Well where do I start? Last oil change was told my back brakes were at 3 mm. The service writer this time asked me if I wanted to address that matter. I said no I wanted to wait to see what the reading was. Can you tell me how brake pads can grow they were at 5mm . Sounds like the company is fishing for work to do. During one visit I get a phone call from the dealership I’m sitting at, waiting for my oil change. Wanting me to trade my low mileage car, for a smaller rogue 2016 with 75,000 miles on it. Then shows me a 2018 small rogue with 68,000 miles. I had 53,000 miles on mine. Why would anyone trade in a great running, comfortable, color I love and had roof bows added also added a trailer hitch, For something smaller for more money and longer wait to pay off? I love my car but now learn they will call you when ever you are sitting in their lobby waiting for your oil change to be finished.Just makes the company look desperate. Just not cool! Thoughts?
Excellent service and friendly staff. Very clean and inviting waiting area. The workshop is extremely clean, well organized, and the technicians no what they are doing. Your whole car is checked over and any potential issues are identified without any hard selling to force you to do the additional work.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company for all your car servicing and repairs..

Friendly and very busy at 8am on a Saturday morning. I made an appointment ahead of time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I received a call from the used car department 5 minutes after I checked in, probably to see if I would trade my 2014, 145,000 mile care for a newer vehicle (not going to happen). My service rep, Merna, was very professional and attentive - thank you! Loved getting a link to the video of the service walk by the technician. However, it took almost 90 minutes for this routine service. Hope they can do better next time.Dave T
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I received from Hector on my last visit to Rock Hill Nissan. He was very informative, upfront, and honest. When it came to concerns about my car, it was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. Also the mechanic did an awesome job and the staff was warm and accommodating. Hector was my service advisor. He was very professional and got the job done earlier than anticipated. I also like the mechanic walk through video sent to me when they were checking over my van. It was very informative and I felt all my needs were met.
The scheduling service is consistently unaware of how long things will take. We were told 2 hours (for oil change, mud guard installation, and detail) and spent 4 hours in the waiting area, and only the oil change & mud guard installation was completed. This is a huge issue personally, because it does not respect our time.I strongly recommend calling the dealership directly to confirm time required and plan ahead to drop the car off.Customer service did go the extra mile and picked up car next day, performed the detailing and dropped the car back off (but did not put floor mats back in place on a rainy day which resulted in dirty carpet).
Hector was awesome! He was so professional the entire time. Based on my last visit, he explained in details what the priority needs are for this visit. I never had such a helpful person like Hector since I’ve been coming here. He kept me updated at all time. My Car service was a bit expensive, with Hectors help I was able to get $100 off. That was a big help for me. I just want to say that I appreciate the time and professionalism Hector provided. Hector is the Man!

My experience with the Service Department was excellent. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash performed. All were done in a timely fashion. The Service Team was professional, polite, informative and accommodating. I like the new video connection, which provides a first hand view under your hood. You are given recommendations to assist in making decisions for future services. A+!!!
My car had a fever to I took it to go see Beaver!Rock Hill Nissan crew were awesome. I love the video they send to you to let you know what they did.
Do not go to Rock Hill Nissan, especially their service department. Went in because my check engine light came on. Set up an appointment to come in and drop it off Friday night for work on Saturday morning. When I got there, they didn’t know who I was or what I was in for (should be in the system). Showed them my check engine light was on, was instantly quoted a price of $150 for the diagnostic. The next morning, they sent me the video overview and the service quotes. There was a leaf stuck in the o2 sensor. They didn’t want to take it out, they wanted to charge me $700 for a new sensor. On top of that, they said I “needed” to have my brake fluid and power steering fluid flushed and changed. $190 for EACH, bringing my total to over $1200! I called up a local car care center, as they have serviced my truck before because it’s a lot closer to my house, and asked them what their prices would be. They said $300 for the sensor, and $90 each for both fluids. That includes parts and labor. They looked at the report from my last oil change (not even a month ago) and said my fluid levels were just fine. When I told them RH Nissan’s prices, they were floored.In the end, leaf was taken out of the sensor, and that sensor was reinstalled. No fluids were replaced because they didn’t need to be, and my Frontier runs just fine.This service department is in it for the money. Do not recommend unless you have a lot of extra cash just lying around that you want to throw away. I was so thankful to get a second opinion.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Nissan Rock Hill. From Linda who sold me my car, to Hector in the service department. Went in for my 5,000 mile oil change. Turns out there was a recall issue that needed to be addressed. Hector kept me updated on everything and I was done sooner than expected.
$$$ Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Also had air filter replaced for $20 labor! They also recommended fuel injector cleaner. I have a 4 year old Altima with 17,000 miles. Still smells new! Total bill was 377.00 with 239.00 being labor! I won’t have my car serviced with the dealership again! Ripoff….come to find out I only really needed oil change and tire rotation. I will use a small business to service my car next time! Someone who won’t recommend unnecessary services to run the bill high as they can!

Ive had the car for three years, & its closing in on the 100,000 mile mark, so I knew a bunch of maintenance would be coming due. I decided to have it all done at once. They got me in quickly, gave me a loaner car for the day, and got the work done within an hour of the initial estimated time. All of the staff were super polite and helpful.

