Planet Fitness has what people need to fulfill their exercise routine. In addition staff are welcoming and take care of the facility. I appreciate them following social distancing within the facility and keeping everything clean and safe.

Just another planet fitness, no issues every thing was in working order, didnt see any broken equipment and was clean.

I signed up with my husband so we can have something to do together, they allowed my son to get his own membership as well so now we all go as a family. Planet Fitness made this a great bonding atmosphere for us. I love that there is never a wait when we go and the app allows us to always see if the gym is crowded or not.

Super nice staff and never too crowded. Very clean

All the staff I came into contact was nice. I only have a problem with not getting some of the yearly fee back. I joined mid February, yearly was taken out March 1st, with my monthly on March 17th. I had to cancel due to my Osteoarthritis in my knees. No other complaint. The place is clean and safe. Im going to miss working out. I was doing so good with my workouts. My orthopaedic doctor advised to stop working out at the gym and to begin walking. I was actually making them worse. 😥😢

My friend and I have been working out together everyday, and asked to use two elliptical and were told yes. We asked because they had a yellow sign on them. The next day we go and use the exact same o es and do the exact same thing that weve been doing for several days now. An employee comes up and tells us to get off, so we explain that weve ask, and she says okay and walks off. Well that wasnt good enough for her because she goes and gets another woman and completely makes a big deal and embarasss us in front of everyone.nevwr going back, and the girls at the front desk thought is was cute that I chose to leave and laughing at me as I left.

I love how they know me when I walk in the door, the cleanliness and the great energy coming from the team that is working, Leigha and team are the best!!

Great experience great customer service except for one girl that works there is kind of rude but everybody else is very friendly willing to help you out in any way try to get you the best deals its a really great place to work out there very safe and they sanitize they go by The covid-19 laws and rules I really enjoy working out there I go 5 days a week I also go tanning which their tanning beds are excellent way better than any tanning bed around and they also have massage chairs that help with my fibromyalgia and my husbands arthritis I would highly recommend Planet Fitness to everybody

Saved us $140 a month from L.A. Fitness! This gym is most importantly clean, has a great atmosphere and not to mention the amazing hydromassage beds with tanning all included with the black card!

Very friendly staff and they are definitely practicing social distancing with all their equipment. I feel very safe there.

Great place to workout there is a little bit of an awkwardness when I first started but thats because Ive never went the gym before but overall the gym is worth it for the black card when the deal was on and just has great equipment and help to use it correctly.

This place is like a kindergary and or a elderly home... Lots of kids just socializing instead of doing exercises.. they just clog the equipment and do nothing... And the staff, good really busy doing nothing...You are telling me that the staff is going to help me, when they don even move from the counter??? Wow!!!

I will say that I have had a very wonderful experience at this facility. From my very first day (which I was terrified being that I have never been to a gym), I was welcomed by every employee there. I am horrible with names but the gentleman who set me up on my plan was very supportive and pleasant to deal with. Another wonderful gentleman set me up with exercises and a plan, and he and Megan showed me how to work the machines and made me feel that I belong there. Megan was and continues to be encouraging and supportive, as through my tears I explained how scared I am making such a huge step in my healthy future! I was shocked seeing some negative reviews, as I have never experienced any negative behavior but we cant please everyone! I have been going here for about 2 months and I am never disappointed! The customer service here is superior! I just want to thank you all at Planet Fitness in Rock Hill for helping me start my journey to a new life!

Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Makes you feel welcome. Also keeps everything very clean.

Just startes and I was happy that the staff was willing to ask question about my needs and happy to answer any questions I had.

Facility is clean and the staff is friendly....but.....the treadmills.....are the worst. The controls are hard to use while running and its hard to navigate. My home PF is in Myrtle Beach and the equipment is a lot newer so it was a hard adjustment. The treadmills were sooo loud to run on that I could hear myself over my music and I have never had that issue. Other than that the facility was great for the two days I am in town.

Great facility and very helpful staff! Pam at the Rock Hill SC Cherry Road location was extremely helpful and professional and helped us get signed up for a membership and scanned in despite being short staffed for the day and helping other members as well.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. The equipment is also well maintained. The Rock Hill location is by far my favorite out of the Charlotte Metro area!

I had a great time going to the facility. The staff was very helpful and the trainer took his time explaining every machine.

My husband and I recently signed up. Our experience with Bryson and Dejon has been fantastic! They are professional young men and I am excited to get in better shape with their help!

Super busy and of course no real free weights. For a place that is judgment free they sure do act like the judge, jury, and executioner.

Been going for about 6 months now, its the best gym Ive been too, they sanitize hourly plus require masks and that members spray down equipment before and after use. Very much worth the membership price.The standard membership is 50 bucks down and 10 a month or you can go for the black card membership which gives you drinks half off and you can go too any planet fitness and also get to use the Massage beds and chairs. The black card is 22 dollars a month.

I love PF! I have a Black Card membership so I not only get to experience the massage chairs & tables and all the spa stuff, but I can go to any PF location. Now that NC has opened up the gyms, since I drive Lyft, I can drop in and workout in any location or simply take a massage break.

Sad there is no total body machine, but even the staff was upset they didnt have it, yet. The place is immaculate and the staff is super nice.

