Shane and his brother were out here that day in less than 2 hours and got rid of the racoons and was so nice and put my mind at ease and so grateful that I was able to get him and he said if we had any other problems, then call him back and he be back. I will tell you he is a man of his word and knows his business too. Please contact them for any removals of any wildlife that may get in your house.He will be handling any problems we may have in the future.. Thankuou again for all you did to help our family.

Can you please honor your 5 year warranty and return my calls. In case you are wondering, 202-528-XXXX.We hired the company last year. They did removed a family of squirrels and seal up the house. There were questionable business practices ( late, no-call / no-show, etc ) that I noticed, but it’s his company and he’s free to run it how he sees fit. It took a while to finally COMPLETE the job, but it was eventually completed. When he does show up, he seems to be very good at what he does. We were also provided with a 5 yr warrantyFast forward to 2020...October 6th to be exact.It seems a new family has moved in. I’ve contacted him several times. He sets appointments and never arrives. Maybe he is extremely busy this time of year or needs an assistant. Hopefully this review gets his attention. Will keep you updated

Shane is very knowledgeable in the pest, and wildlife area! There was a snake in my house on a Sunday!! I thought it was black! I ran out the house to get help, because I’m scared to death of snakes!!! By the time I got back we couldn’t find it! Stayed at my son house until it was recovered. Called several wildlife services, and everyone was extremely busy! Finally got in touch with a young lady in Rock Hill SC who referred me to Shane! He cane out on a Wednesday, and said it went back out! But I wasn’t comfortable with that because I didn’t see 👀 it with my own eyes 👀 👁 ! So he came back the next day to put new door guards down, and low and behold there it was at the back door 🚪 trying to get out! I thank God that Shane thought to put temporary guards down until he got back! What I thought was a black snake, was a copperhead!!! Which is very poisonous!!! Because I’m still not comfortable! Shane is coming back out to survey my property once again! Thanks Shane for your professionalisms, and kindness! God bless!!

Shane knows his business! Knew immediately what the animal was in our crawl space and prepared a trap. Fortunately the possum left, so traps werent necessary. He repaired the vent where the animal entered. We took his three year warranty for peace of mind just in case.Also does handyman work so I plan to keep him in mind for some things I need to get done in the future.

Shane did a great job getting an opossum and her babies out of our crawl space. He did the repairs and then screened in all of the vents to prevent future damage. He showed up on time, courteous and fair price.

Shane was thorough, punctual, and professional in the removal of bats in our house. He had very fair pricing compared to other companies we looked into. We were very pleased with his business and now plan on using him for home repairs and pressure washing in the future.

Terrible customer service; late for appts, sometimes doesn’t show up at all, part of job had to redone and I was charged an additional $1000 on top of original charge of $1500. My husband had to remove traps after Shane didn’t show up for 2 weeks to check. Don’t use!

Had issues with bats. Called Varmit Gone and they had someone out inspecting the next day. Screening on the gables look great. Made sure the attic was cleaned up and safe. They did a great job keeping me informed with the process of getting rid of the bats. Feel very comfortable with the warranty they offer.
