From the moment I called everyone was so incredibly kind. We moved into our house in December and I guess because it’s winter we didn’t really come across any bugs at all! Suddenly one morning I woke up and we were overrun with ANTS! I tried dealing with it myself but to no avail. I googled and this lovely place came up. I listened to the reviews and I’m so glad I did. Raymond was hour technician and he did a very thorough job! He was really nice and we had a great conversation that wasn’t just about bugs. He explained everything fully. He went above and beyond his job. Thank you guys! I’m happy to say we are so far. Bug free!

Came in multiple times for rat issues, keep calling them mice despite the fact that we have caught THREE (we personally caught them NO THANKS to Killingsworth) and KNOW they are rats. Nothing has been done about them for MONTHS either, no fixes, no help, just more rats it is disgusting. Moved the fridge without taking anything off the top of it and shattered an expensive tea set. Didnt even apologize. Absolutely horrible.

I couldnt be more happier with Killingsworth Environmental Home Services, especially with our rep Michael Bailey. Hes the Branch Manager in Rock Hill, SC. I have an insect phobia (Spiders, Hornets, Wasp etc.) and have called Michael out a few times in a one month period due to different insect issues. (Homes are being built around me so its causing issues). Not one time did he seem frustrated or annoyed. Hes always been kind, understanding, and professional. I feel as if he really does care about our family and wants to always do a great job for us and he 100% does!

My husband and I were concerned (actually, freaked out & paranoid) that we had bed bugs because of some bites we were getting, and we scheduled a K-9 inspection with Killingsworth. Then the night before the inspection, we found what we thought were bed bug larvae under an armchair. Kendell and Avery came the next day for the inspection. They arrived exactly on time, and Kendell did a thorough visual inspection. He answered all my questions and listened to what we were experiencing. Then he brought Avery in and she was very focused and efficient. She knew exactly what to do. They did not find evidence of any live bed bugs or eggs, and Kendell identified the larvae as carpet beetle larvae. He put our fears to rest and explained the behavior and effects of bed bugs thoroughly and also advised me on some general pest treatments they could do if we wanted that option (which we may take them up on at some point). I can’t recommend Killingsworth highly enough. The cost of the inspection for peace of mind was more than worth it.

Recently we had a wonderful experience dealing with a Killingsworth representative. Our technician was Kendell Alexander, and we quickly found that he was a pleasure to work with. Kendell was very accommodating and helpful, with an expert level understanding of the subject matter. He bent over backwards to help us with our issue and to provide the flexibility with schedule that we needed. He showed great patience as it took us a while to come up to speed with the subject matter. He was great at explaining things and answering our many questions. Called two weeks ago to start a new service. Bought a new home in March. So I wanted pest protection. Ants and spiders are the worse. So I called them. The guy came out to spray. Only did one baseboard in each room and sprinkle powder on my yard. Said to give it two weeks to see no pest. Been two weeks. They still there. Called this morning and they won’t come back out to retreat and when I ask to cancel and refund my money. The lady laughed and hung up. I have contacted BBB and filed a complaint.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kendell from Killingsworth who was sent to my home to do a bedbug inspection due to a possible contamination at my workplace. Thankfully, nothing was found but it was amazing and reassuring to watch the process performed by Kendell as well as service dog Avery. Kendell was professional and very knowledgeable as he explained each step and described what to look for. I was left feeling secure and confident that my home is safe from an infestation. Great company to work with. Went with them based on reviews and coworker recommendation. I do wish they had a working online payment system on their website though.
