From the time I called Customer Service to the Representative coming to my house, I received nothing but excellent service. Everyone was awesome and professional. The customer service center is open until 12am. They offered for someone to come out the next day. So glad I didnt have to wait a week or so. The Representative, Darrell was great! He explained everything in detail. I really appreciated him going the extra mile. Thank you!!

Angela was prompt and thorough. She treated all areas of my house, and outside of my home… knocking down spider webs and making the areas look neater and big free. She made sure I understand the contract terms and pricing and answered my questions to her greatest ability.

I moved into my new house and every time I would go outside I would get bitten by mosquitoes. I happened to see Orkin at my neighbors house and asked what they could do about mosquitoes. He was super nice and explained how they could help. He said he would get my information into their system and then they could do the treatment. It was taking a long time for the office to process my order, and he said he might need to come back another day. I told him that was fine. A few hours later he he got an opening and was able to come back! I highly recommend Orkin and am very pleased with Greg, who went above and beyond to help me.

Called and asked for a service. The receptionist was great and said my call would be returned later that day. Writing this review on day 3 with no call back. Even if they do call back to follow up, will not use again.

Made a appointment for Thursday between 12 and 2pm no one arrived, no one called to let me know that they were going to be delayed.I called the rock hill office 3 times no one answered and left one message. No one called me back. I then called the quote line and talked to Donna. She tried to reach the rock hill office 4 times and no one answered. She then reached out to managment and said some one would get in contact with me soon its now Saturday and on one has tried to reach out to me at all.Im very disappointed in the quality of service.

The treatment for tiny black ants has worked but I don’t like cleaning that spray which is like glue off every window in my house. Including high up transom windows in which I have to get on high ladder to clean.

We have had several spiders around our house and once I started to see a few in the garage and inside I called Orkin. They were very responsive and came earlier than scheduled. He was very nice and took care of spraying the inside and out as well as removing the big spiderwebs. However there are two still on our back porch that we’re missed. I thought all the webs would be removed. They aren’t huge but still there

When needing pest control support I requested information from their website. I was immediately called by a representative and was provided plenty of information for my concerns. My service for treatment was scheduled for the very next day. On the service day the technician that came out was very friendly and professional. He knew a lot of information and could answer all of my questions! The service provided for inside and outside treatment was thorough and tailored for my particular house situation. Every time they came sprayed and left the roaches ran wild never found any dead they just made them go wild. And they knew what they were doing as I see it orkin was just spraying really weak poison and I feel irking owes me all the money I played them. No dead roaches and babies everywhere. FIX THIS ORKIN

I liked the way he explained things especially as my little boy was running around. I like the way he stopped and listened to my questions, and when I didnt understand a few things he went more in-depth with it. I like to how he was on time, how polite and courteous he was. of course theres always room for improvement. You going to have that anywhere. Would I recommend this company? Of course I would!!!

We contacted Orkin for a potential issue with mice. Jeremy was here within 24hrs and spent a considerable amount of time assessing our home. He was completely honest with us and explained that we in fact had a mice issue but no other issues and that he was not going to recommend a “program”. He could have easily sold me something I didn’t need. He had his counterpart that specialized in our issue contact us. Again in less than 24 hrs Cliff and Jim we’re here. They spent considerable time in the attic and the crawl space. Let’s just say we had mice. Cliff laid out all of our options and gave us time to consider. Once we made our decision The Orkin Team was here on site and remedying our problems quickly. Everyone involved was professional and acted with urgency and integrity. Special thanks to Jim, Jeremy, Cliff, Jonta and Robert. This has been a refreshing experience in this day and age.

Okay but they charged 95 to come out and it was supposed to of been applied towards service...but they charged full had to call back 3x to get a refund. Bugs still exist after 2 weeks... they did come.back.hopefully this time it will be the end.
