Horrible!! Waited for the vehicle for two weeks to arrive the dealership,eventhough it was advertised on their website.Arrived at the dealership and they said we dont let people test drive our high dollar vehicles unless the numbers workWhy did you take a photocopy of my license then?Underestimated my trade by at least 3k-5kI know this because I have went to previous dealers and secondly they have a two year older vehicle then my vehicle with less options, but more mileage for more money they were offering me on a tradeI was a serious buyer ..not looking for joy rides

Toyota of Rock Hill has the best service! I scheduled an oil change first thing this morning for 11:30. In no time they were calling me to let me know the car was ready but that they noticed the alignment needed addressed. Rather than pressuring me like a lot of places do, they sent me a link to confirm whether or not I wanted them to complete the additional service. Tim was great and was in constant communication with me. No better service!

Lauren asked relevant questions to better understand my request for a diagnostic and inspections resulting in appropriate observation of problem. Very impressive that she voluntarily offered for me to see the result of the inspection. Jared showed a d explained the problem with recommendations. Both were most cordial in communicating with me.
Farrah and Todd were great to work with. The waiting area its also really nice with different teas, coffees, and other drinks (all complimentary). In the end, I didnt want to use my entire budget or finance, so I bought used elsewhere. However, with that being said I would definitely consider them in the future.

Shawn (my service contact) came out to meet me as I drove up to drop off my Tacoma for service. It was quick and easy and we were soon off for breakfast. The service was completed after we finished eating. There were no problems and a very convenient service.
We had a great experience working with Jomo. He was very helpful on the day we purchased our vehicle. We then noticed that our paper tag was about to expire and we hadnt received the official tag yet. I called, left messages, then had to call back (Jomo would return my calls, but the business office would not). I ended up making several calls to them over 4 months time about the tag. We went through 3 paper tags before the official tag finally arrived. They stated that there was title release problems from the bank....how did they sell the vehicle without a title??
UPDATE- After posting this I was contacted and my request was met. I appreciate the quick response and the disappointment the manager showed. Communication on his end was great. Thank youI had a diagnostic done on my sons truck. They told me it was going to be over $5000 worth of work for some exhaust work and front end work which I thought I was outrageous. I requested a print out of the work that needed to be done. I made this request at least a half a dozen times and multiple times I was told I would get it. I called them, some times talking to my rep and sometimes I left messages. I also sent emails requesting the info. They charged me $100 for the diagnostic and I never saw anything for my money. Needless to say they did not work on the truck. I fixed the exhaust with a new gasket and two bolts ($20 total). I will not be going to back here for any kind of service. Good luck

Absolutely terrible service department. Managed to forget a 30 min conversation overnight and supposedly ordered the part. Even gave me a reservation, pulled in and they had no idea what I was talking about.
Great personalities at work! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Bulldog was such a great man to work with. He made the process so much more personal. This is one of the few places that didnt try to mansplain or talk down to me. He even helped me get the car I drove in with home. Definitely above and beyond for a salesman and reflects wonderfully on the people who work at the dealership. I would buy from them again.

Ray was very personable and answered my questions.The young woman who initially accepted my vehicle, informed me of the best grade of windshield wipers to get installed and that the engine filter was not necessary at this time to be replaced.
Both Tim Evans and the technician (I think his name was Norbert) were very good. I was concerned that the filters I was paying for might not make it into the car since I had dealt with dishonest dealerships before. Mr. Evans without hesitation took me onto the floor so I could see for myself. I appreciated that. Definitely would recommend them.

I went to them to buy a reliable used Toyota. They sold me a Toyota with a hole in the engine block. I had to replace the engine 4 weeks after purchasing. They would have seen the hole in their inspection and chose to sell anyways. I filed a BBB complaint and they said I should have come back to them to fix the engine. Why would I have them fix the engine when theyve proven they cant be trusted. I work in finance and will be sharing my story with all my contacts to not do business with this dealership.

