from the office location. I rearranged my entire morning and had to get help to get my kids to school early today to make this. I thought that given all the previous high reviews this was a good decision but I was mistaken. Now Im late to work, my children are all off schedule, and I have to find a new more professional company to treat my home. Thanks for nothing.

Great customer service, the agent Austin took the time to really listen to what my problems were he showed that he knew what he was doing. Overall Im happy with the service. The price isnt bad. Plus they will come back as much as youd like through the 1 year process

I cannot recommend Terminix, more specifically Phil Shapiro, highly enough. He has been servicing our home for the last 3 years and feels like an extension of our family each time we see him. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are receiving the best possible service and we feel confident in his recommendations for our home.Two specific examples come to mind when I recommend this company to others:- An exterior lightbulb was busted during one of our treatments and I came home the next day to find replacement bulbs sitting on my doorstep from Phil.- I called Phil today because an urgent issue came up regarding a home we are selling and needed his opinion/a quote for termite treatment. He was at my house within 15 minutes. He inspected the damage, gave us his recommendation and thoroughly explained the process. He spent 2 hours with us on a Friday evening leading into a holiday weekend and made sure we understood everything before leaving. Above and beyond doesn’t do his service justice and we are so thankful.

Quality, professional, helpful, on time. Great company, great local branch. Almost 40 years being a Terminix customer.

We had a horrible case of bedbugs in a newly purchased home. Terminix came out and indentified the bug and recommended a heat treatment, as it’s the best method for killing bedbugs. They came out and heated our house for several hours up to 140 degrees. Sadly, the first treatment didn’t work. After a couple days, we found more live bedbugs. We kept a sample, showed terminix, and they offered to come back out for another treatment. Again, they heated the house for several hours. Fast forward, and we had to repeat treatments 5 times before we won the bedbug war! Terminix was extremely accommodating, as I’m sure it cost them a lot more money in man hours than we paid for the treatment. They went above and beyond for our special case.

Just had my annual inspection done and was so grateful for the associate pointing out several problems spots underneath my house. I would have had no way of knowing this without the information from the Terminix associate, Larry. Thanks so much to Larry for being so thorough.
