Took my car to have the engine fix and my car was in worst condition than before and had to get another mechanic to look at it and he stated that a piece of my engine had been broken off; never again... Im not made of money; not trustworthy...

Awesome shop, these guys kept me informed and made quick work of my valve seals replacement, fair priced and friendly.

I called Howards Automotive to schedule an appointment. A woman stating she was Howards wife answered. Anyway, NO ONE has EVER, in my entire life, talked down to me like this. The most unbelievably rude customer service to date. Please think twice before dealing with this business.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had...after 8 months and over $1600.00 jeep is still using oil...stay clear of this shop...they are not honest and never make a deadline..

Worst experience Ive had at a mechanic was here. They had my car for over 7 months. Eventually I had to go get my car which was in worst condition than when I brought it to them. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