First off the parking lot is big, they got plenty of good machines to work your full body. The only problem I have is some members not wearing a mask when walking around. I’ve noticed this every single time I come here. They need someone to get on the intercom and remind them to wear one if walking around freely! But then again they have issues with ppl bringing tiny gym bags and big jugs of water bottles on the floor when it’s not in anybody’s way or bothering anybody. Make it make sense.

Dejon and Stephen are the sweetest and most polite employees! Also social distancing is good but still too many members walking around without masks. And groups who are not related are working out without masks and too close together. This is the most bothersome to me. If there are more than 3 people together they need to keep masks on while working out

Christie is polite, respectful, and provides exemplary customer service.She always greets me with warmth and makes me feel very welcome.

Don’t waste your time working here, unless you’re really into pushing sales on customers while receiving no commission.That’s right, while the job description won’t make any mention of selling and up selling membership plans, management expects you to be their little lackeys when it comes to increasing revenue. As if $10/hr makes it worth dealing with petty BS.

Nice gym, always clean, friendly staff. I’d recommend planet fitness for beginners or intermediate to experienced. They have a decent amount of machines and equipment. Free weights as well. Only wish my location was bigger because there isn’t much room for body weight activities like planks or other various exercises. Classes would be nice as well but they don’t have those. Overall it’s a nice gym, plus good prices.

Seems like they keep shorting the hours. If you are not going to be the 7/24 gym I signed up for at least open at 5am on the weekends. Shame I have to drive to Charlotte to work out Saturday and Sunday mornings.

For months now there HGTV channel does not get any sound reception on any day of the Tread Mills in the club. I have mentioned this twice, nothing has been done.

Totally top notch in awareness of what can break that curse virus. Were clean machines is what youll hear.. just ware a mask. Mental health a major plus plus.

We’ll planet fitness just canceled my membership for not wearing my mask while working out. I came off the treadmill and just walked over to the bike machine and the supervisor on duty walked over to me and told me to wear my mask and I told him I wasn’t while I’m working out and already breathing hard. He said that it didn’t matter and I being me told him that I can’t care and I’m not doing it. He then proceeded to tell me to meet him up front to cancel my membership. So for anyone who has a membership at Planet Fitness just go ahead and cancel it. The last time I checked the only time you had to have a mask on at Planet Fitness was in the common areas, where so was not.

Joel introduced us to Planet Fitness and we signed up and look forward to our next months!

Hope is the best!! She’s extremely friendly and very helpful whenever you need assistance. What impresses me most is she remembers each person by name and is always quick to greet each person even while doing so many other tasks up front.

First off, membership is very cheap. Thats why i started going. Its open 24/7 (except for holidays, maintenance days, etc.) which is extremely convenient because I workout very early in the morning. The equipment is very well maintained, and the whole place is very clean. If youre looking for a gym, I highly recommend this place!

Just my first time back in for awhile I was excited to tan...bed issues for me so not happy...my face tanning lights didnt work.

Absolutely nasty!! Ive been going here since 2016 but will be ending my membership TOMORROW!! This blows right on your face and can not be good for anyones health! Just totally nasty! Nice gym, terrible lack of equipment. Only smith machines as far as squat racks and free weights only hit 75. Only here because covid has Charlotte gyms closed until later this month. GREAT for begginers in fitness!

Very clean gym! Plenty of equipment but it can get busy at peak times. Being open 24 hour makes it extremely convenient though. The staff is friendly. My only complaint would be not having a sauna.

A Friendly environment with lots of great weight machines to give you the perfect workout! (The only downside is that Planet Fitness does not offer a pool or sauna, but they do have nice locker rooms and hot showers! ) The price is right provided that you use it!!!! Eat healthy!! Work out! The place had several poor reviews but I was there over the holiday weekend and the place was in great condition. Better than my Planet Fitness in Symrna GA. The staff was friendly and asst manger on duty was very helpful. I would diffidently recommend it.

I recommend Planet Fitness to anyone who is looking for a good gym! The staff is always so nice, they keep the gym very clean and they have all the equipment anyone would want with multiples of each so you dont have to wait on a certain machine. The only downside is they dont offer many instructor led classes which I would like but overall for the price and variety it is awesome!!

This is by far the best planet fitness of all the branches. Amazingly clean, has free weights, cardio, tanning, the circuit training area and even a ropes area as well with a timer. I’ve been to ones in Charlotte and this is the best branch location.

I joined because they are open 24/7 now. The assistant manager, Brandon walked me around and explained everything to me. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The whole staff is cheerful. There are plenty of sanitizer stations, tons of free extras, and enough equipment that youre not having to wait around for your favorite machine. Even a free personalized training program. Im so happy I joined!

I love our Rock Hill PF. Its always clean. The staff are always pleasant very helpful. Theres always available equipment so youre never waiting for your turn. Its really nice.

Very helpful and friendly staff

A good place for most people.The weights dont get as heavy as Id like them to but the cleanliness and quality of the weights make up for it.(If youre a fairly muscular guy be ready to be watched but I feel its usually from beginners looking for tips in your workouts. )

I always enjoy my experiences here and the staff is fantastic! The only problem I have is the receipt paper is stale. The last few times that I have visited and have received a receipt, it tasted stale and rubbery. They dont keep a fresh stock of receipt paper and the taste of mine was sub-par. Now, Hope, one of the employees, is the best that I have ever seen. Ive seen her perform better than anyone on this Earth.
