They did our yearly bond since our builder went with them to do the initial treatment. 1. No one EVER answers the phone. 2. It takes multiple messages for a call back. 3. Our last appt. They called after they were supposed to be here and said they were cancelling due to rain. Our appt was at 230 and it had been raining all day... They were supposed to call back to reschedule and never did. But when they do come hes verythorough, just good luck getting him to come out! Well be going with another company from here on out.
