Came here because my old auto shop closed. The receptionist was friendly and I appreciated they called with a price quote before doing the work. I thought $90 to tighten a loose belt was a bit steep. But after talking with the mechanic, it seemed like he’d checked several other things before determining a loose belt was the issue. I think I would have felt better if they called $40 a diagnostic fee and $50 a belt tighten but that’s just my two cents.Overall, it was a good experience and it seems like a good shop with experienced and honest mechanics.

I’m just very grateful for this business. For starters I was new to Rock Hill and did not know who to trust as far as car shops.After calling a few other shops and getting estimates that we’re not helpful or too expensive. I was told by a customer at my job to try Complete Auto Care.I did and from the lady who answered the phone a secretary or billing coordinator whatever her title is (Miss Angela) I believe she still works there. However I was in desperate need of a axel, brakes I had a number of issues and she spoke to me so stir yet caring and told me she there too help me, I cried just because I was frustrated and her compassion for me and my issue felt very genuine.That alone had me since 2017 or 2018 to this present day. I met Mr. Pete yesterday as I was getting my oil change and he came and sat down beside me shoulder to shoulder to tell me other things that I should look into getting done and help me with the issue I needed immediately.To me the team at Complete Auto Care seem very family oriented and friendly from the ladies at the front…to the mechanics in the back. I’ll trust they word for anything concerning my vehicle.

As a business owner directly across the street that owns a coffee trailer, generators and a food truck, I will be the first to say that this place has EARNED our business and gets 5 out of 5 stars. For anyone looking for a place to take your gas food truck, we have been sent across to Pineville, Lancaster, and Rock Hill and finally got a recommendation to these guys.Angela faces the customer and has been very friendly, transparent and a quick communicator, even via channels that arent common for most auto places. Because of the issue of our accelerator slipping, they recommended first to go next door for a free diagnostic on the transmission, then take it to them for their engine scope.We were able to meet with the mechanic Pete, whose attention to detail is second to none. Everyone else wed met with looked at one or two things, charged us and had us on our way, only to break down again. Pete found 3 issues in a matter of two days, and had us up and running faster than any of the people weve used out here.Needless to say, our business will stay here because of their knowledge of our vehicle and ability to provide quality service with the fastest turnaround to get us back in business.

Had to get my water pump replaced. Ordered the pump for me, to make sure my wait wasn’t to long they were willing to go pick up my part. They do there best to save you money Prices were super low. Great people. Had a family vibe.

I needed a good bit of work done to my car & being a single female, couldn’t properly point out all the issues outside of “making a noise, shaking sound, etc. They were super friendly & very knowledgeable in regards to diagnosing & correcting all the problems. Was quoted a price for a window repair over the phone and ended up needing a tire plugged also after I got there. The final bill ended up being less than I was quoted for. They easily could have run the clock and made more money off of me. They did a great job and are obviously people of Integrity. Ill be coming here for any car trouble in the future.

Complete Auto Car has been servicing our cars for almost a year now. We are always pleased with their work. They work in a timely manner and their prices are great! They have done work on our 1970s classic car and our 2012 Honda Odyssey.

Another shop quoted me $2,800 and misdiagnoses the issue. This shop knew the problem right away, communicated clearly and had it done within 24 hours and save me well over $1,000. Label me impressed!

I have been using Complete Auto Care on Anderson Rd now for about 2 yrs. I use them for everything from a simple oil change and new breaks to having the oil filter housing replace. They value your time and your money. They have been professional, honest, quick, reliable, and have good prices. I will continue to use this companies services as long as I own a car!

After the Amazing job done for me at Reliable Transmission, It was a no brainer to take my vehicle to Complete Auto Care for major engine repairs. Other mechanics at other places all quoted me head gasket replacement without even diagnosing the issue. It was not a head gasket and it was way less than I was expecting. Complete Auto got my truck back on the road, my wallet is not empty and I finally have a trustworthy repair shop that I can feel safe taking my vehicles to! Highly recommended!

I would absolutely recommend these guys! I was down in the Rock Hill area and my car made started making a horrible sound. These guys knew I was stuck but had me in and out and under a hundred bucks!