Great experience at Toyota of Rock Hill! My brother was in the market for a new truck, so we came here as our parents have always loved their experiences. We were greeted by the salesman, Curtis Goodwine, who was awesome from start to finish. He was the exact opposite of what you would expect a car salesperson to be and made the car buying experience for my brother enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, laid-back and not pushy, and such a hard worker. Miguel in financing was also great. He explained everything well and genuinely wanted to help. I live in the Charlotte area and work in the Atlanta area. I was on 77, about 30 minutes past Toyota of Rockhill, when the dash lights came on. I had my car towed to them and they had it fixed that day. They were nice, Informative, and on top of everything.
Jared Deal was amazing in taking care of my vehicle. I had multiple sensors that errored at the same time. I felt confident in taking my car and having it diagnosed correctly. He figured out what was wrong and had it fixed the next day.
No haggle pricing for used vehicle. Fees for docs/registration are reasonable. Closing with the back office was quick.
Very friendly staff. Didn’t try to press to buy unnecessary services. Was given a 2 hour estimated wait time for a recall issue, and I waited for almost exactly 2 hours. Plus, the complimentary car wash is great. Will definitely be returning!

I have had better service in the past, better communication by Lauren who possibly no longer works there. I was there for an oil change, was told I needed tires, would have scheduled for another day if I had known it would take 45 minutes longer than I was told. Hence I was late for work. I work in the service industry so. I think that better communication and consideration for me as a customer would have definitely been appreciated. I left there today with a frustrating experience. And when the technician brought my car around I said thank you, he replied yep. I just hope the actual car service was done properly.

I live in North Carolina.. travel to South Carolina to this dealership for my camry maintenance. Their service is very good. Lounge is nice. They also arrange for lift drop and pick up if you are within 10 miles. That was truly priceless..
My experience was not as great as it was in the past. Tim Evans was my assigned person. He did not greet me or check in with me at no time during my visit. Another gentleman was kind enough to do so. I waited for an hour and 30 mins. I decided to ask one of the guys that were helping others for an update. He went inside and told Tim and at that point he came out to talk to me. He explained that I was waiting for a fuel pump recall to be fixed. I told him I called in earlier in the week to make my appt for my 20 thousand mile service. No one informed me that I would be getting a fuel pump replaced. If I would of known this I would of got dropped off instead of sitting there for almost 2 hours. He did try to help me at the end of my visit. The communication was poor amongst the staff this day. Hopefully in the future they will get it together.

Doug was super pleasant in getting me checked in and out late in the day. When i mentioned I had a ceramic coating on my Army Green 2020 TRD Pro, Doug had his detailer give it a quick once over without running it through the automatic wash (thus voiding my warranty on the coating!), which was much appreciated. Waiting room is pleasant with lots of options for sitting, working, etc. I’ve only had two oil changes, so far, but so far so good!

We’ve had a mixed experience with the customer service at Toyota Rock Hill. We’ve been servicing our car here for 10 years.The service is overall good however the recommendations they provide are not always in the best interest of the customer and there are designed to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.Also today I waited in the service area to pick up our truck and I was not acknowledged by any representatives. Another customer walked in and he was helped despite that I was first in the line.

Update: I honestly liked doing business here and the sales guy Maurice was great he was the only one to come up to me and ask me what I was looking for, out of everyone that were standing outside that day now I understand I have a baby face but a “hey looking for anything specific?” Would of been great but I will 100% look for Maurice when I’m ready to get my truck. It did take a while for my mats but I understand and I appreciate for receiving them especially in these rainy days but in all I am very happy and satisfied with this Toyota dealership and MauriceI really liked doing business here it was quick and easy to get the monthly payment I wanted, I got my 2021 Toyota Corolla around end of November and I still haven’t gotten my mats I’m getting the excuse of next month since December and every time I call it’s the same excuse as in the end of next month now I’m getting them at the end of March by that point I would have had this car for 4 month watching for mats