My appointment related to an oil change and tire rotation. The service department took my vehicle as soon as I pulled up and Hector was very courteous and helpful. The service was done in one hour and I was able to sit inside and wait for my vehicle to be serviced.My only issue that I encountered had to do with scheduling my service and finding out that my appointment disappeared from record prior to arriving. I called and scheduled the service about 3 weeks in advance and when I did not receive a reminder about my appointment, called Nissan to find out that my appointment was not listed in their service schedule. They were nice enough to accommodate me on the date and time I had originally booked; this is the 2nd time that this very issue happened to me at Rock Hill Nissan.

Service people were excellent - helpfull with my husband who has dementia and took us to Cracker Barrell while waiting. Unfortuantely I paid more than wanted to spend. I have spent more out of pocket for repairs on this care than I did on my Ford Freestyle - 2007 except for tires, brakes. All my oil change, tires and brakes were done by Fort Mill Ford - no problems - event got coupons or points to reduce my oil change. I am not sure I can continue to come to Nissan for normal maintenance due to cost.
Saturday morning, March 6, around 11:45-Wait time too long. After I saw my car go out of the garage it took another hour approximate before an explanation as to what was going on. They said that the mechanic forgot to do alignment. Now I wonder what else did he forget. When I drove off, I saw that the oil sticker was not changed. I was so frustrated until I did not go back to see and ask what is going on with that. Therefore, I don’t know if the oil was changed. Now I have to take it back to get it checked by someone else.
This was the worst service I have had they picked my car up at my job at 9.00 a.m they didnt bring it back until 5.00 p.m all I had done was a oil change and a tire rotation I advised them that I get off at 3.30 p.m I called at 3.45 p.m to see what the hold up was they didnt answer .I called again at 4.05 p.m someone answer they put me through with a person name Will James I told him am waiting on my car and he had the audacity say its ready come get it how(they picked it up, so they should bring it back where they got it from) it was just terrible and Hector the guy who supposedly took care of it but Hector didnt follow thru. Im not happy with your service or employees

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They forgot to rotate tires. Also they washed my car and left it wet. I had just washed it myself. I dont like their text method check in and updates or soliciting a trade while I wait. The previous owner was much more professional.
Treated very nicely by Hector when car brought in. He explained repairs needed in addition to routine oil change and tire rotation. Filters were changed, brake fluid changed and steering pump needed to be replaced because of leaking. The service was very good.

I arrived early for my 8am appointment my car was taken into the garage but not started on until 8:45am it was 9:30am before my car was done this has happened on several occasions totally unacceptable

Unfortunately my experience there was below my expectations, in addition to Not receiving the quality of service that was guaranteed.#1 - I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time while several employees had numerous opportunities to assist me.#2 - The cost of the oil change was quoted at $59.00 which is far too high for a 4 cylinder car. In addition, I ended up being forced to pay $70.00. I have luxury vehicles whos oil changes do not cost that much. The value for what I paid was Not equal nor just.#3 - They washed my car there but it was still dirty and the inside was not vacuumed nor given any service attention to as guaranteed.Overall, I am very displeased, dissatisfied, and disappointed with my treatment, the lack of care to my vehicle, and the resources wasted at that location.

The Service was Exceptionally Marvelous, Ive dealt with Rock Hill Nissan in the past for all my 370zs needs and their Service Advisors are 2nd to none, but on this visit, they really kicked it up a notch into Overdrive. I was greeted with a friendly smile when I arrived by Tracy Ritter / 522P who checked me in and from that moment until I drove off I was treated like a King. I even watched a video of my service request being performed and multiple service checks needed as the Technician explained the conditions. That blew my mind, talking about impressive Im very impressed. I will be back for all my 370zs Service needs and ask for Tracy Ritter.

My car went in because my differential blew while using the spare that I got with the car. The first differential that came in came in damaged, they put it in anyway and it had to be replaced again within a week. They replaced the new differential and I started hearing a noise. It turned out the the bushings in the subframe that they had to disconnect had gone bad. I never had a problem with this prior to them working on the car. I contacted Nissan corporate and they offered to pay half the cost of a repair that their dealer caused. I would not take a natchbox car to Rock Hill Nissan and will never buy another Nissan again.

Purchase vehicle here in August initial purchase experience was cool. My issue is with service department and their lack of professionalism and customer service They lack customer focus and resolution management. Purchased a warranty with vehicle but service couldnt see it in their system but made me the customer go to finance department to prove it. How inconvenient is that why dont both departments talk to each other but put the blame on the customer. Then was told because of warranty company closed on weekends and I didnt have an appointment (car is making noises) that I needed to come back another day. All before my car was even diagnosed.Will not be returning for any more services. Buyer beware
I was able to bring my vehicle in late in the afternoon and they put it in the shop and make the minor repair quickly.

The Cashier/Service lady told my Wife a $25 dollar part was going to cost her $400 plus dollars. The Technician over heard this and corrected the amount. The Cashier/Service lady got an attitude. Then they claimed my wife needed repairs for something she just paid them a ton of money to repair a few months ago, my wife took the car back a couple times complaining something was not right. They lied and said everything was perfect. Fast forward till this visit guess what 😳 they found the problem that they supposedly fixed before. We will never go back to this Service department. Trust me stay away drive to Charlotte!!!!
Great service, but pushy with up selling items... told the advisor numerous times I wasn’t buying anything extra, and still attempted to sale repeatedly. I’m sure it’s just the service manager pushing for numbers; very annoying when you are told you need an alignment and filters multiple times even after declining them.