When my work vans transmission light came on, I just knew it was about to cost me an arm and leg to get fixed. I checked around online to see who would take the best care of me. Of course I looked for the best reviewed places and guess who I found?. You guessed it complete auto care. I brought my van to them and had them give it a once over. Come to find out, it was an error within the shifter. I decided it could wait and I could get back on the road. The most surprising part was despite the diagnostics test and me talking up time in their service bay, not a single cent was charged to me. That spoke volumes to me and now anytime Im not out on the road I always make it my business to bring my work vehicles in here to be serviced. They are an amazing team here, believe the hype and give them the chance to blow your mind.

I had gone to 4 different places to try and get someone knowledgeable and experienced to look at an older GM vehicle I had. After a reputable place tried to rip me off and keep my car for over 6 weeks, I called Complete Auto after looking at the google reviews. Pete ran through everything and called me down to look at things. I think I baffled him at first, but the car has been bastardized by previous mechanics. Within a week, he was able to diagnose most of the issues. He took the quite sheet from another place and got me actual prices, and told me things they were doing incorrectly. The amount of money he will save me was huge. Pete explains everything, will show you what he did and why he fixed it. He was even able to do a repair quicker then the book says and charged me only for the work performed. The labor rate is very reasonable as well. I did have to bring it back a 2nd time for something, but that was fixed in hours, not days. I will be getting more done here as time/money permits. The only negative is their hours can be a bit limited, but outside of that, I think I found my new shop.

I took my car there in oct 2020 they put on new brakes and rotors I had to take my car back because they were sqeaky so loud I took it back they replaced everything but they still sqeaky the mechanic keep saying because they aftermarket they a lie I got $15 brakes on my other car for 5 years no problem took my car back other day mechanic drop car again after I left it there 4 hours saying he still doesnt hear anything thats bull there no way I should hear anything for me paying almost$400

I have to say Im not very trusting of many automotive places since Ive been ripped off before or been treated badly, but let me tell you from the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the young lady at Complete Auto Care I felt at ease!She listened to what I had to say about my vehicle and was very polite, professional and sweet on the phone.I had an electrical issue with my Hyundai and they thought as well as I,t it might take more than a day which was fine. Having worked as a former service advisor for a dealership I understand bigger stuff like electrical can take some time.I wasnt expecting a call till tomorrow but they called me today telling me it was ready!Such outstanding service! I just had an oil change at Complete Auto Care. The ladies at the Counter are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not knowing much about car maintenance I told them to check it over, give me a tire rotation if needed and to let me know if any other maintenance was needed. What a surprise when I got the call that my car was ready and I only needed an oil change. What? They could have said you need this and that and I wouldnt have know the difference. In addition to oil and lube I received a safety inspection n/c, diagnostic system test and replaced a master window switch. In and out in about 60 minutes. I got my car serviced with new tires and a new radiator last month after I broke down on the side of the road. Complete Auto Care treated me like family and gave me a fair price and got the repairs done in time for the labor day weekend! The front desk associate was extremely accommodating to me and 1 yr old daughter in the waiting room and even offered her a snack. Pete the mechanic who worked on my car is an all around stand up guy and I appreciate all the work they did!

This shop and its employees are great. I had a belt tensioner put on my Honda Pilot twice somewhere else and it kept coming off. Had it towed to Complete they took really good care of me and my car. I highly recommend this place. The service and people are awesome. Took my older model car in because heater wasnt working. After twice getting a part from dealership and still not working, kept car overnight to work on next day. Found out that to fix it would cost much more than anticipated. They didnt try to talk me into getting the work done and actually did not recommend that I even spend that much money on an older car that Im trying to sell. After all the time spent on it and offering to pay for labor, they refused to take any money. They truly care about their customers!!

I have been here 2x already. The first time, we took my daughters car. They diagnosed the issue and had the last in and car ready to go in a matter of hours, pricing is reasonable and fair. The second time, I had a tire with a slow leak. He checked the normal air/water, then came out to let me know probably a stem issue. He checked that and some tiny part inside had gone bad. I was in and out during my lunch break with an appointment. The lobby is clean with seating and a TV. Angela is a big help when you call in as well.i would highly recommend .
