I like the service in this place. I give it a 4.3 also or maybe a little higher. I worked with Ray mock and he did an excellent job for me. Its a small dealership so you get good service.

It sucked..I was mis-lead and lied to about getting my program key made. It was 200 the cost for it.bur after I get car towed there it all changed from 200 to 500 and this is really sad.. I will never take my business there ever again.

Mostly friendly staff. Wait time can be a bit long even with an appointment. So far so good, out of around 10 visits total.

Cheated a 78 year old woman out of her retirement on an used car. I was a loyal Toyota fan, but not now. It was a disgrace and I can not believe that they would take advantage of a senior citizen who knew no better. I will never shop at this dealership ever again.

They repaired my rack and pinion and I was still having problems with it. I took it back to them and they said it was something else which it wasnt. After I left them I took my car to another shop only to find out that wasnt the problem at all. Told the sound was normal as they allowed me to hear it on other cars as well.

Everything was quick, easy and accommodating. I was taken care of in the service department and then got to say hi to my car friends Bulldog and Miguel! Visiting Toyota of Rock Hill is always an enjoyable experience!

The wait was too long it took them two and a half hours to put 4 tires on I arrive at 7 and didnt get out of there until 9:30
